GozoCabs — booking fraud/advance payment confirmation

I have booked a on 10th feb 2019 with the 15% advance payment of the booking amount and got the confirmation for the cab from sikar to delhi as we had to catch a train from newdelhi railway station to kolkata (Rajdhani). The cab was scheduled at 7.30am on 11th feb 2019, till 3 am we didn't had any response from the cab services about our journey details and we were calling them continuously. Every time when i called there was just an assurance to provide us the cab details as soon as possible. After waiting for too long i again called them at 4.30am to know about my cab details and the response was very unprofessional that they couldn't provide us cab for the journey. Just before 3 hours from the scheduled time that too when enquired by me i got to know about this. It takes around 6-7hours from sikar to delhi and there was no alternative or anything provided by the cab services. We were stuck in the middle and have no other option. This is a pure case of cheating and fraud, if gozo cabs don't have any vehicle for the route why do these guys even take the booking and send us the confirmation about the same. If i miss my train, are these guys going to pay for it?.
I mean how can a company without even having a single cab for the route can take advance and confirm that the cab will be there on time at the pickup point.in the end it all came out as a fraud and cheat again with the assurance of giving us refund. That's it, refund for the cab is not important but for the train which my parents are going to miss. I need my answers and strict actions against the firm so that from the next time no one relies on such a fraud conpany
