We went to shop from flying machine showroom in elante Chandigarh. At the billing counter the lady didn’t ask our contact details for generating the bill. Gave us the product without giving any bills. Wen we counter her fir the sane she told network error so she couldn’t generate the bill. She told us after sometime u can come and collect the bill.
Suppose if we wouldn’t have asked her about the bill she would have kept quite. Highly unprofessional will never shop again from that store. Cheaters….

I have recently purchased 4 Flying machine pants in Chennai Phoenix mall showroom.

1 pant - Damaged and color completely gone after 1 wash
2 pants - Alterations was done wrongly
1 pant - need to check this as the other items quality is not good.

seems like they have given a very old stock and spent Rs 6000 and compete waste of of money

I need proper resolution to this issue. Let me know what should i provide to get a replacement

I bought leather jacket from Hisar (Haryana) from FM Outlet in the year Dec-2019. I have hardly worn the jacket 4-5 times till date. Now (Dec-2021) in this season (2nd season of jacket), I have observed that the leather near the zip line on the jacket is peeled off from 4-5 spots. It will surely start spreading on the whole jacket & it will not worth anymore to wear the same.

I would request you to please either refund or replace my jacket ASAP.
I am attaching 4 images highlighting the damage part for your reference.

Purchased a genuine Leather jacket from Flying Mahine's store in February, 2021, after wearing the jacket 1 time, when I wore it again in November, 2021 the jacket had many tears in the leather and the jacket was hanging in the wardrobe the whole time, when I complained to the store they said they will send the picture to the company and then proceed further, but even after sending the photo, they didn't reply for nearly 2 weeks, then, I chatted with the manager on whatsApp and sent him the bill and the photos of the jacket, and after telling me he will sort it out and contact me soon, he didn't reply for the whole week, when I pinged him again regarding the update of my problem, he said they can't do anything about that. So, a jacket costing me 3-4k was 1 time use only, what a waste of money.

Last year i purchased jacket from flying machine store jalandhar Whose top leather is torn off now. Thinking #FlyingMachine Is such a reliable brand, I Bought this from store and now i am regretting it. Replace with other jacket on priority basis. Photos are attached. Kindly look how cheap is the leather quality. I bought monte carlo jacket 2 years back and it's still worthful.

Today i reach the barampur( up) flying machine shop and i told to manager about chenging the jeans jacket whos colour is coming off but he refusd to chenge the jacket and abuse me and my wife and thretended to beat . So please i kindly request you to take serious action against him. Thankyou

I had purchased items worth Rs 6500 from Flying machine Mahendragarh on 11th Nov. As blazer was not ironed properly, I requested Mr Vipin (Dealership head) for getting it ironed properly and he assured me of the same. I went next day and it was in the same condition, additionally they had put some burn marks on the same. I refused to take the same as it was not upto my expectations. The behaviour of Mr Vipin was not proper and his way of talking with customers is very rude. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

Online site and showroom price is having huge difference. I am taking one Jean, one shirt, two t shirts. Price of all according to showroom is rs 4798 but online site price is nearly rs 3800. It is very bad for customers and also for flying machine company. Please refund my extra amount. I am not use after this flying machine clothes after this experience.

Its cloth became loose near stitching and its is looking really bad please do something

I buyed my jeans from Vegas mall Dwarka Delhi in August 2020, after buying I barely used it because of vivid lockdown and other reasons. Today when I tried to wear it. My jeans fabric got ripped off from many sides. I have been using jeans from many other companies like Levi's and spykar, but I never have to face this type of problem. Before buying it I use to think that flying machine clothes were fine quality, but now I doubt 🧐 myself.
I thought I should register my complaint that's why I am writing this.i am not able to send you an pic due to image size restrictions.

This is regarding my purchase from U.S Polo and Flying machine both located in indiranagar branch bangalore.

I had shopped in both the showrooms on[protected], (Bill reference attached).
So the issue is while I was purchasing, The staff insisted on shopping for 500 more which would be eligible for CASHBACK of 500rs, Now I clearly recomfired with the staffs will I be getting the cashback as amount being credited to my account and the answer was YES Sir, the amount will be credited and it's not a voucher or point but AMOUNT to YOUR account.

Now I purchased from both showrooms where the bill amount was around 5k* & 6K after discount (Attached bills for reference).

Now when I haven't received the cashback yet for 6 months, When I call and ask the staff from US polo (Aishwarya) who first of all spoke so rudely and didn't even know how to talk to customers, I really feel so unhappy that such people being hired who cant even talk politely and resolve the issue instead of being rude and making pointless conversation, I would insist such behaviours are monitored and taken into account as am sure it's not just me but many customers would be unhappy with her behaviour and the way she is arrogant and impolite way of speaking to customers.

Well later I connected with both the managers from the stores and both have responded by apologising and also requested to check with the bank and the store cannot help on this. My point is, why did the staff lie to me in spite of reconfirming about the offer and make a false statement, It's not about the money but why to fool around with such cheap tricks, I would strongly make a point here that moving forward kindly make it transparent to customers at least when the ask about the deals and offers instead of lying and breaking the trust and more over behaving rude and not addressing to resolve the problem instead play with the blame game or just apologize and let it go..

Had a very bad experience and I don't expect such things to happen in future or with anyone, Kindly look into the staffs and I would appreciate if the stores compensate on this,

Am writing this mail only to see a good result and a fruitful solution to my issue, instead of an apology.

Dear flying machine,
This is with reference to the purchase of two jeans from flying machine in palassio mall Lucknow dated june 21st or 22nd amounting approx 6000. The salesman did show me good jeans and I asked him to pack the pieces I took the packet and made payment and same day I left for another city and after when I opened jeans today one of them I found there was a hole below the chain.
I personally feel that the salesman gave me the wrong jeans by mistake I request you to replace the jeans with the ones I had selected

This is to inform you that I bought a jacket of rs 6999 from flying machine store and now the condition of the jacket is worse. It was told that its the leather jacket but the condition is soo bad that it cannot be used. It has become very dull and the so called leather is coming out of it. Kindly give me a solution....

Was really dissapointed about the purchase which I have made from flying machine.I am a regular customer of your brand.And still I had to go with this.I have purchased a jeans of your brand.And in the first wash it got torned.And I don't how is that possible in a single wash.Really dissapointed with this.Very bad quality .And this is the last time that I am purchasing something from your brand.And you have to do something on this.Either I will escalate this everywhere on the social media.Let the people the real quality of this well renowned brand.Attaching the pictures aswell.

I purchased a leather jacket worth Rs. 5000 from flying machine in Dec 2019. In this month after wearing 2-3 times suddenly it's leather started coming off. We cannot expect such quality from a big brand and such damage even after having utmost care. Kindly look into the matter.

I've brought flying machine slip on sneakers but there is a sharp knotty structure at the back side of one shoe which has cut my foot... Its a manufacturing defect and I want a replacement

I have purchased a flying mechine shirt from reliance trends at that time i am totaly satisfied with fitting size. But after few wash the size of shrrt become smal as they are shrink by size .imean is becomes 40 to 36 s9ze like .
What i can do now...its very dosappinting.
