Fraud Vodafone — Vodafone is not settling my money back

I cancelled my vodafone postpaid number[protected] in the month of August 15 . Vodafone supposed to return my deposit amount and excess amount which I have paid, But till ow I have not received single rupee from them. If a customer does not pay the mobile in time then vodafone will snatch extra fine amount .. Now Vodafone itself has not paid my money ..
