Sir, i have invested rs. 5000/- in golden projects limited vide receipt - cum allotment letter no. 97/52925 dated 25/06/1997 sr. No. 087912. I have deposited cheque bearing no. 0081276 dated 20/05/2002 issued by the company and was returned saying refer to drawer (Insufficient funds) during july 2002. Till date i have not received any refund from the company. Kindly do the needful.

It is submitted that i invested rs 10000/- in golden forest india ltd vide receipt no ls/96/150108 dated 07.07.1996 and my account no bearing 01/9/lsc/411015. On maturity i deposited a cheque no 258291dated 07.01.2000 of rs 20000/-, provided to me by aforesaid company, which was dishonoured.

I visited gfil office at lalru and the staff took back the said cheque on 04.03.2000 with a promise to issue a new cheque wihin 15 days which was never done. I tried to submit my claim online after honourable supreme court orders which was not accepted.

On 18.10.2018, i have submitted duly notorized copies of my claim papers by regd post to the committee gfil and copies to gfil office, lalru.

Till date no amount has been received.
Kindly do justice by helping to relieve my hard earned honest money with j terest amount as soon as possible. I shall be very thankful to you.

I would like to solve the issue regarding filling of claim form details in the start section. After filling all details and submitting the details in the first section, i'm unable to move to the next section where it is generating a pop-up message as account number is invalid. I have tried filling account numbers as 01/9/lsc757128 and receipt no: 97/205440 and 01/9/lsc30175 and receipt no: 95/64851, as mentioned on the site.

My name is sahja nand singh i'm a depositor in golden forests india limited, holding account numbers (01/9/lsb72564603/12414) and (01/9/lsb78748403/134751) with receipts numbers (Ls/99/55640) and (Ls/00/36098).
While filling the claim form after submitting all my details, when move to next section it's show a pop-up massage as account number is invalid.
I hereby request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible.
And help me to receive my amount as soon as possible.

I have invested rs 10000/- in gfil during 2001 during 2004 i have sent the originalcertificate to committee for registation for claiming the refund amount of deposit with intrest as the case was in supreme court, now as per the supreme court order dt;5/9/2018 eligible for 70% refund in this regard i wish to bring your notice as fallows
1 — during 7/5/1996 i have invested rs.5000/- receipt no.357205 dt; 7/5/1996

2 — accordingly booking ofunit of land of 1 marla sq. Ft. Of rs.5000/- enrolment no.648670 dt;13/6/96 (Copy of the acknowledgement is enclosed)
3 — during 2001 the maturity claim was due mean while i have re invested the maturity amount of rs.10000/- in the same plan further.
4 — after this the committee was formulated for cliam accordingly i have submitted all orginal documents certificate/allottment letter to the chairman committee, gfil appointed by supreme court of india, patiala recived all documents sent under rad letter on 25/11/2004 and ihave received the acknowledgement post card on1/12/2004 (Copy of the ack. Card (Enclosed).
As i have submitted the all original documents to the chairman committee gfil only the above documents are available with me the copies fo the documents are missing not traceable hence i reqest to consider my case favourably and guide me to get the claim as per supreme court order

I worked as an agent. Some people came and took all the documents from us saying that they will give the money. We have some details but the reciept numbers were missing. Kindly tell us how can we claim the amount.

I invested in golden forests few years ago (1993)
And maturity date is 2015 but at the time of withdrawal. Bank refused to provide the amount because of the case against golden forests.

After we left hope for any amount but recently i heard news about the golden forests case.
So i want you take care of this and please help us get the return amount from them.
