I was trying to book a ticket on 08.01.2019 for 4 passengers general quota class 3a travel from trichur (Tcr)- to bhopal (Bpl) by nizamuddin exp 12645 dated 09.03.2019 transact ion i. D. [protected]. The ticket was not booked but rs.4541.96 taken from my bank a/c (The south indian bank, thrissur) reason... No response from bank..
