I bought a Gionee s plus from online infocom, mahipalpur, new delhi on 03/03/2016 around night 10 clock and the shop closed as soon after my purchase for the day. When I came back home and tried to switch on my phone it was not getting On and I kept it for charge as I tought phone might not have charge. Next day morning also I found the same issue that the phone was not getting On. I went to the dealer and he told me that there is nothing to worry as one among 100 models face this kind of issue. He told sir you keep the phone box and charger headset with you I will give you a new handset. I don’t know from where, but he gave me one another phone S plus of same colour. I had doubt and I asked that guy that I don’t even know from where you are giving this phone and he told me that sir its my guarantee that this phone wont create any problem and it’s a brand new handset. I took the phone and after 4 days the phone started to over heat near the back side speaker and by evening I noticed that sound not coming from back speakers. I was able to take calls and sound for call was audible throught front speakers and mic but back side speakers was not working. I went back to dealer next day after my duty and he advised to visit service center and was telling that we don’t know now. I asked hime that you have given a faulty phone to me. This guys at shop refused any help and I came back. I tought anyhow phone is working. I didn’t wanted to go with complaints and all because I didn’t had time. After 5 days the phone became dead and I came to know that I have been fooled and was given a faulty phone. I went to the dealer with 5, 6 guys and that day was Friday and the guys at shop told me that tomorrow is Saturday and after that Sunday, give us time till Monday evening I will take your phone to service center and make Delivery order and after that they will provide me a replacement or I may choose any other phone from their shop in the 17, 000 rs price range. I took video for the same and at that time they told that the software damaged and I went back. Monday morning this guy from the dealer called me and told that he came back from service Centre and they told him that it is liquid damage. I am sure that no liquid damage happened to the phone because it is me who was using the phone and till the day I handover the phone to the dealer the phone worked when he changed the battery from a new phone. I am sure that it’s the drama the shop guys played because on the service center recipt it was mentioned as gionee S plus blue colour whereas my phone is S plus Gold colour. I called to the service center directly and they told me that as it is liqid damage I will need to pay 5, 300 to change the mother board. Just for confirming I visited another service center in Karol bagh (Godsons Enterprises)and they were asking for 9, 000 rs and was telling me the mother board as well as screen should be changed. The service centre was VAISHNO COMMUNICATION T136/1, 1st FLOOR, SHIVALIK ROAD, BEGUMPUR, OPP- LIBERTY SHOWROOM, MALVIYA NAGAR. The dealer from where I bought the handset and they replaced the phone on the same day was a faulty or defective product or the dealer and service center people have played together. Otherwise there is no reason of water damage. I want justice in this issue. I paid 17, 000 and bought the phone and same day the phone was replaced due to handset damage and they provided me with a faulty handset. The shop name is Online iNfocom, New delhi, near red light, Mahipalpur. I haven’t even used the phone hardly fro 1o days. I am 100% sure that they provided me with a damaged phone on the second day when they changed. I have already filed 02 case online regarding gionee and also regarding the dealer. Whatever it may cost I will fight until I get justice. I wanted to hear what you guys have to say about this before moving to consumer court. Hope you will atleast read this and give me a reply. I went to service center and gave 6000 rs and repaired again, , but still faulty
