[Resolved]  Foodpanda — ordered food on foodpanda , money is debited but food is not delivered

Ordered the food on 25 Sep 2018 at 7:40 PM. Paid online . Order was confirmed. Estimated time was given in the order confirmation mail as 27 minutes. It is more than 1 1/2 hours but still food not delivered.

The status is stuck at 'Chef preparing food.' It has been stuck like this for more than 90 minutes. Tried contacting Support through Live chat. No response. There is no customer care number to contact. I am unable to cancel the order since it says, the order is confirmed and cannot be canceled . There is no way to contact them and know what is wrong and why the order is stuck. Very bad service. Should close down scams like this.
