My name is prasanta kumar pany i want to apply for the claim form.
When i am applying the form by providing the account number it is displaying the account number as invalid
For validation may be some alphabets are required which i don't have with me. So i am not able to fill the claiming form. My gloden forest account no is 369641

During the submission of documents to the committee, i had submitted all the originals for my policy

But unfortunately, now i am not able to locate the photocopied documents for the same

I can only recollect some of the details regarding policy maturity date and the amount deposited

Can the committee help me in finding out the details so that i can fill the form before the last date?

I have made a deposit for 1000 RS IN 1996 golden forests india limited. the . I haven't received the amount yet. Recently the supreme court has given a judgement in favour of the depositors as per which the depositors are entitled to receive 70% of the principal amount deposited.in persuit of this the company has set up a committee for redressal which has authorised 'karvy computershare private limited' as payment service provider for making disbursement. But through his diary, i know the s. O code which was given by golden forests under which all the investments were done.
