Sir, I am a resident of F-Block Lajpat Ngr, Sector-4, Sahibabad, GZB. The sewers of this block are blocked and choked. The whole sewage, dirty/filthy water is overflowing on the streets and all sewage chambers are full. The sewage is not at all flowing through. Approached the supervisor of Nagar Nigam but he is also not of any help. Req senior officials to intervene & resove the crisis.

Sir,
We are residents of ramkrishna vihar near I.M.E college, the sewer status here is getting worse.The roads are blocked because of the sewage water.Kindly look into the matter.

        I am Rajiv Bhadauria resident of D243 a brij vihar in GDA flat from 30 years.our whole building residents are suffering from "Naali ka Malba" every month nagar nigam people come and dig naali and put that kachra in front of our building this kachra is here since 2 weeks.we All suffering from danger of getting I'll also we are not even able to go outside as this kachra is place just in front of exit.photos attached.kindly do the needful.

            The open drains digged by the ghaziabad nagar Nigam have been left uncovered even over entries of the houses. This has made the place to be physically unsafe for children, senior citizens, physically disabled and street animals. Today, we have also requested mr. Kuril (AE) and Mr. Gangwar to do the needful and get the drains covered. However, the drains digged in front of some houses have been covered by the nagar nigam itself. On being asked about the criteria for choosing these exceptions, they told us that the budget to cover the drains Is limited. Therefore, the ones which have not been covered need to be covered by hiring private or jal nigam contractors on payment. This is not in good interest for the residents of kaushambi.               Dear Nagar Nigam Ghzb Commissioner, We want to draw your kind attention that Nagar nigam has approved Cemented Nala in In shahid nagar and nearby areas, The contrator has not made this Nala according to norms provided by nng, The direction of Nala moved into the Road side at opposite Moti Masjid and Murda Ghat of Shahid Nagar. People says that contractor has taken Bribe and come under pressure of Enchrochers of road land, Please take necessary action against the contractor who help the enchrochers, and stop payments of him Hoping early action, M, Joshi Secretary.                 Daily day night garbage burning on large scale in areas of vasundra and indirapuram without proper segregation and management.Such activities severely affects the quality of air in the whole region.

                Damage road

                There is lots of puddles & broken road patches on Vaishali Vasundhara connection road along with hindon canal from last 06-months & no repair work / maintenance is going on for this road.

                  Sewer line in front of 9/1267 and 9/1232 Vasundhara is overflowing since Nov.15.complaints entered in GNN complaint register on 6th &27th Dec 15 followed by phone calls and personal visits bur no respite is received. situation worsening every passing day as movement due to water overflow affected as also may call serious health hazard and lead to epidemic.                     I am resident of l-29 nehru nagar-3 ghaziabad. Severe chamber in our service lane is overflowing resulting water accumulation, bad smell and lots of mosquitoes. I complained many times to nagar nigam but sorry to inform you that thaere is no one to even attend the issue.

                      I would like to bring to your notice that the sweepers in A block of Shalimar Garden Ext II Sahibabad are regular and they are sweeping the roads regularly but the vehicle which is suppose to come and collect that Garbage is not coming on regular basis. As a result the garbage is getting accumulated on the road side and since getting spread again in few days time since the sweepers are not permitted to burn that. Please arrange vehicle for lifting the waste from the roads on regular basis.

                        Sir I m the resident of a42 shamimar garden extent ion-ii sahibabad, ghazaiabd. Here the water pipe line was laid just 1 week before. We very much thankful to your department for the same . sir I want bring your kind notice the the road around the ekta park approx 700 metres was damaged by the water department during the pipe line laying work. They damaged the entire tile work around the park but unfortunately they did'nt fill the pipe line and left with big patch holes all around. Therefore you are requested to make necessary arrangemt to repair the road otherwise some big mishaps could'nt be possible. Thanks

                          Hi, My brother is following the nigar nigam from last 2 years for my son birth certificate and since then we are not getting it. Now i am getting problem in his school admission . Onthe site our application status is also said this is generated but we are not getting copy and they are claim about the problem in site . No of application is 009/Birth14/BC022485 . you check the status on site - http://edistrict.up.nic.in/ . I don't know where to complain and what to do . Why we have such rule that we should have birth day certificate where govt. is unable to provide that. I will this on facebook to. Sudhanshu Gupta

                              We the shop owners of Sector-15, Awas Vikas Market, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad would like to draw the attention towards the Grabage stacked near one of the approach road adjoining Family Health Hospital. Despite various verbal as well written complaints since September 2015 no action has been taken by the appropriate authority to clear the approach road by way of cleaning/lifting the above mentioned garbage.                                 I Lait Joshi have a house at address II-E, 1108b, Kamana Vaishali, Ghaziabad-201010. In 2014 i raised a complaint regarding house tax online payment. I got a call of Tax superintendent that your house pin is VS51300. or Data will uploaded soon on server. than again i complaint to correct my name in record, after that my record is not showing in server from last 1 year. i regularly doing complaint but till date no response. all compliant status is showing under process. I am unable to pay house tax as the record not found massage comes every time. Complaint I Registered are: [protected] on date 24/06/2015. [protected] on date 09/07/2015 [protected] on date 15/07/2015 [protected] on date 30/09/2015 [protected] on date 19/10/2015 [protected] on date 14/12/2015 Pls Look in this matter and solve my problem.

                                Water & Sewage tax was not collected along with House Tax, how and where to pay these taxes? What are the rates in Vasundhra zone for Society flats. Residents are not provided individual tax bills and there is no transparancy in calculation of rates by RWA. The rates should be available in Govt. Noification.

                                    A dead body of stray dog is lying unattended on the road in front of the residents lane since long. The body has started swelling up due to being wet in rain. Please get this cleared urgently otherwise it will start rotting.

                                      We have a house at address :Flat No.UG 03, Plot No.56-57, Sector 7, Vaishali, Ghaziabad.We deposited Hose Tax on line on 21.11.2015 for Rs3338.88 for which the receipt No. is[protected]VS81274.It has been found that our names have not been mentioned correctly in the receipt.The correct names are ROOPAM SHARMA & AJAY PRAKASH instead of Roopram Sharma & Ajay.                                         Your safai karamcharis behave in a careless way - complained to your area supervisor, mr sanjay kumar, one day he attended to my complaint but the situation is as bad as it was. your safai karamcharis sweep the street garbage in a heap and set fire to it or sweep it in the rainwater drain. these piles are not collected by the designated person, resulting in filthy environment. the GDA colony residents throw their malba and garbage outside their compound, dirtying the street even more. if the garbage is collected everyday, the street will look neat and clean, but right now it looks as if it has been bombed the night before. NGT and HC prohibit burning of garbage, but it is a regular thing here, even when i object, ur safai karamcharis start shouting at us.
