We will purchased a refurbised vivo mobile and sony power bank from freekkamal ecommerce company located in patna bihar and make a online payment of rs 3898 from debit card but we will not recieved any updated from the company we will write a email and make a call on given no but no response will be given by the company now ph is switched off. The company running till date and booking the item as well pls look on this help us to recover my money back and company has not cheat any one in future

I click the link and it carries me to a site name freekamal.co.in and i make order and also make payment with debit card which was 2799 (Mobile cost)+150 (Delivery charge) after that i received message of debit 2949 rs at zoomcomm on 29 may2020. Order detail receivedand order no is [protected] then i check order history and in order history it shows no order placed. After that i try to contact customer case, which is continuously announce switched off, i also mail to [protected]@freekamal.co.in multiple time but no single response from the site. Please look on this.

But no order detail received nor on Phone nor on my provided email. then I check order history and in order history It shows NO ORDER PLACED. After that I try to contact customer case, which is continuously announce switched off, I also mail to [protected]@freekamal.co.in multiple time but no single response from the site. Please look on this.

After online paid I immediately want to know about this site..when I search about the site i got shock bcoz hundreds of victims already complaint..if we don't stop this fraud millions of victims like me ...

I read an advertisement in a leading media company website named abp news. The url is attached below.

I paid 2950 for the booking of oneplus 5t refurbished phone. Although, i already heard about free ka meal but i didn't check the domain name.

So i paid the money by using net banking. I was not aware of this fraud they just used free ka maal name and tried to promote themself in leading media channels.

Is there any way to get my money back?

I have read about this advertisement in leading newspaper (Divya bhaskar) before few days back. Than i have ordered for a mobile phone which cost was approx rs. 3049 including delivery charges. When i received this product on[protected], it was a nightmare for me. I found a keypad phone in that box which cost is not more than rs.400. If anybody can help me to refund my money back

Have seen the report on freekamal.co.in in navbharat times websites then i have ordered for refurbished realme 5 pro on dated 1may 2020. I am already have done online payment of rs.3049. After that, i have received a basic phone name viva. Cost is 400 rs my order no. Is [protected]. I have sent lot of emails to their mail id. But they have not to give any response. I request you to look into this matter & please try to refund my money.

I have seen some news about freekamal.co.in in Bhaskar.com on 18th feb 2020 and ordered realme 5 pro mobile
as I have seen news on Bhaskar.com so this website freeKamal.co.in seems to be genuine but it seems to be fake now due to below reason
1. I have ordered realme me 5 pro by paying 3050 rupees
2. I received feature phone instead realme 5 pro that is still OK (it was not luck by chance sell but still they called it luck by chance sell and sent feature phone why ? It was purely first come first serve basis deal so if customer is not lucky enough to be in top 500 list then they should not giving feature phone but just to keep customer money the sent feature phone that is totally wrong )
3.As per freekamal policy if I return product they will give me money as freekamal cash but no one is responding on return request and phone number shared also not working

I am totally cheated by freekamal due to nationalize popular news paper Bhaskar.com,

Please suggest possible solutions to above mentioned issue, your help is much needed in this situation

I had purchased realme 5 pro phone on thursday 19/02/2020 by paying online amt through icici debit card rs. 3049 on www.freekamal.co.in. and my freekamal track order number is : [protected], and the speedpost courier tracking number is ef[protected]in, and the mobile delivered to me was of the company name : icecream 210, and it got delivered on 27/02/2020, and i am feeling totally being fooled as how can one give a normal mobile that too in place of branded smatphone, they are making fool of people by continously duping people in the name of smartphone whereas the mobile delivered by them is not only with product face value of 100 rupees how can they send the 100 rs mobile in place of 3049 rupees which i had paid, i request you to please take up this matter with utmost priority as many countless peoples are being fooled with these types of websites and how can the government allow these type of e-commerce websites to function, also the phone is made in china product with least product quality of 100 rupees face value. Please provide me my money back or else i will have to file an complaint in court regarding consumer forums inablitlity to solve these type of scams. My contact number is :[protected]/[protected].

I saw a news about realme 5pro mobile phone and i bought it today and i lost money rs.3049 and i searched it on google about this website https://www.freekamal.co.in/. its online fraud and many clients and people had logged so many complaints.
So please reply me what to do because this website's advertising is doing by your bhaskar.com.
