[Resolved] Grand Tourio Holiday Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — Holiday membership | |||||
I had made a holiday membership purchase from grand tourio holiday solutions pvt ltd., thane branch in Feb 2017. I was promised by the company executive that i can avail holidays upto 6 days and 7 nights once in a year from the date of membership. They asked me to pay 65000 rs. Now the issues are they are not giving the type of hotels as promised. Also now they are asking me to pay some TPC tax for each night of holiday in advance where as while selling the membership they had said that this tax is to be paid post holiday and that too if you are satisfied. They are cheating the innocent people and looting their money. Please cancel their license. Membership has been taken in the name of Bakul Shah. Was this information helpful? | |||||

After my complaint the grand tourio sales guys are black mailing saying that if we dont remove the complain then they will stop responding to us and will not provide any booking. I request all of you to please do not make any payment or dont do any booking from them. This grand tourio travel agency is totally scam and just looting senior citizens money by fooling them and providing fake promises.

Every day they are looting so many people. I think no action are taken against them( country club and Grand tourio). Even police is also not doing any FIR. We must viral this incidence on Watsapp and facebook, and tag Mumbai Police and Other higher Authorities. share with more n more people and groups to aware people n take action against these fraud companies.

Please stay away from Grand Tourio. This is a Fraud Company.
Since there is nothing mentioned on paper about the benefits, they will take you for a ride. Police/lawyers will also not entertain you in case you wish to lodge complaint later since nothing is mentioned in black and white.
The entire objective of calling you in the first meeting is to lure you with some extraordinary benefits (free, free, free...tickets, marriage hall, 6d/7n..blah, blah, blah..) and enroll into the membership forcibly mentioning that it is valid for today only. During the meeting, when I started researching on my mobile about the company and the benefits offered, I was told by the agent not to use mobile or call anyone regarding this. The offer might seem very exciting and lot of people might fall into the trap without understanding none of these is going to be fulfilled. I somehow managed to reach out couple of respondents who have posted similar complaints on the internet. Basis their feedback, I decided not to go ahead. I was saved from the misery.
Very important that we spread the word about the Fraudulent practices used by Grand Tourio. Please please...refrain from using their services. Do not waste your hard earned money. Abuse them the moment you get a call from this company.

I got very bad expierise in free tour of Ganapatipule So i desided to cancle this membership and meet miss Ayesha in Vidyavihar Brach office and told all the problems and request to cancle my membership .She agreed and took a cancle application from me. after a week this company send me E-mail of canclletion of membership and returned money back in 30 to 60 days. I am still waiting for cheque ...

Even I am cheated of Rs 1, 85000 by grand turio staff Dharmendra, Komal and Gaurav. They gave all false information. Couldn't take any service and now they are not contactable. Emails are also not answered. If any cheated member wants to take any legal action, I also want to join. Pl contact me on [protected]
