My relative send a parcel for me the AWB number EL[protected]IN
From BNPL NSH THIRUVANANTHAPURAM and it reached Delhi ap tmo on 04 -05-23 TIME 20:35:13 after that no update kindly update me when can I expect the parcel in my home address if we not received this parcel with in 24 hours than after that compensation amount paid by you for delaying parcel delivery

Its been 4 days since it has already reached delhi and dispatched but still havent been received by me. its takes maximum 1 hour to reach from Delhi to Noida, and its been already 4 days and i haven’t received anything. I want my parcel as soon as possible. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Please get your work and do your duty with responsibility.

This is mohammadreza khosroabadi, residing at bangalore, i have sent 2 parcels to iran on 3rd February 2023 from bangalore, karnataka to iran.one of the parcels received in iran on 22nd February but the other box with tracking number of CK[protected]IN has not received yet and while tracking shows it is in delhi AP TMO since 7th February.
I visited bangalore general post where i have sent the parcels on 9th march and made complaint with registration number of [protected] and visited many times but still i did not get any proper answer.
Kindly i have request to take action against this matter and try to send my parcel as soon as possible.
