GozoCabs — refund not received even after 2 - 3 days of commitment

I would like to draw the attention towards the GOZO Cabs (https://www.gozocabs.com/) as it seems that this is the Cab Company that never respects the Customer as they have never keep there commitments towards the refund of my amount. I had booked my Cab with them from Deoghar to Patna as on 29th Oct 2017 and same day they had cancelled the Cab even after sending 1 message and mail that "Your Cab had been confirmed, Kindly pay the advance of Rs 718/= . Once I paid the said amount, after 30 minutes, they call me back and said that your Booking had been Cancelled as the CAb had not been available and will refund the advance amount within 2-3 days . Even today as of now[protected], they have never refund my amount and I had contacted 2 times for the same with them and they keep Bluffing to me that they had already send the amount via Paytm.

They are seems to be fraud as each time you go for booking they diverted there calls and there Cab Quality is also not upto mark. I never suggested to anyone to go for this Cab (GOZO Cabs). I asked them for the proof that If they had send my Refund then pls send the Receipt as well but it seems useless. Any one let me know how much time to refund any amount via Paytm take time ??? they are keep Bluffing and I am going to take action against them as it is never customer friendly and seems to be harassment to me as well.

If they commit for 2 -3 days Refund then it should be 2 -3 days (Working Days) and not 8 days (working Days) as till I am waiting for the Refund.

They are still bluffing as via which medium they have transferred the same has not been specified. Totally Bluffing, going forward to take the suitable action now.

Need via which mean (Paytm/Bank) they have transferred the amount and needs take and time as well

I got my Dues today's evening as on 13th Nov 2017, Dont know why those people told for Refund in 2 -3 days (working days ) as it was wrong to commit.
