Freecharge.in — Fraught my amount of Rs 332 through www.freecharge.in | |||
I went to recharge through www.freecharge.in of [protected] on 30/07/2015 and [protected] on 18/09/2015 twice in a day and the amount debit to my bank account on 30th July 2015 as Rs 500, 18th sept 2015 as Rs 357 and 20th July 2015 as Rs 357 but not recharge to my both mobile no. According to the freecharge history i got 17/08/15 - RS 222, 17/08/15 - RS 337, 20/09/15 - RS 50, 26/09/15, RS 74 and 30/09/15 - RS 199 against Rs 1214 and balance amount of Rs 332 will not get. After that i contract their care through mail that shown in below Prithwiraj Adak 22:44 (14 hours ago) to care Dear sir/madam I shown my transaction details from 30th July to 30th sep as below. On 30/07/15 - RS 500 (d) 17/08/15 - RS 222 (c) 17/08/15 - RS 337 (c) 18/09/15 - RS 357 (d) 20/09/15 - RS 357 (d) 20/09/15 - RS 50 (c) 26/09/15 -RS 74 (c) 30/09/15 - RS 199 (c) Total debit of Rs 1214 and total credit of Rs 882 balance Rs 332 noither credit to my bank account not my frecharge account. Please check and show me as like that. Therefore, we had refunded Rs. 857 to your account as FreeCharge Balance against this order. We also see that you've utilized these on your next transaction (order ID FCVM[protected](222), FCMA[protected](59), FCVA[protected](50), FCVA[protected](74), FCVW[protected](199), the available balance is Rs.34 in your credits. They have confirmed that the payment for this particular transaction has not been received at our end.
