Hi Sir/Madam,

Good Morning,

I am writing this email, after getting frustration with the service provided by Glen service, Chennai

Details :-
Glen Chimney - GL 6066MSAC (90) 1200 M3BF
Purchace date[protected]

within 6 months - We got issue in the Chimney - its Not Working (the 3 speed setting is NOT Working, so entire system were not working)

Registered the Complaint no. 435886 and the service person came on[protected].
found the issue and told that - they need to change the Circuit Panel board.

After 22 days, the service person came back on[protected] with the New Circuit Panel board
After fixing the new one also, its NOT working properly,
So, the service person told that, this New panel is not working properly, so we need get again a new one.

Now its 40+days gone - Without Chimney we are cooking.

I tried calling them again, but there is NO response.
Dont know the current status, whether they will come back or NOT ...

Atleest, the customer need to know the status... Here, in my issue, i am NOT getting any status update like when it will get resolved.

Query :-
Whether customer will the status update or Not ??
Whether this issue will get resolved or Not ??
How many Months, i need to wait ??

Or i need to BUY new chimney, thinking that GLEN service will Not resolve this issue and need to for OTHER COMPANY PRODUCT.
& in lifetime, i Should not think about GLEN PRODCUTS

    Hi, We bought a Glen Chimney in Dec 2021 and got it installed by calling Glen customer care with reference job no: SB/2021/12/TN/295502.
    Chimney Model - Glen ISPA 60 cm BL filterless Auto Clean Wall Mounted Chimney (Black 1050 CMH)

    It stopped working from July 2022. And we reported to customer care via email on 14th July and following up from since. But nobody from service center visited yet. When asked for update they say that nobody picked the call.

    But we get calls from nearby city service center many times already and pestering us whether we have the bills / under warranty / asking for the service center details which installed the chimney. We have shared that we have bill, it's under warranty and the Glen job number. They can just look up in the system based on the job number to get the service center details.

    Seems they are not ready to pick up the service since it's under warranty and service should be free.

    What kind of pathetic service is this!!!?
    It's more that 45 days since the complaint was made and still nothing!!?

      Sir, I bought a Chimney from Glen on 17.11.2019. It worked file. But during the month of May 2022, it got stopped. While informing the same to their service person, they told that the board is out and is to be replaced. Since the warranty is over, we have to pay for it. We paid and changed the board. After one week or so, again it stopped functioning. After our information the service person came and serviced the board two times and still it is not working. I gave complaint so many times still it is not working.

      I am attaching herewith the image of the Chimney and the latest service

      report for your ready reference.

      Can you please help to get rid off

        Greetings of the day …

        I have bought this mixer grinder on 8th of august and 9th only it has stopped working having short circuit.
        I have called the person from where i have bought it and told them that I guess i have received defective piece ..!
        I want a replacement.
        THEY SAID SORRY MAM WE DON’T HAVE REPLACEMENT POLICY
        We ONLY REPAIR .!!

        First of all you sold defective piece and then when the person finds it out the very next day that the product which is sold to her is damage YOU REFUSE TO REPLACE IT.

        I will be highly obliged i[censored] look into the matter as early as possible.
        I WANT A REPLACEMENT .!!!
        WITHIN 48HRS THE PRODUCT HAD STOPPED WORKING

              Your new service centre in chandannagar is totally worst. Why you recruit such type of people who are good in taking money from customers without service. We have booked for chimney services with motor service which cost Rs. 1270. They came after calling three or four times and done half of the work i. e cleaning the baffle filter and took Rs. 800 and told they will come after 2days and do the rest of the cleaning i. e motor. After two days they does not have any responsibility to come and do the rest of work. We as a customer of Glen chimney are calling again again when they will come. But they didn't came still now. So this the way of giving service to the customer from glen.

                Hello respected sir/madam

                I had a recent purchase from best price jalandhar store that’s for glen gas stove

                For your kind intimation the gas stove was not working within one week, apparently my husband tried to resolve the issue by lighting it with an lighter, an incident by your stove would have taken precious life of family as there was fire explosion and my husband hand was burnt, your technician was a evidence as he seen the burnt hand.

                Well next step I did was complaint to customer care, they sent an technician which he could not resolve the matter and starting saying manufacturing fault.

                Further the complaint was ascalated to the head office where in I requested to either exchange or refund the product as I feel it unsafe for an domestic use after paying so much I have invited trouble to my house

                So till today I have not got any resolution to my matter, wherein glen failed to provide better service

                  I purchased Glen chimney last march ie 2021...After one year the display board didn't work...when contacted the service they said the board to be replaced...but the time to replace it takes more than a month in coimbatore...So pls do no trust this brand because they doen't have capable service spares in coimbatore...by the way the board quality itself is not good when it went off after a year...It is my experience it is up to you to go for this brand.

                    I want to state that some dust had entered inside the chimney and as soon as I called helpline, they sent 2 engineers who took ₹ 500 from me after cleaning the chimney. Is it proper way or loot, ₹ 500 has to be paid for the cleaning process only..

                      I have purchased 3 Burner Free Standing Glass Hob Forged Brass Burner with Flame Failure Device Auto Ignition (1073 FSFBBWFFDAI) in the month of April 2022. The burners are not working properly. Further one burner do not work at all. I have been complaining since last one & half month to Glen Appliances Pvt. Ltd. However, no action has been taken till date. i feel aggrieved as it is the responsibility of the company to provide service at the earliest or return defective product.

                        It very bad experience from Glen customer care and local dealership when ever call to this people's will they will keep postponed .we have keep waiting for them like they are visiting they before day but not come again really sorry say it's worse services from Glen

                            I have bought glen 4 burner auto ignition gas stove last year. 2 burners are working properly and rest doesn't ignite automatically. I called up the service center thrice and raised the request but no one turned up. This is the worse service center I have ever come up with.

                              I bought the glen chimney 15days back. Glen Chimney noise is horrible and while we are using it, after 10mins suddenly got stopped in the middle of the cooking and after 10hrs it started again, horrible chimney, please I dont want this glen chimney. No proper response from glen people.
                              We are fed up with this glen chimney. I think iam cheated by the glen people.

                              I suspect glen chimney is damaged or might be used one, they had given me. Seller name : jagadish, contact number : [protected],
                              He is saying, that if I spend another 6000/-, he will bring the advance chimney, there wont be any sound itseems...while buying, he said, there wont be any sound and it is soomth working, all stories he told, now he even not responding properly to my calls. Please help me in this situation, I spent 14000/- rs on glen chimney, its my flesh and blood.
                              No one contacted me from glen very horrible, please help

                                Hello Team,

                                This is regarding my complaint of product Glen 3 Burner which I bought on 07/08/2020. The issue is the auto ignition is not working now. I raised my concern over the WhatsApp number of Glen India and I was assisted that technician will visit but its being 50 days no one came and on every forward they said forwarding the concern. Every time I am assisted that someone will come when I do follow up. I have sent complaint over glen email and their service whatsApp but nothing works. The product is still in warranty. Still they do not care about their customer. I have screenshot of all chat and email. Please help me to resolve the issue.

                                  My above Gleen stove is not functioning properly. It gives unnatural flame which make all utensils black within few seconds. Please get it rectified. I have purchased it vide invoice no 827 dated 20 Nov 20. Product is under warranty.
                                  Till today 24 March 22 no one have attended the complain.

                                    My chimney service happened in March first week, that time they charged for two lock, but only one lock changed. Service person told to me, pay for two lock, will change one lock for next day.But till not yet happened. Multiple time called to service franchisee, but not get the service till date.Need the immediate solution for that

                                      I have ordered, glen 1041 GT forged brass burner glass automatic gas stove, through bajaj online store on 2nd Feb 2022, ordered got confirmed on 3rd Feb 2022 and it got delivered on 10th Feb 2022. We have opened the package and installed it. Tried to start its not getting started until we lit it with match stick. Then we have checked in youtube how to start the auto ignition, we see there is no auto ignition button on the stove.

                                      I have emailed them regarding the issue, they didnt respond. Agian i have called them on number which was printed on invoice they said they have no dealership in Hyderabad and replace is not possible, they would refund the difference amount of Rs 900+, since then they have not responed, i have email them few times.                                         I have purchased GLEN 1020GT 2BR LPG from your dealer Balasubramanian, Nanganallur, chennai on 04 Mar 22. The stove pan support corner end is not equal. I have already spoken with your customer in above problem on 05 Mar 22 (Dear customer, your job has been registered vide job no: SB/2022/3/TN/362352. The service person will get in touch with you soon.) But not rectifies my request by your rep. Pl be send your rep and solve my problems
