I & my clients invested in golden forest (India) ltd, manimajra, chandigarh (U t). I submitted original documents through speed post in the year 2004 at village jhàrmari, patiala, punjab with refence to the appeal of the chairman of the committee constituted by supreme court. The speed post no. Is ee[protected]in dated 16/12/2004. I have read the news regarding refund of 70% of principal amount to investors.

During the submission of documents to the committee, i had submitted all the originals for my policy

But unfortunately, now i am not able to locate the photocopied documents for the same

I can only recollect some of the details regarding policy maturity date and the amount deposited

Can the committee help me in finding out the details so that i can fill the form before the last date?

I have made a deposit for 1000 RS IN 1996 golden forests india limited. the . I haven't received the amount yet. Recently the supreme court has given a judgement in favour of the depositors as per which the depositors are entitled to receive 70% of the principal amount deposited.in persuit of this the company has set up a committee for redressal which has authorised 'karvy computershare private limited' as payment service provider for making disbursement. My father who has done the investment is no more. I do not have the requisite papers also.
But through his diary, i know the s. O code which was given by golden forests under which all the investments were done.
Can the committee help me in finding out the details so that i can fill the form before the last date?
