I have recharged my aircel mobile number [protected] of rs.47/- freecharge by using net banking on 20-august-2017. My sbi account of rs.47/- has been debited but my aircel mobile number was not recharged. I kindly request you please resolve my recharge problem as soon as possible. Thank you Transaction ref. Verified Support Aug 22, 2017 Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that the transaction was unsuccessful at the operator’s end and the amount has been auto refunded to your bank account on 22/08/2017. The normal turnaround time for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account is 5 to 7 bank working days (Excluding Saturday/Sunday/National Holidays). Some nationalized banks may take more time than the conventional time to credit the amount. We request you to check the same after 5 to 7 bank working days from the date of refund. I tried to recharge my mob.[protected] on 7th aug from freerecharge website. Of 349 rs. There was no recharge. And amount not refunded.
