Forgot about this and there is no shipment so far for any of the order. Looks they dont respond to emails or our calls a fraudulent site.

they have not responded to the calls nor have they responded to the mail, it seems like the website is put up to rob people of money.

There were 2 orders from one one they shipped and second one after i placed i couldnt track them at all.

I ordered two Earphone with GRABLON.COM on 19th of october 2016, as per order no. 9462.

I've neither received the consignment nor any updates regarding dispatch / shipping till now.

I've written the query a number of times in this regard through messaging application given on website but in vein. No response at all from grablon. I am highly unsatisfied with this gesture of Grablon.

I had booked two products with grablon.com on the 25th august 2016, and have already paid for it, but till date i have not received the product, inspite of my constant follow up. almost 99% of the time i called on their customer care no[protected] i am not able to connect, whenever the call did get connected i was assured that the delivery will be made in 2 days, then finally i was told they would initiate the refund process, but even that did not materialize, one fine day i came across Mr kabir Sheth who introduced himself as the customer care in-charge, he then assured me that he would not give me the refund, but send me the product by the 20th october 2016, but till date i have not received any delivery. have i been cheated ??????

I am shelendra I purchased a item lumsung 2 month before with order I'd 4979. Till now not deliver and not refund amount. I called to multiple to time to grablon customer care but every time said that you will get refund with 48 to 72 hours but till now not get and also many time drop mail but not get any type revert. Now last 15 days I am not able to customer care when call then every time ivr said our agent busy right now call later. Please check it and refund amount.

I received the product with order no. 7401 afetr i had cancelled the order. Anyways i am happy with the JBL headphone and totally not happy with the keypad i had ordered and its not as expected cos the size of it is very very very small and cannot type properly and i want to return it, so kindly please get back the product and refund the amount. Already sent a mail regarding this issue 2 days back no reply and when i acll to [protected] it will connect and i get a voice that all our executives are busy right now and this issue is from a month, not able to contact them. When i am trying to contact customer care their phone is busy everytime.

After few days a SMS came that the product is dispactched but now no clues after that.

Very slow and poor customer service. Delivery by national post is far better.

I have observed that many online websites having partnership with PAYU money are facing problems.
