I have purchased 4 garments from flying machine showroom from pacific mall dehradun.
They have given me 40% discount and charged gst again on it. How is it possible no other brand does that !
4 garmets mrp total is Rs 8296/-
After 40% flat discount it should be Rs 4978/-
But i am charged 5737.

Bought this shoe in the month of October and it got torn within warranty period. It has the warranty for 90 days.

This product doesn’t look like the one which is shown in the amazon app. Though the quality was bad decided to go with this but after using the product for one month or so started to see the getting torn. By end of second month it completely got torn.

Leather jacket of flying machine purchased at 5500 rs and i am not even able to use it for this season now as the upper material is getting torn off.
Such a poor quality product and they are even not responding on my email. Store is not doing anything since it was an old purchase for them. But who spends that much amount to only wear it for 2 months only?
Why do we purchase branded items? So that we don’t need to worry about the quality. But now looking at this situation, i am helpless with brand and store’s attitude.

I want to file a complaint against store "flying machine" located at mgf, gurgaon.

Issue 1:
The offers for discount and cashback which was told by store manager before billing are different. After actually making the payment, he denied for same offers.

Issue 2:
I have a magicpin voucher. That voucher was redeemed by the store cashier. Rs.250 discount was supposed with that voucher. But no discount provided by store.

Hi.. I bought a a very expensive jacket from a flying machine outlet in january 2019 from city center mall in rohini, delhi. Unfortunately the particular jacket got damaged in its first machine wash. Although wash care instructions were followed properly but still the fabric got damaged and started coming out like small pieces of paper.

I was not at all expecting this to happen because i am wearing garments of this particular brand since my child hood and not even a single garment has come out like this.

Open to share pictures or garments tags with you if required and please don"t expect copy of invoice from my side as it was purchased in last winters as i have mentioned above.

Expecting a quick and satisfying response from company's side so that my interest in the brand remains the same.

I had bought a pair of jeans on 01/01/2019. It has been less than a month and the jeans are already torn near the inner thigh.

This is totally unacceptable, i have spent 2000 rupees on a pair of jeans which haven't even lasted me a month. I made this purchase from mall of india, noida store.

I brought jean pant from flying machine showroom which was at cmr central, maddilapalem, visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh.
They disnt give me bill and they manipulated the discount price. When i asked they said they will message me the bill with details. I did not recieve any messages from them. Kindly llook on to the issue and take necessary action on them.

This is naveen, i bought flying machine men's cecil red sneakers-10 uk/india (44 eu) & this is my invoice number : blr[protected], invoice details : ka-blr[protected], invoice date : 03.11.2018.

I brought this shoes on 03-nov-2018. 10 days after using shoes, shoelaces hook gone. Then on 24-nov-2018 amazon replaced with new shoes (Same model & brand shoe).

I had purchased a leather jacket brown colour as flying machine being my favourite brand. But inam really disappointed with this jacket i have hardly worn this jacket thrice and it started tearing the leather is turned to patches and coming out automatically. I would appreciate if i am given justice because i have spent 6000 rupees very hard earned. Iwant a new jacket or my money back.

As purchased leather jacket from yours in 7k and within some months it's condition is like fake material, collar has gone and when i went to shop they said ho here n there instead of giving resolution.

I have brought a full sleeve leather type jacket from reliancetrends thakurpukur, but after two days i notice tearing of leather and then scattering of leather peices all around. I have registered a complaint to reliancetrends but no such action has been taken, so i want you to take some action. It feels very to get such a damage product from your brand please look into the matter

My son purchased a jeans from amit s kalal flying machine dungarpur by invoice no s41014/1/2018/73 product is mens mid rise skinny jackson jeans but iwant to return this product in within 10 minutes but shop keeper behaviour was yery roodly tell sold item van not be return within 10 minutes and he gave product forcely me. Tell me this way is right costumer can not be return any product within 10 minutes
There no rules in india costumers can not be return product within 10 minutes and your frenchie's is very rood mr amit kalal so tell him take product back

I had purchased one flying machines jeans worth rs.1739 from shoppers stop great india place mall noida 29/7/18. I wore it hardly 7/8 times and after three washes, the waist size which was 30 loosen up to 34 and the thigh size loosen up that much that it looks like i am wearing a pajama now. Not able to understand how come the quality of the product dropped that much it is not worth wearing anymore.
It is very disappointing to see poor quality from a reputable brand like flying machines.
When i went back to store and asked them for an exchange or refund, the store manager manish mishra refused to exchange or refund and suggested me to reach out to you people about this. Hence; i am writing this to you, either help me with the exchange of this product or refund my money that i have invested in this brand. On 16th of november, i purchased a black jeans worth rs 1899 from flying machine outlet, mohali.
Just after some days i could see some fuzz pills on it and i had not even washed it.
I complained flying machine outlet about this and they asked me to handover the jeans.

It's been a week i have given them the jeans and i have received nothing from their side.
When we shop from other brands, in case of dissatisfied quality. They either replace the product immediately or give refund.

I am highly dissatisfied with the service and the product. Hoping this complaint will be addressed soon.

I purchased a leather jacket 1.5 years ago worth rs. 4999 from celebration mall udaipur.
It was so expensive and only after 1.5 years the leather begins to distort and is removed from the jacket at collar back and arms. The jacket is ruined and the leather is crushed on its own.
I have sent photos on which you can see the damage.
Its worth rs 5000 it can't get damaged in only 1.5 years.
The normal or local jacket last life long but this branded jacket is so expensive did not last even good. Please help me. Thankyou

On 21 nov 2018, an offer was going on, on purchase of 6000, 1000 off, so i bought one jacket and one t-shirt worth total 6000 and i was pay 5000, on the very next day, i exchange with the same brand 1 jacket which is worth 6000, then the owner of that outlet said the offer is not valid on exchange and i will pay 1000 more.
They have given me non-computerized bill and said their printer is not working.
I only want you to compensate me and take necessary action against the manager or owner whatever he is, for committing fraud against me as well as company policy, by putting down the excess 1000 in their pocket.
Please take action against them and returned my money, otherwise i am going to file fir against flying machine.
Here i am also attaching the bill.

Hi, i have purchased two t-shirts from a local flying machine store in my city roorkee. Then i wear first one and wash that one in the washing machine and it prints on the pocket was partially erased.
Then i try other one and same happened with it. It is very disappointing to see poor quality from a reputable brand like flying machines.
Well then i go back to store and ask them for a refund then they took my t-shirts and said that they will call me after 15 days. Now after 15 days i got a call and they said that these cant be replaced or returned.
I am very disappointed to see this type of service and customer care from a brand like flying machine.
I have never face this type issue with other brands, but with flying machine it was my first time and i am highly disappointed with the quality of clothes and service.
But i hope if i contact you then you will help me
I want my money back or replace the t-shirts with something else please.

I bought three jeans on washing hard two gets damaged so i think it should be washed gently as i like it comfy while wearing.

I again bought 2 pairs regular fit jeans from bindals situated in delhi.
I washed them about a month later after buying & i wash it very gently but it loses its charm again.

I like the comfyness but it is of no means if it loses its color. Please tell me what to do as i am hygienic so not washing my clothes is not possible for me.

I buy a t shirt after a two days i want to change t shirt size. But the sales man told we don't have any stock and he was suggested for change other outlet. Just i want to change size otherwise thay give other product. Requests to you change this.. I can buy lots of products but never face these types of problems. This time i m very upset form ur service.
