Dear Sir,
I buy a new fly mobile, But after one months its display had a problem so show this problem to service office but last four months they dont solve the problem and also dont give any good reply,

Fly Mobile Set SX210 — Defected New Mobile

I Purchased a New Mobile Set make "Fly SX210" Rs. 8, 000/- from Big Bazar, Allahabad Dt. 01/6/08. After seven days mobile has charging problem. Then I went to big bazar they said you go to Fly Service Centre (Adonis Electronics (P) Ltd, 80-B/ 2, S.P. Marg, Civil Lines, Near Heera Halwai, Allahabad)and they are saying that they have problem to replace damaged part of mobile. So now what can I do for my mobile.

I had given my mobile (Fly SX 300) to repair to Accel Frontline at Nehru Place(New Delhi) and the Mobile is still under warranty. I had given my mobile on 08th of jan 2009 but still there is no responce from service center.And if i call them they never use to attend the calls, and even if they attend the call they use to say the Mobile part is under pending so call me in the next week.
This complaint is not only against Accel frontline (Service provider) but also for the Fly mobile producer My Handset Call No-DEL-FL-014713/2008

so please take care for the need full action for the above one nd oblige me...

I have purchase Fly mobile from Pantaloons in Kolkata. From the beginning it self my set is giving problem like automatic switch off, and speaker problem and Camera Problem. i buy a fly e300 mobile last year date:[protected].i face many problem with this mobile.first of all i got down key not working problem and i taken it to nearest fly service center which is located at abids hyderabad ( A.P). when i went to take my handset after 2 days .i found my phone touch screen is not working.i gave a complaint to mr kishore in head office at ameerpet Hyderabad. he transfer my complaint to secunderabad service center their i got my problem solved. But now again i am facing strucking hanging and auto switching off problem.sir i request you kindly look into the matter and do the need full

Since i bought tha cell it is not functioning atall, when i tried to approach customer care service, they are not in position to tell me what is the fault, atlast today i have subbmitted the cell to ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED, ther also they said it will take minimum 15 days, as parts are not available in market.

My request to you that if they cant provide sevice then they shouls stop selling the Fly product.

this is duell card phone now i am finding very difficult to manage without cell.

I am Cancer patient and i had puchesed it with great difficulty.

Kindly look in to the matter and instruct the company to replce the cell if they dont have spare parts available.

I have purchased the fly mobile handset DS 180 on 8 dec 2009 from a fly dealer in sec 22, chandigarh, the set is creating problem from day 1st in sending the SMS, i have gone & show the mobile to dealer from whom i have purchased, he is saying your vodafon SIM is defected but when i put the same vodafon SIM in nokia, sony, samsung & htc mobile, SIM is working properly & sms r send.
I also take the SIM to vodafone store they told me SIM is ok working properly & in good condition.
then I take the mobile to service center, they have checked the settings & says vodafon SIM is defected then in front of them i have put my tata ducome & airtel SIM same problem aris again...

now u tell what i should do to solve my problem or i file a case in consumer court for defectd mobile heandset.
sir i purchased a fly mobile B700 DUO once it got problem i.e, image problem i gave it to the fly customer centre in hyderabad he made something in the mobile the problem was rectified, now the problem is when i insert the sim it automatically switchs off now i gave in wargnal fly customer center he not accepting so what can i do sir i also have the warranty card sir.

I bought fly mobile 4 months back...it has worked fine...but suddnely battery doesnt get charging...i have replaced new battery ..still the problem is there...while charging it showing plug in condtion ..after remove from plug it wont get charged...

    This is the worst ever thing that i had never faced in my life with telecommunication networking, my self and my friend buy the Fly mobile three months ago and my friend has misplaced is charger and now we need a new charger . All that i need is a service center in Chennai city to buy after all a simple charger which is going to cost only Rs 150 - 200. Without having the charger we are not able to use the mobile which costs Rs 7000, this purely bad and reticulous and extrodinary example of poor customer service . If the intention is to sell maximum phone try to provide the service for that . The money we are paying should be useful for your side as well as for our side . When we are buying the phone the dealer is giving so much of forge details and i dont know what for the word is given with out satisfying the customer .

      Respected Sir,
      I have purchased FLY Mobile Phone from the dealer 'SANGEETHA' Malleswaram, Bangalore on 30.11.2007 at a cost of Rs.5, 650/- thinking that it is a quality product. The model of the set is Fly 500i and the IMEI/Serial No. is [protected]. However, to my surprise the Display LCD screen has been broken on 24.10.2008 when the mobile set was kept in my trouser pocket. The set was not at all fallen or damaged. I am very much sure that it is an manufacture defect. I have registered for the replacement of LCD Screen at your service center, "ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED, # 18/8 Saleh Centre, Cunningham Road Bangalore 560052 on 28.10.2008 vide it Call No. BLR-FL-005316/2008. The Service center had estimated the cost of replacement of the LCD Screen at Rs.1800/- . However, till date the service center has not replaced the LCD screen and return the mobile set. I think your company has to replace the LCD Screen free of cost or replace the mobile set as it is a Manufacturing defect. More than 20 days has been elapsed from the date of complaint, but the set is not yet repaired. I have no other alternative but has to approach the Consumer Court if the set is not repaired within a week. I hope your esteemed company will take necessary action in this regard immediately. The cost of the LCD Screen may also be borne by the FLY company.

      Fly mobile set/ SL500i — No display

      I have purchased a Fly mobile set (SL 500i) on 27/05/2008 from RPG Cellucom India (P) Ltd., c/o Spencer's Super Avisar, EM Bypass, Kolkata. The set is occasionally used at my home. The set stopped showing any display from 15/05/2009; for which I have shown to the authorised service centre Sri Balaji Infocom, Durgapur (W.B.).The set was received by them for checking for which they have given me the Job Sheet counter foil, Tag no.1565, dated 18/05/2009. After two days, the service centre person rang me and told that the spring got damaged for which repair charge of Rs.600/ is required. Though within the warranty period, I had no other option than to accept it.I have received the the repaired one with the payment of Rs.600/ on today(27/05/2009). My complain is that why I should pay for it when the warranty is applicable.

        Hi,
        I purchased fly mobile(SX 210) on feb 2008. From last one month it is not getting charged properly when i plug the charger, i had to adjust it so many times to get it charged. After some days even that was not happening i showed the mobile at the service centre, they say that the pin where you connect the charger is not working properly so the mobile is not getting charged. I am searching the address for Fly show room in hyderabad and secundrabad area's so that i can get it repaired but i dont find proper address online nor the Fly service centre contact number.
        Please provide me the above details.
        I just want to say that iam very much unsatisfied with the mobile as there no proper battery back up.It has problem every now and then, its not even a year i purchased the mobile.Its so sad that a customer purchases the mobile paying such a huge amount and the product doesn't work properly. plz help me solving my problem.

          I bought Fly V60i on September 21st, 2008. One fine day, my mobile got switched off and never got switched on. Took it to the nearest Adonis Service Center immediately. They tested and said that the batter has gone and they need to replace it. They said they dont have stock and they dont know how much time they will take to get the battery.

          I had never seen such an irresponsible customer service. What would people do if they have a lot of important contact in the phone memory, have to wait till they replace the battery, that too not given a proper date of replacement and also cant understand why the battery is not working in not more than 2 months? Is this a failure model?

            Hi, I bought b700 model . It had mic problems .Voice wasnt audible for the other party on the call, it was too low . I had given it to authorised service center in T.Nagar, chennai within a week of purchase . They returned my mobile after 1.5 months. When i tested my mobile, there absolutley no voice heard to the other party . When i asked them, what they did all these days . They said it had gone to head office for repair with a complaint as "second sim not working" and they had changed board.I lost hope with these guys and went to other private service centers. when i checked with another private service centre. They checked and informed that the whole mic unit is missing in my mobile. Its was a worst service i have ever experienced with these authorised service center.

            before 5 months back i & my sister purchased fly mobiles.my sister mobile Fly SX210. then my mobile V100. these mobiles looking good . but quality very bad . there seller told us. about v100 features that time i liked & i purchased but after 1day hear phone damaged. i got new hear phone then after month LCD broken. i had kept in pant pocket that my friend called me i took out to receive the call that time i shocked then i felt bad because my mobile was LCD broken. then i went to customer care they repaired and gave but they got 1000 Rupees by me. realy i felt bad sir then yesterday also same problem my LCD is broken wat is this sir ? we are not reach family please get exchange or repair for free please this is my requesting

            Fly SX210 mobile — awful customer care service

            Subject : Complaint about customer care service

            Sir,
            I have submitted my fly sx210 for the replacement of charging connector at adonis customer relation center, adonis electronics pvt ltd, onida house 2, mahal industrial estate, andheri(East) mumbai 400093. on the date 8th january 2009.
            Till the date I havent got my mobile back, Instead of that they are just saying that part hasn't come from Delhi. Inspite of being told that mobile will be returned within 7 days, it has not been returned even after 35 days yet.
            Also I had gone there four times till now, but neither proper answer given by the executives nor they are recieving any calls.When I call them, either their cell phones are switched of or they are not available.
            When I call their landline number they just say that we are transfering your call to our technician but nobody attends the call.Even i anybody attends the call he will only reply that phone is not ready.They are not providing any proper information.
            Dates and other details are attached below.
            I am fed up of these things now.Please suggest me something, what should I do????

            28-12-08 Connector problem, when connected to charge phone got switched off
            4-1-09 Went to Thane for customer relation center, it was closed
            5-1-09 Went to Vashi for customer relation center, it was closed
            6-1-09 Went to Chembur for customer relation center, they sent me to Andheri.
            8-1-09 Went to Andheri for customer relation center, they collected mobile phone, also said that connector will be replaced and given back within 7 days.
            15-1-09 When I went there, they said its not ready, it will take 7 more days.
            24-1-09 When i went they said connector is not available with them, it will from Delhi.So told me to wait 7 more days.
            31-1-09 Still not ready, so I met with Mr. Arun he said on 3rd that part will come, we will give your phone back on 4th feb.
            4-2-09 When I went he said It has not come yet and will come on next tuesday.
            12-2-09 When I went there He was saying that Company wants to dispatch all the phones, so their executive will come today and he will tell the status.so most probably on saturday I will return your phone.


            So should I wait for one more Saturday, or should I go to consumer forum????Please suggest...

            Hello,
            I am using Fly MC 160 and have couple of issues with it.
            1) For using default settings, it asks for password. User Manual doesn't have the password mentioned in it.
            2) I am able to add the songs in the Audio directory and also can play it. But when I try to add the songs in a Play List, it gives the error "Songs can't be added"

            Does anyone have any idea to solve them. Any help will be appreciated.

            Fly handset MC160 — Mobile is not getting switch on

            I bought a Fly hand set MC-160 on 25th Dec 2009. Just after 10 days, I got problem in the set and it is not getting switch on. When go the shop at Kalkaji Mkt. from where I bought the set, they advised me to go Fly Care. Now, my mobile has been submitted at Fly Care. Its not a good way to treat a customer. They are not exchanging it. After paying full payment, I am not able to use the mobile. What should I do?
            i have fly 2040l mobile having some keypad issue.
            fly service center replace new keypad but after repairing i found my handset does not receive signals "indoor" and it shows 2/3 bar in open area this give me headache,
            I think that fly service center must have done with my handset b'cos before repairing it shows full range indoor. what should i do sir now. I have checked all mobile service SIM card in handset it is clear that problem must be in handset.
            I have a fly MC 160 phone and I am facing the same password problem which many of them were facing. Can you please help me regarding this?
            My phone is locked and its not giving access to phonebook, msg book and call register. Plz share the password i[censored] can.

              SIR,

              I TAMAL BASU PURCHASER OF YOUR NEWLY LANCHED FLY MOBILE SET (HUMMER) AGAINST IMEI NO-[protected] STATED THAT, I PURCHASED FLY MOBILE TO GET QUALITY PRODUCT AND THE GOOD WILL OF YOUR COMPANY.

              Subject: Request for replacement of LCD Screen of FLY Mobile set model No. SL 500i and compensation of Rs.1800/-
              Respected Sir,
              I have purchased FLY Mobile Phone from the dealer 'SANGEETHA' Malleswaram, Bangalore on 30.11.2007 at a cost of Rs.5, 650/- thinking that it is a quality product. The model of the set is Fly 500i and the IMEI/Serial No. is [protected]. However, to my surprise the Display LCD screen has been broken on 24.10.2008 when the mobile set was kept in my trouser pocket. The set was not at all fallen or damaged. I am very much sure that it is an manufacture defect. I have registered for the replacement of LCD Screen at your service center, "ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED, # 18/8 Saleh Centre, Cunningham Road Bangalore 560052 on 28.10.2008 vide it Call No. BLR-FL-005316/2008. The Service center had estimated the cost of replacement of the LCD Screen at Rs.1800/- . However, till date the service center has not replaced the LCD screen and return the mobile set. I think your company has to replace the LCD Screen free of cost or replace the mobile set as it is a Manufacturing defect. More than 20 days has been elapsed from the date of complaint, but the set is not yet repaired. I have no other alternative but has to approach the Consumer Court if the set is not repaired within a week. I hope your esteemed company will take necessary action in this regard immediately.

              Fly Sl 500i cell phone — bad quality product

              Dear Sir/Madam I want to draw your kind attention regarding a mobile phone of FLY SL 500i. I bought this phone on 17 Feb. 2008 from Hotspot Retails Pvt. Ltd., Shop No. SCF 64, Sec-15 Market, Faridabad (Haryana) Ph. : [protected], bill no. 2566 and IMEI no.[protected]. After 2 months, I found this phone very faulty. The hotspot guys sent it to service centre. After 10 days it got not working again. They sent it again but no use. Earphone was replace but the replaced one was also collapsed in 15 days. I sent my phone to service centre again for repair but nothing is happening. The phone is not working yet. It has software problem, auto switch off even after serviced 3 times. I am trying to contact Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd. Ph. :[protected]/76, [protected], the numbers given on service book, no reply is coming on these phone numbers. Is there any solution for this problem. Please advice me.                 My Ack.Slip No. NGP-690816-FLY-V30. Its on the name of PRIYA GAIKWAD. I would like the status of my Phone. My phone already had submitted twicely with Dead Problem Condition. At present phone is in your custody and its under observation. (means r u doing experiment with my cell?). Its a stupid thing.

                Earlier also had given my Phone for repair with ACK. No. NGP656597-FLY-V30. That time to it had taken near about a month to return back the phone. But strange thing, the phone that i had got in same condition(dead condition). So how can I rely on your Service of esteem Interenational Company like you. I have already spent my 2 month to getting the reliable Service. But not yet got any positive responce.

                Sir, I have made couples of enquiry from Your Nagpur Office. But i have received any positive responce, -they only respondes with they have parked my phone to Chennai Office and they have wont tell the how many days to take the repair it. I have got very bad experience from your Nagpur Office. There is Mr. Ram - your executive, i have wasted my valuable time and money with him on the phone. I have not any little faith on Nagpur Office. Please go throughte both the Acknowledgement Slip and requesting to check the Date of Boarding my Phone.

                I am requesting you to Repair and return my phone with good condition within a week. I expect you will revert to this mail with current status within a day (24 hour). I am preparing to lodge a complaint agianst you in Consumer Forum.

                Myself Amit Kumar Living in Delhi. I Purchased a Fly Mobile Model no. SL600 and its IMEI no:[protected] from Subhiksha Mobile Store no date of 08/03/08. But mobile is not working properly from month of August. At first I took that set to Tele Talk Communication in Bhajanpur they declared that set is dead and changed the IMEI no. [protected] and send me to service centre Accel Frontline Limited in Nehru Place.

                Now your service executive telling me that its motherboard need to be change and ask me to pay Rs.1700/- (One Thousand Seven Hundred) or 70% of my hand set price.
                So could you tell me I should pay money when my hand set on warranty period its an technical fault of handset not any kind of physical damaged.                   I have purchased my mobile in aurangabad, Maharashtra. IMEI number [protected].
                  The phone is not working as per specifications. In the 6 months of warranty period I have given the phone 3 times for servicing. Even after that the phone is not repaired well and is still not working.

                  Currently the phone is with Accel frontline, pune, who now claims that the phone has been sent to Chennai for the reparing.
                  The phone is more than two months with the service center and I am not getting the phone back.

                    This letter is being written to you in order to delineate the chain of harassments I have undergone as regards the purchasing of a mobile handset of your company. The model no. is Fly B600 and it was purchased on 28..07.2008 from THE MOBILE STORE, Bhupen Bose Avenue, near MANINDRA CHANDRA COLLEGE, Shyambazar, Kolkata.


                    The mobile handset has been giving me terrible problems for last almost two months.
                    The mobile charger stopped working twice and the second replacement also failed to
                    work. There also occured a problem in the software functioning of the handset due to which the operation of the mobile became increasingly impossible and had to be kept
                    at the Fly service centre, Nandan Bagan Street, Kolkata for some 17 days.The problem
                    did not stop even after getting it repaired.My handset started to get automatically switched off after every 15 minutes from switching it on. For this reason my handset is again kept at the service centre.Over all, I had to submitt my handset twice for a considerable duration
                    and my charger got changed twice as well. My mobile handset and my charger are at the service centre right now.I have the receipts of these submissions. I just want you to know that after repeated requests for a replacement of my mobile handset, all I was given was promises in vain. Shockingly enough, I have been liviving without a mobile phone for last almost 2 months.


                    As can be very conspicuously evident to you, I have been harassed to the extreme. During this entire affair I have been subject to tremendous physical exhaustion, mental disturbances, financial crisis. My professional life has also been greatly disrupted because of not having a mobile phone to use for such a long time and for having to go to the service centre as well as the store from which the mobile was bought on regular intervals.I have been extremely annoyed due to the deplorable service of the customer care of your company.


                    Through this letter I wanted to make my problem vocal to the higher authority of FLY company. Now I demand immediate refunding of my money with which the mobile was bought and also a handsome amount of compensation for the unending series of troubles I was forced to go through and which is still going on. I demand an immediate response from you or else I will be forced to take recourse to legal procedure which will settle the case in court. My name, phone number and email id are given below.

                    what they have done is, they asked for my Bank Of India debit card for the payment, after swapping my card they said that your card is not working you have to give us the amount for the handset in cash
                    ( 3799 Rs ) . I made the cash payment. after 10 days approx I recieved my bank of india bank statement wich showed the amount swapped by the mobile store company through debit card . Immediately i informed the mobile store company for the discrepency by mailing them to their customer service website [protected]@mytms.in. But no reply came from the Mobile store, I request you to kindly interviene into the matter and get it resolved.I had also mailed the mobile store company the scan copy of the bank of India statement & the cash Payment Reciept for there referance.Its been more than a month now I'm waiting for the reply from them.

                      I had bought Fly mobile Phone modle B700 from Essar Mobile Shop with bill they had stated that there are service centre in mumbai when i searched the Fly mobile web site it gave me a lot of Address for the same but when i called on those ether the numbers were disconnected or wrong and finaly when i got through one address they said that they do not provide services for the Fly mobile phone and they do not have any information how their number is still on the web site when i tried to send e-mail on the company customer care it got bounced back stating no such e-mail address. please guide me what to do in this case as the phone has costed me 7000/-Rs.

                        My big brother bought a Fly MC 100 mobile for me from Hot Spot Sector 18 Noida U.P. on dated 16.06.2008 . After one month it's not working properly, it's out going voice is not going properly to the second person on other side also it front Glass removing from corner.Finally I went to nearest Service Centre GNH Telecon Sector 27 Noida . Care Executive physically examined the cell phone, he told me that your phone's mic is not working and we have to change the same mic . They are keeping my cell phonce from dated 18.08.2008 to till date .Still mic is not in the stock. So So finally I recommend you guys please think before purchasing the FLY MOBILES.

                        I am living in paschim vihar new Delhi. From stating I am suffring with a problem of speaker your brand mobile E-106. and i have an another problem that is the hands free of my phone is also not working.

                        well... i think the best solution would be - 1. remove memory card and switch off your phone then wait for 15 mins then turn on your phone without memory card. Now put your memory card and try to format if it is the same error then check your memory card write protection button if it is on turn it off.. 2. if this does'nt work then you can do it on pc 3. if this does'nt work then try to research further on google. thnks

                          its Lcd screen has crackd down & I was replaced the screen from Kolkata service centre on 30th January 2009 & they have been charged Rs.1850/-. I have been paid up the above rupees but the screen has cracked as same after 3 days used on 1st February 2009 in the morning. There are no miss used from us.                             I bought fly mobile Model V90 just 3 months ago.I send it for repairing at customer care centre twice.And once i receive phone after 17 days. and once after 9 days.And once again there is a problem .Phone automatically switch off .I have to restart it after every 3 minute.I can use it only as paper weight.I m from middle class family and working as a tutor for 50 rupee a day and they cheated me with 3800 rupee.What should i do?please help me

                            The present problem is stated to you, regarding the service centre the problem stated by them is that the spares are not available please call to fly regional office which after calling to Mr. Kishor Babu, the process by him worth nothing, again he diverted me to Mr. Ashutosh, New Delhi, after having the conversion with him the problem was not at all rectified due to indefinite lack of spare parts.

                            Now I am helpless, with all this conversion, atlast I approached you with my problem, if the same is continued again with your end, I will be forced to apply a petion against your company in the Consumer Forum reg the service and the product details and the assurance which was given to me at the time of purchasing the mobile. My dead end for your company will be a week time after that all the invoices manual details of mobiles will be petioned against the court of law for cheating the customer by giving the wrong information and selling the product without any services.

You have to wait for two or three days. After near about today i never received my mobile from your company. I am not satisfied with the services of a reputed company like yours.
                            you are requested to make it clear to me that the said mobile phone is laying with the company or no components are available to replace with the company.
                            you are requested to informed me by email or personnel contact about my mobiles complaint.
                            your company is able to do this job or not, if not you have to return the amount spend by me for this product.
                            from last more then one month i was harassed by your company and service centers.

                            I had purchased this handset model V170 on 24-06-10 from Gaurav Tele-Plaza, Madhu Vihar, Patparganj, Delhi. Same set developed some cracks within 7 days o[censored]se. We were told to go to service centre where we were informed to pay Rs. 400/- for the screen as it is not covered under warranty. We had deposited the Handset on 11-07-10 to Suri Telecom (IMEI No. – [protected]) for repair. I have been desperately following up with them but always told that they have not received the damaged screen. Today, after more then 2 months they gave me telephone no[protected] to check about status of screen. We spoke to Mr. Chamnesh on this number and to our surprise Mr. Chamnesh told that handset is already delivered to us as per status available with them.



                            This is really unfair and illegal on part of Fly if they say that handset is delivered to consumer without delivering. This may lead to misuse of handset.



                            We feel “Fly” the new handset supplier in India should give excellent customer service so that customer should feel proud of having your handset. Kindly let us know exact status of our handset and when can we get our handset duly repaired ???

                            fly mobile company — Cheated by Service Centre or Fly Phone company

                            I purchased FLYB430 6 month before and i was getting charging problem in this set and i got a service centre address service centre from fly online site and i submitted that phone . After some time they return my phone but after 15 to 20 days i was getting again same problem and again i submitted that phone. Few days after i collected my phone from service centre. I faced that charging problem again and today i went again to service centre but they shocked me to say that this phone was tempered , I discussed their managment but no result i told him how is it possible i came this service centre 3 times for the same problem but they are not able to solve this problem . I think may there is a problem with Service Centre or Fly phone. So who Is the culprit, Company or Service Centre.

                              Fly B-720 — pathetic handset and bad services by service center

                              i baught fly b-720 from best communication shop no- 64 community center new friends clolony bill no - 12216 on 25th oct 08. i charged the handset and found that their is some charging problem so i went to accel frontline ltd on 4th nov 08 call no- del-fl-006308/2008, nehru place service center and they kept my phone and returned to me on 10th nov 08, but again the problem was still their, i again went their and told them its not working properly and battry back up is nill, i was surprised to hear thier reponse when they said that charging board of my phone is broken and i have to pay 7000 rs to repair the same.
                              then the shopkeeper from where i baught the phone told me to visit aura telecom 41-a b- block kalkaji.. another service center. on 15th nov 08 they checked my phone and charged me 2000 rs to repair the same.
                              my phone is still not working and i baught a new battry also but phone is getting charged i don know why and where to raise a complaint for the same as response from service center is pathetic and i helpless now.
                              i had submit my charger agianst the jobsheet no-[protected] on dated[protected] in service center but still i din't get responce after 4 or more visit at service centre in Mtr office, this kind of service is not satisfactory lavel & some one at the front desk person replied that fly ka phone lene se pahle socha kyun nahi tha this kind of responce from any company is rubish.                               To be direct on point its being 4 month now that my handset is under repair in service center latest ticket number is :hyd-fl-013972/2008, and after repair every time problem is not fixed one time service center has changed the crystal clear handset body to rough used one, now i am in touch with pooja gupta don't know about her supervisor, as i am asking for replacement of handset she agreed for replacement of it with same model of worth of my purchase and said will get back to me in 20 minutes 15 days back till now no reply senior authority has responded in manner and i was intimating them that on 10 jan 2009 warrenty will be expired now my handset is in service center and pooja gupta want me to collect the handset, as warranty period is expired if i face problem again in handset then i cant give it back to service center, nither one is ready to do replacement or fix the phone problem is there any senior authority who can take the ownership of case and revert me, is all are buys in holiday or other work, i will appeal media and take consumer court help.

                              Fly model DS 100 dual sim phone without cam, phone looked good when I purchased it was working well, but after I came home and tried the FM radio it was not working ...it was then that the agony started. First all the sales men in the shop shoved the head set in the jack then pressed all the buttons then went outside the building. Then they sent me to service station there they opened the phone and then the same exercise... Now daily I have to call their service workshop and they tell it will take minimum 15 days for board replacement. This after 10 days to find out that they can do nothing here.

                              They are telling I will get new piece or new board to keep me quiet, . the servive head is not lifting my phone calls - Vinayaka Electronics. Hyderabad.

                                Fly Mobile — My sim is blocked by mistake, how to unblock it?

                                My sim is blocked by mistake and I dont know how to unblock it ... please help me as soon as possible.
                                Dear Sir,
                                I buy a new fly mobile, But after one months its display had a problem so show this problem to service office but last four months they dont solve the problem and also dont give any good reply,
                                So what I can do.
                                I am Not Able to connect my fly SX210 in PC sync mode .. pls help me..
                                sir mere pass fly v 80 dua sim wala mobile h uska display break ho gaya h. mene fly service center priteek mobile gwalior (madhya pradesh) me repair hone diya 3 mounth hone ke baad bhi pepair nahi hua bolte h company ke pass display nahi h or repairing charge 2000 ru. btaya sir meri prolem solve kigiye, thanks

                                  my one year of the purchase of this fly sl500i mobile is not yet over and i have been to customer care 4 change of the battery and again i believe that it does has a standbye backup of 3 hours and u cnt talk more than 1hr completely initially my voice was faulty and was replaced then and now this faulty battery cn somebody please hear me.
