@FreeCharge very very poor service since yesterday my recharge is under process emailed to care two to three times no reply till now nor recharge done nor recharge failed money deducted is this type of service you provide to customera please find transactaion details https://t.co/gHzP8JYzut

I booked a ticket but in IRCTC it's still payment requested from two days.
