Gionee India — Gionee elife 5.1 blue mobiles (issue not solved) | |||||
I purchased my gionee elife 5.1 blue mobiles (price - 14814) through snapdeal on 01-aug-2015. But in december-2015 my mobile operating system was disturbed, then i visited to the nearest service center located in malvianagar, new delhi. they kept my mobile for two days and returned on 13-feb-2016. but my problem is still unsolved, when i called to service center, they told me that your mobile has hardware problem and you will be charged for any hardware issue and you have to wait for two months but not 100% sure about the problem will be solved or not. I am not satisfied with the service of this company i have already invested too much money to buy this mobile, now they are asking to more money while my mobile is in warranty period, as a student how it is possible to invest more money in this mobile while in warranty period.
