Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Transaction failed but not return back amount in bank | |||
I made online payment through freecharge.in to CESC amounting to Rs.780/- and the amount has been debited immediately in my account by SBI vide transaction No.txn#734709. After that i received sms from freecharge that transaction faild and they stated there that - "we have saved your details. Click https://payfc.in/brYBeRGv to complete your payment". According I did the same according to their instruction but regret to inform you that again it is said that to pay the bill amount of Rs.780/- which I had already paid and amount have been debited in my account. I tried to talk to their customer care but no telephone No. is there to talk to the customer care executive. Meanwhile, after 4 days I got sms in my phone from them that within 48 hours the amount will be diverted in my bank, but till now the same has not yet been made from their side. Pls, look into the matter and try to return back my hard-earned money. Was this information helpful? | |||
