Future Generali — Unnecessary being harassed by the company's claim handler despite in zero depth car insurance policy.

Withe due respect i am sending this email to the concerned authorities as there has been no response after so many emails to the company.

It has already been 12 days as of now and the company is still not ready provide me with the claim for both bumper and windscreen, it is not except able that why would a customer be treated like this if the accident is not justified to the claim handler???

Sub;unnecessary being harassed by the company and the claim handler despite in zero depth car insurance policy.

My self jatin chopra owner of maruti swift vxi no. Dl9cae6855 by the name of my wife name sakshi soni, have paid 14, 044. Rs as the zero dept insurance with future generali zero depth car insurance policy no.2016-v4772722-fpv last year 29/11/2017,

It was the first week of this month i and an uncle of mine were returning to delhi from jaipur by the said vehicle and i was driving, at around 1:30 pm a truck fully loaded with iron rods and building materiel moving in front of my car stooped with immediate and sudden brakes, some how i was driving in control so managed to stop my car but with a very short distance, i heard a sound from the lower side of my car but the truck driver tried to flew from the spot as if nothing has happen, i quickly managed to chase and follow the vehicle for just few seconds i was able to do so there i realized about that sound and i noticed a sharp dent on the front lower side of the car bumper and some more minor scratches on number plate which were seems to be by those iron rods coming out of that truck, the driver and his subordinate managed to leave the spot becoz of the jam behind us and putting on the blame of the accident on another imaginary vehicle (An auto rickshaw as they said),

My uncle said we should also leave this unknown place and should have some water ahead, after 2 or may be 3 km's we parked the car to have some water and i then made a quick check to see what else has been damaged, there i saw a mild scratch or crack in my windscreen along with the dent of bumper,

This was the time i was able to recognize the marks of damage done by this accident.

As a true car lover i somehow managed some time from daily schedule and one morning i reached to the maruti t. R sawhney motors pvt. Ltd at industrial area patparganj near to my office and residence on 15/05/2017 with my car and showed it to the bodyshop manager he quickly took my car and raise the claim after hearing my story, the claim was filed for the windscreen and the bumper to be changed,

Now is the real harassment starts after i gave my car the survey was done on the next morning 16/05/2017 and i revived a call from the body shop department that the claim has not been fully approved in the survey against claim no. Cv798380 by mr. Zoravar singh and i wanted to know the reason so i took his number and had a word with the person who did the survey, mr. Zoravar singh no. [protected], he said according to him he is not finding this claim justified and though he can not provide the claim for both the bumper and windscreen together, now this was completely unimaginable and unacceptable on this matter, i have provided the claim handler some pictures of the vehicle but he is still not ready to understand how this all happen.

I guess i should have not stopped my car that day and let there be a major accident so that in that case may be then i would not need to give so many explanations,

After all this finally i have taken my car from the t. R. Sawhney and got the wind screen changed on 20/05/2017 12:51 afternoon and paid 4858/- rupees as they said that the money will be returned to my bank account for which they have taken a cancelled cheque from me.


Since 17/05/2017 i have send this email and my grievance to all the authorities i can, i have received a call from the mumbai team of future group on 22/05 and 23/05, but today my call was put in the conference with claim handler, me and the executive, by which we have not reached to any further
Conclusion so far, the executive is still not getting the words of mine and giving me an assurance by just his words to wait for more some days and see what he can personally do in this case,
