Hi, i bought a jean 15/7/2018 on sale. Two days before when i wear the jean i saw it was defected stiching. I did not remove the tags. I took jeans to the kapson showroom sangrur punjab where i bought it. I did request for change the jean. They said u got it on sale. Now sale stuff has finished. So it means nobody need to buy it on sale. I am waiting ur reply pls change my jeanas soon as u can my contact no is [protected] thnxs.

I purchased jeans from sardarpur, jodhpur ( A FM outlet) of Rs 3299/- . In just one wash it left very much color. Its looking now very much dull. I am using many of cloths of FM brand specially jeans of euro line. but this experience very bad.

Want return of refund my money.

After coming to home my mother dislike the shirt so she told me to exchange the shirt when i go to the shop they strightly told me that we have send the details to company and we cant change the shirt

I bought my jeans in the last week of may 2018 from flying machine at roodraksh mall guwahati, assam. It has been washed just 3-4 times and discoloration has started. May i get to know the reason behind this. I didn't spend 1299/- for 15 days and also not expected this from reputed company.
I want reason behind this. I want either refund or exchange. Kindly see through this matter urgently and reply as soon as possible.

I have purchased a jeans pant a few days back, and i wore that pant for about three times. When washed, the pant was torn badly at very irregular places. I got that product as a gift from my friends, so dont have any billing details with me right now. I want a replacement or an explanation from the respected brand i. E flying machine. Please respond me on this issue. Thank you

Brought a pair of super comfy jeans by flying machine and within 10days the cloth has already given up. Attaching picture of how the stitch has worn out.
Already, visited the store i purchased it from i. E. Metro shopping centre, borivali (Mumbai) and they refused to address the issue since the label is missing and the jeans has been washed.
Do you expect people to wear your clothes with a price tag hanging on it and not give it a wash for weeks?

I have purchased leather jacket last year in january'2016 from your store kanhaiya rest house, law road, gaya-823001, bihar. And weared 5-6 times last year. But when i take out the jacket on[protected] to wear i found patches in it, then i went to the store and complained about it but they said nothing can be done. I am your regular customer but this time i got disappointed. Time difference is not important as i have purchased the jacket to wear for this winter only. Please look what can be done from your side. I will be waiting for your reply.

Then I went to your store in Kolkata and told them about this payment. But the refused me and said that no store of flying machine store in Kolkata.Therefore I request to you plz, refund my money in my paytm wallet again.

Last year i purchase jacket from gip mall, noida outlet. Whose top leather i torn off after 4-5 months then we forgot to complaint etc. When this year we put out jacket it is torn. Replace it with new jacket. My wife purchase motecarlo leather two years back we dont face any problem with its stuff etc.

I purchased a jacket of mrp2699rs from shop no.11, first floor, metropolitan mall gurgaon - 122002, i weared jacket two time, after jacket is full rinkels, i showed the conditions off jacket to the shop manager, he said in 15en days i will tell you and talk to senior, at 26th november, i submitted jacket to the store, manger said it will exchange upto 30 november, today is 1st december i again visit to store and manager told me nothing is its woolen rinkle is common, i am asking to fly machine why are selling such bad quality jackets in high cost, now i m thinking 600rs jacket is better than the 2699rs jackets of flymachine

I bought a polo t-shirt from one of your stores here in dehradun and after first wash it lost its colour and whole t-shirt is now stained i tried washing it but still there was no change.. And flying machine being such a big brand their product should not be of such poor quality had a bad experience with the brand.. I would like them to help me how to get the product exchanged

I, vivek a defence person, my waist size is 34 inches, i bought two jeans 01-black & 01-blue from a fm store at chitralay theatre market complex, visakhapatnam. While buying i tried only black one. But blue one which is tagged waist size 34 inches but actual size of waist is 38 inches. Due to official commitment i was away for 03 months. When i came the store was closed & in between i lost bill. I tried through other fm but they were ready to deal if it belong to their store.

I purchased jeans from your store in jaipur. Have not used that product much. But it seems to be very old and also there are some issues with the piece. From the back side belt area, it started getting tore on its own. If you look into that part you will feel like that it is a fake product.

Flying machine is a big brand. You guys should maintain the name and quality of the product because if someone is coming to your store, it means there is some sort of trust that brings me there.

Jeans & t shirt colour defected & fabric problem. I also complaint the showroom the dungurpur but no response come out. I amnot satisfied flying machine. I already purchase 6 jeans & t-shirt shirt. I already face problem in flying machine jeans & return it. So flying machine jeans& t-shirt is color fed problem& fabric problem. Totally i am not satisfied flying machine.

I purchased a jeans from chunmun stores pvt. Ltd., pitampura which turned out to be defected. I bought it for the discounted amount of rs. 1739 and the original price was rs. 2899. The product code is[protected]. Although we have registered a complaint at the chunmun stores on 1st september but no legal action has been taken. I hope you will treat this as urgent and take proper action.

I am getting in touch with you for the jeans which i bought from your panipat showroom at mittal mega mall in the month of june'2017. I bought this jeans for a discounted amount rs. 2500 while the actual price was rs 3299.

After washing the jeans, i found that there was some fitting problem which may be coz of shrinkage in the fabric and therefore i did return this jeans to your panipat showroom for the exchange of new jeans. But to get the new jeans from your showroom, it took almost 2-3 months time to exchange the product. Now the scenario is that your panipat showroom calling me again and again and asking an additional amount of rs 780/- for the exchanged jeans with them.

As per my understanding, i did buy this product when there was an offer and for any exchange on purchased items, there should not be any extra charges and should be the same paid original amount.

Also note that in last 2-3 months, i have seen sale of 40-50% as well but your panipat showroom never gave me the product in that period even if it was an exchange for the default products.

So i request you to pls instruct your panipat showroom to do not call me again and waive off this unnecessary extra amount they are asking from me now. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

Also note that by mistake i have lost the original copy of the bill and only have bar code of last replaced item as attached.

I purchased 3 things.2 tshts and 1 bag whose total was 999 +899+1300 rspectively. I payed 2405 and the same i checked which was only costing for just 1800. So much of differnce is not acceptable. You are losing a permanent regular customer.
I am not at all happy from flying machine.
I just regret the purchase.
I just want some kind of fairness in customer's dealings with flying machine.

I bought a small size shirt worth rupees-1999
But i found it 40 percent discount so i paid 1259 rupees.
But when i come to home i found that small size shirt is not perfect to me. So i go to the shop and i tell sir please exchange the shirt and give me a medium size same shirt.
But the shopkeeper said to me.he cannot exchage the shirt because this shirt is discounted shirt. I tell him that i cannot want to...

Today i went to flying machine store Shipra Mall Vaibhav Khand Indirapuram GZB. i just went for a exchange because I am staying at gzb and i bought this product from Delhi south flying machine store and i wasn't able to visit that store again as per conversation with that Delhi south store person, they told me please visit shipra mall flying they will exchange your product but when i visited shipra flying machine sore. the owner of that store MR.Alok Bansal firstly he totally deny that this is a franchise store we can not exchange your product but when i asked for solution they got rude with me and started shouted on me, being a girl i was so surprised how actually they are doing this kind of job and how cheap people are working in store they actually do not have manners how to talk with the customer.
this was my first and last experience with the flying machine now i will never visit this brand this was my worst experience that happened with me.
and after all the conversation there was some boys who is also working in flying machine as an employees, the store owner was giving command to those people for throw me out from the store.

Dear Team,

This is to inform you that i bought 1 leather jacket from Flying Machine showroom at V-SQUARE Mall, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. I bought it on last Month (November-2016) i just wore it once in party and i found the stitch of it is coming out. There is a open stitch under the arm.

Request you to please get this replaced. This leads to your bad customer service. I was not expecting this from Flying Machine, as mostly i prefer UK/US brands but never got any such complaint.

This is my first experience from Flying machine and facing the issue, so hoping a positive response from your side by replacing it.
