I've been trying to contact support for the last 4 days, the WhatsApp chat is ignored, email is unresponsive, calls are ignored, and the website return menu doesn't do anything.

I've already filled a cybercrime report, and will do a credit card chargeback, along with taking it to social media unless there's a response in a day.

My Galaxy Watch 4, order #KL205452, arrived badly damaged (unboxing video proof of everything).

The box didn't look new (damaged), and the watch had a LOT of scratches at the bottom, and scuffed glass next to the sensors. They didn't go with any wiping.

What's worse, the sensors aren't working properly - it there's artefacts in the readings according to my doctor, he says the sensor is not working correctly (the main reason i bought it defeated), and they keep failing too. Compared to another GW4 at the same time, you can see the sensor malfunctioning with noisy readings.

While at it, the charger inside didn't have the usual peel I've seen in other unboxing videos, and had a totally damaged wrap.

I have video proof of the whole unboxing, with the damage it came with shown.

This has been extremely disappointing, after a week long wait. I have a possibility used/refurbished, defective and damaged product.
I'd like a replacement as soon as possible, since i need it to track my sleep apneas.

    Hi Sir,

    I ordered Sony WF-1000XM3 Truly Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds on 26th July 2022. They advertised it as unboxed on their website for Rs 5990. My order was delivered on 29th July 2022. Unfortunately, the order i received was second hand and defective product with signs of heavy use with no battery backup. I requested for return and refund on the same day of receiving and raised a refund/replacement request. They confirmed the refund/replacement and pickup was arranged within 2-3 business days. Now its already 4 business days passed but still no pickup done yet. I was communicating through Whatsapp since then but now they are not responding. Please look into this issue on priority basis. I will be very grateful to you.

          19 तारीख को प्रोडक्ट मिला है, उसपे सामनेवाली साइड पे छोटे छोटे डॉट है और पीछेवाली साइड पे कुछ मार्क है, वॉच का बैटरी बैकअप बहुत ही कम है इसलिए मुझे रिप्लेस करना है या फिर रिटर्न.
          मैंने अभी तक बहुत बार grabgear से ईमेल किया, वाट्सअप भी किया है पर उनके पास से रिस्पॉन्स नही मिला रहा है.

          Bad service Grabgear, मुझे watch रिटर्न करना था पर इनके खराब सर्व्हिस के कारन और समय पर reply ना देने के कारन, समय reply न देना, call ना करना ना call रिसिव्ह करने के बजेसे मेरा नुकसान हुवा है.
          इनका product अच्छा नहीं मिला मुझे, बॉक्स की पॅकिंग भी पुरानी है

              I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 from their website on 3rd July 2022 on COD. Since then they have been delaying the delivery process for which I had even registered an earlier complaint when they were not providing updates to the tracking process. Now the estimated delivery date was 15th July 2022. I didn't receive a single call/text from anyone regarding an order delivery and on the tracking website it shows return has been initiated because delivery was denied by the CUSTOMER. They have already taken a ₹999 token amount from me and now I don't even have the product. Also CONTACTing them is of no use since these entitled ### don't give a reply outside of their working hours and MAGICally forget it by the next day. This is a fraud company. They just want to loot the masses.

              So the product was never delivered to me, rather delivery was not at all attempted. The fault, as per Grabgear.in, was of the delivery partner. They got to know about this discrepancy much before than they let me know. This delay in communication and lack of proactiveness from Grabgear.in ultimately made me cancel the order. Since that day, Grabgear.in has been proactive (ironically) but for their own purpose i.e. the marking of resolution of this complaint. Again, I would never ever recommend Grabgear.in to anyone. Not even the worst of my enemies!

              Update - received the refund for my token amount within 48 hours.
              As per the tracking provided by Amazon the package was rejected by you during delivery. Also, your token amount of Rs. 999 has already been refunded to your bank account. So, please do care to explain how we have looted you or in what manner we have done fraud with you?

                    I had placed a partial COD order for Samsung Galaxy watch 4 on 3rd July 2022. A token amount of Rs. 999 was charged on it and since then its been 4 days I have tried contacting them over whatsapp, tried requesting a callback from their team but in vain. There has been no updates to my order as to when it is getting dispatched or when is it getting delivered. Messages to their whatsapp number are not even showing double tick. I believe these people are running a scam and duping people. This is why I have trust issues with Indian businesses,

                        I have ordered a samsung smartwatch on June 20th 2022 but sadly there is no update on the order. If I go to order status, it says dispatched and also have a blue dart tracking number but that tracking number shows an online booking of the product and which yet needs to be handed over to the courier. Also there is no option to cancel your order.

                                  They have refunded the money after posting in the site

                                  Please note that the package was dispatched from our end via Delhivery, the package was lost by them in transit which was marked by them on 19th May 2022, we have received a credit note of the same from them and would be issuing your refund.

                                  A partial refund of Rs. 10500 was already processed to you on 20 April 2022, we would issue refund for rest of your amount once you remove your defamatory review only.

                                  Also, with regards to your message that we haven’t updated you via WhatsApp, please check chat history we have updated you on 17th May 2022 and we are co-ordinating with the courier team on the issue.

                                  Thus, please don’t post incomplete and defamatory reviews which doesn’t reflect the complete information. It’s a punishable offence under Section 499 of Indian Penal Code.

                                    I have ordered Dji om4 se (Gimbal) on 25th of April 2022 and got the delivery on 2nd of May 2022. When I opened the box I found that the magnetic clamp is defective. One side of the magnetic clamp spring is not working. On the very same day I wrote a complaint to the company regarding the same and return replace request is placed. I got the acknowledgement that my return approval will be updated in next two days. No one contacted from the company till date. They are now not responding to the emails, whatsapp and even calls. Plz he me I feel cheated. It's our hard earned money. Not able to use the product. All money got wasted. Plz solve my issue or guide me to take legal action against the company. Thanks and regards

                                      I was buying the MI watch revolve and I wanted to use the partial COD option but after I made the transaction of 999 the site showed no response so i canceled the order hoping i would get a refund immediately but it didn't happen.
                                      I tried again and same thing happened.
                                      Now im down 1998 RS.
                                      And I haven't received any response from the customer service.

                                        Ordered Dji Osmo 4 Se on dated 21.04.2022. Product received on 25th April'22 .Company had send me a defective product, even tough it was mentioned on the website that it's brand new seal box, it felt like the box was opened and repacked, they come to collect defective product 6 days ago. Since the past 6 days I tried contacting them through the Whatsapp number and thru Gmail .But no body there Is bothered to respond to either massages nor my mails.They are not responding, I have attached the proof. I request them to refund my money or ship my product.
