People of great holidays club, mgf mall, saket, new delhi sold their scheme to us without revealing and disclosing important information like annual charges of about 9k every year. We bought a membership from them for 5 years at 64k. The employees lured by talking all fancy things and not discussing main facts. I would like my money to be refunded back to me. Marketing people roam around the mall with gift coupons and then call people to sell their membership. They told us they organize complete package. However, later, we got to know they don't have tie ups with vendors other than accommodation...

I got a call saying that i have won three prizes that is 1) 2 pvr movie tickets free 2) vibes - 15000/- worth treatments free 3) 4 days 3 nights holiday with my choice of destination absolutely free +no terms and conditions applied. I was bit hesitant about the same and i asked how much should i pay for the same? They said mam its absolutely free and you need not pay even a single rupee for these prizes. Then i had a doubt and i asked should i take any membership to claim these prizes? They told no i need not take any membership. They told me you will have to sit and listen to our 45 mins presentation. I said i will come but i shouldn't be compelled for any type of membership or trips any anything which includes money, they promised. Once we reached there they made us comfortable by asking for refreshments. They asked about our family and they tried to attach with us emotionally. Once they take you into confidence then they start complelling you to take membership for 10 years which comes for 1.45 lac. I somehow had made up my mind i shouldn't get convinced... They kept on asking me why i was disinterested to listen to their presentation? I had told them if this was the case i don't need any prizes they claim. Then the one who was explaining started being rude to us... He told at least take 5 year membership which will cost you 65000/- i told them we dint want anything. Then the person who was explaining told me that his mouth started aching explaining and such a waste of time.in fact he had wasted our precious (3hrs) time. He had literally opened our brains and ate everything inside i felt. I somehow kept myself calm and i was about to come and they told to collect the prizes or else you will write a bad review on our company... They gave me the coupons and for my surprise they didn't give any pvr tickets which they claimed, but sure they gave other two as i couldn't claim those without paying. Definitively yes there were * terms and conditions applied.
Guys please don't make fool of yourself just like what we did

My husband got continuous calls from great holiday club noida. He refused to attend any meeting. Then they forced him to come and take their lucky draw gift. He was getting continuous calls from executives untill he reaches wave mall. Noida.
There, he met 2 executives who told him that they will not attend him without wife. My husband said i have come from long distance just bcz u called hundred times but they refused to attend him.
Then they started telling about a very expensive package which we couldn't afford. Do my husband said no to them and left after they misbehaved and abused my husband for not buying their package.
As soon as my husband came out of meeting room, 2 of their executives ran after him to attack on him. My husband got a lot of physical injuries.
He went to police station to lodge an fir. Police called them for inquiry. They reached police station with a fraud girl to trap my husband in the fake case of eve teasing.
My husband is very innocent man. I am heart broken after knowing this incident. Please help me to punish those two executives who attached my husband.

I have been called to some marketing office in saket mall delhi by your marketing staff on 17th oct on pretence of meeting the management of the company regarding possibility of creating tourist destinations in north east india. I am secretary to the govt of assam dept of planning and act east policy affairs and am involved in taking forward the act east policy of honourable priminister. It is a insult to me and to my govt to be called for some frivolous customer relations meetings where you are promoting some of your products. I told specifically several times i'm not interested in such marketing events. Your office said ceo of the company will be there in the meeting. Your company duped me and wasted my time. I shall write to the ministry of tourism on this.

They are following wrong strategies to sell and making fool of people who end up paying their hard earned money to them.

I would like to raise a complaint on behalf of an employee who has committed me something at the of taking a deal. Even after raising our query, our query is not solved. We are facing tjis problem from jan 2018.

This is not a customer satisfaction organisation. Hence we have decided to pursuit a case on behalf of the complaint through consumer forum.

I would like to share my horrible and extremely disappointing experience which i have faced with great holiday club and dae even prior to booking any holiday. It’s a clear cut cheating by the company with its customers.

• i tried to book one holiday in the month of may 2018 for nainital but i have been told by great holiday club team that no property is available during this period. Though i have certificate from great holiday club according to which that i am entitled for property in ‘all season’.
• second time i checked with great holiday club for udaipur and mount abu for mid of august 2018 but i have been informed that no great holiday club property is available at these locations. But at the time of selling this membership to us, sale executive mr ragiv cleary mentioned that great holiday club has tie ups with others for the locations where their own property is not available and so customer will not face any problem.
• i have tried booking same holiday through dae as their property is available in udaipur but i have been informed that it is not available for rest of this entire year. I have also been told that i should plan my booking at least 4 months in advance to get the property. If a member needs to book the property 4 months in advance then what is the benefit of having the membership of these holiday club? Also the documents provided by dae team do not mention any such requirement.

My second experience with great holiday club is again disappointed.

Now i am sure all properties that you guys have selected are cheap and their class.

There is no doubt in accepting this fact.

Resort was almost in the deepest and pond of village and post evening it was so scary.

Now comes to rooms and amenities, washroom was damn dirty and at first instance it felt like a railway quarter with cracked bucket, dirty wash basin, unfitted cover of commode. Water pipes were chocked and we asked twice to unblocked it.

During my booking i was told for studio apartment and not a single room with a folding bed. This is so disappointed.

Food quality was so bad and mostly guests were out for dinner or lunch. Even breakfast was pathetic.

My entire amount spent on great holiday club is totally waste and i can't even think to book again with my family or even friends.

Need clarification and refund my money.

This is regarding my stay with cambay kukas jaipur that i took in the month of april.

Would like to share my feedback with holiday club but daily busy schedule didn't allowed me.

Though i shared my feedback at the time of check out bu would like to share the same with you as well, since i took membership from this holiday club.

This property was far from the main city around 30 km and amount and time that i saved, was spent in back n forth hiring taxi on daily basis.

Hotel management was arranged my pick up at mid night which was appreciated but later on i came to know it was chargeable, for which i paid the half amount as this wasnt shared before.

Rooms were dirty and we asked to re-arrange the bed sheets and drinking gasses. Bathroom amenities wasnt working properly.

Food quality was average kind of, as it seems very few gathering, hence not paying hat much attention to the meals.

There must have a party night before, hence swimming pool and nearby surroundings were in a messy condition, we waited for it to get cleaned and took swim in peak sun hours.

So my first experience with great holiday club wasnt good as the kind of talks marketting people had while offering this membership was totally highend but in real life, it was disappointment.

I am taking another chance of booking a property for 2 night stay at ramnagar for which i have already paid the balance amc. As per google map, this property is again too far from the main resort road which drives down to girja devi temple.

I felt like wasted my money in purchasing this deal which is good for nothing and would request if my partial money can be refunded as i paid the entire amount at 1 shot.

I am kiran kumari from delhi, i was goes to a meeting from your executive's at hotel (Tryfenab-14 ground floor east of kailash new delhi) mr. Naresh & umesh and after taken information of your tour plan i was given 20000/- spend from my debit card on dated 20/05/2018 to the holiday club.
After that i m not arrange remaining fund due to some financial problem..
Request pls refund my advance amt and confirm.

We were asked to fill up coupons in the great india palace sector 38 noida
After a few days we git a call that we have git a all paid free holiday for a couple and to get the holiday coupon we were asked to visit their office, and whe we visited their office we met one mr madhav adhikari who persuaded us for a 5 year membership in addition to the promised holiday for a couple all paid

We got the membership effective from july 2017
Then we in the month of january 2018 we asked for a booking but it never matured with all excuses

Now again we tried for a holiday for may 2018
Again they are not providing as promised in july 2017

All these facts reflect a fradulant nature of the club

As such i would as already mailed to their e-mail id a total refund of my payment ie rs 50, 000/= without any further excuses and delays

They called my family for free coupans ended up selling us 10000 membership. I booked my first trip to jaipur and they didnt provide any options, are you kidding me its such a huge city and you dnt have options on the top of it before going to trip they asked for 7500 membership fees and said you will be provided lot of benefits from this, like pick up drop service, spa services, breakfast, recreational activities, sight seing. But nothing was provided only stay. Now i have asked for cancelling my membership and initiate refund and they re fooling me from then

As per your term and conditions, great india holiday club provide us a 3 or 4 star hotel not a construction site. I am booked two holidays with you but i am not happy with your resorts/hotels.

My recent vacation from 16th to 18th march 2018 in jaipur you provide me
A construction site. There is no staff for cleaning and every where spread out construction materials. After asking several times request they can not stop the welding work in the pool area at the time o[censored]sing pool.

We ordered breakfast at 7.30 am and we met the breakfast in-between 9.00 am to 9.30 am.
After 9.00pm, its hard to get a cup of tea over there.

For udaipur, you said that hotel is not in great holiday club list but this hotel is listed in your website and this is not good at all in any respect.

I am paid the money for getting good resort/hotel where we can enjoy our holiday. You make big promises but in two travels nothing we get memorable.

I got a call from the company on 9th feb, 2018 that they were giving free coupon for 2 night/3 day stay and movie vouchers for which i had to attend their session of 45 minutes. I went with my husband to their office in dlf place mall, saket, new delhi. After asking us few unrelated questions mr. Anuj/ravi dubey tel.[protected] showed us a few properties on laptop and told that we would be eligible for 6 night/7 day trip every year for 10 years along with guide/translator/car driver at 4-5 star properties for an amount of rs.138, 000/-. They wanted to know if we had credit card to enable further discount. We were just discussing when suddenly mr. Rajiv suddenly took my credit card and swiped it saying i had to pay only rs.115, 000/- as my credit limit was not sufficient he could only swipe for rs.65000/- then took my debit card swiping rs.35000/- making it total rs.100, 000/-. I was shocked as i had not even agreed to pay the amount. All along i was told that the amount would be converted to interest free emis. Now after almost two weeks they have not even sent me receipt for the amount paid.

Everytime this ravi dubey keeps changing statement saying that my kit would be received within 15 days, cash receipt immediately and the interest on emi would be refunded within 30 days but since today even the phone is switched off. The company tollfree no. Is always switched off. If one raises any query they call up to say that they will get back but they never get back.

Javed and rehan from delhi office (In saket) from great holiday sold membership on fake terms and their goa office confirmed also next day.
They tried to refund my money also. They refunded 86000 out of 118000 taken from me by javed and rehan after eight months.
Their owner rahul gupta talked to me once but now nobody took my call.

Their should be strict action against them.

We had a pleasant stay at the lake palace resort. This place is located in small corner of the larger vembanad lake. Almost all the rooms have some view of the lake. The water villa, which may sound like the best place to be, only has a view to a tiny pond. Imo, i believe it is better to stay in one of their "premium" rooms. The rooms in general, were large, sufficient, clean and well maintained. There is also an option of either staying in a house boat overnight or just have a 6 hour ride around the small village islands and vembanad lake. Staying in the house boat overnight isn't worth it because the boat is going to be docked at the edge of some random island, rather than being out in the middle of the lake and there is also the problem of mosquitos. The service here is excellent. They honored every single of our silly and demanding requests, right from requesting the electric buggy service multiple times to changing our plan from an overnight stay in the house boat to stay in one of their rooms in the resort in short notice. The vegetarian menu and food we're really good. Traditional kelara style food are made to order, so make sure to do that. They were delicious. Apart from using the spa and playing some games at the recreation center, there isn't much to do here. I'd say a 2 night stay which includes a day at the house boat should be sufficient and maybe streach it to 3 if you need a calm experience. Ps: the sunset from alapuhzha beach is a must watch.

Hi am tarun got a call from mob.[protected] around late afternoon 3pm on 17/12/2017 from one priya thakur stated to be the executive of great holidays ltd and calling from saket mall and requested me to come to their place for some gift voucher as my name has been selected, since sunday i was little reluctant but on her request managed hesitantly to give tentative timing for 5 pm to come to them. Unfortunately could not manage the timing to come to due to some family emergency work and had to go to somewhere. Around 5 pm got a call from [protected] from that lady priya thakur which i didn't pick the call due to busy in other work.
Around 5 pm got a call from [protected] from one rohit chaudhary stated to be manager and called me to come at any cost to their place, i replied that i am preoccupied and can't come at the moment. He was very abusive and misbehaved over phone to me that why i committed to come if some work was there. I told due to some urgent work i couldn't manage to come. He shouted anything, i told that i may come after 2 hrs time once i free from work. Again he shouted and misbehaved and cut the line. After 2 hrs time around when i called back his number [protected] was not reachable and called the earlier number [protected], one raju picked up the phone and told all are gone by that time.
These are fraud company as i checked from this site. If people don't turn to be entrapped they misbehave like this and if turned to be entrapped they dupe them anything.
So all are alerted to be careful in dealing with all these fraudsters.in case anything fraud of financial transaction immediately book them with local police without any delay.

I had purchased a ghc membership (Dn00c[protected]ab) on 4th march 2017. Now i had requested them on 6th nov to book a trip to andmaan and they have simply denied while at the time of contract they had committed that they will provide you the accommodation all over the world as they are tied up with dae. After that as i was planning to visit with one of my family friend so i have changed my destination from andmaan to goa to avail ghc services (As per contract we can add 1-2 couples in our trip and the duration of stay would be reduced from 7 nights to 6 nights). Now they are not having stay in north goa as well. While its clearly mentioned in the agreement if i'll book any trip before 1 month then definitely i'll get the ghc accommodation but it is not happening. I am totally fed up with this company and watching very poor response from them. Requested you to please help me out. Thanks!
