[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — debited my money | |||
I did recharge of rupees 50 on 31st Jan 2018, Wed, 11:39 PM . As i was doing my recharge I got the code of otp for payment and paid the money for the recharge, in second minute i found that money has been debited and recharge was unsuccessful, I got message that I will get my money back within 5-7 days, but I did not get it back. I want my money back as soon as possible. I have faced this in freecharge only, I never faced this problem in Paytm. Do bother on my complaint. We confirm that the payment against the mentioned Order ID was failed. If any payment has been deducted from your bank but has not been forwarded to the payment gateway or FreeCharge then the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 bank business days. Since the amount was not received yet, we request you to share us the updated bank statement from the date of the transaction to till date at [protected]@freecharge.com. This will help us to follow up with our payment partner. Further details are shared on your registered email ID. I recharged my airtel dth on 24.02.2018 from freechage site they deducted money from my bank account but its 2 day completed still its company shows in processing
