The Managers / staff of Great Holiday Club are all liars. They DONOT deliver what they promise.
They promised that they will provide 15% discounts on air travel but when I tried to book a vacation through them they said they don't provide any discounts on flights.
They promised that they would provide stays / vacations at resorts / hotels we would wish to visit. But when you ask them about a hotel / resort they say that this hotel does not fall in their list hence they cannot provide any vacation there. Actually, their own list of hotels / resorts, including that of DAE, is so less that it is a... COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY... to take their membership.
They do not provide membership card of DAE for atleast 4-5 months and till then you cannot travel abroad on a vacation.

    We had taken membership offer of this great holiday club for 5+3 years in january 2016 after there much persuasion regarding there level of services. We were promised 3 or 4 star hotels and resorts. We were given premium membership so that we can plan our holiday even within 15 days. But everytime we call them for bookings, either they tell us it's not available or they offer us below standard 2or 3 star properties. They had taken complete amount. It's a mental torture and agony to get hotels booked by them. We feel really cheated. Plz help. We planned for kerala trip this time. It's still 20 days away. And they r telling us the rooms are not available, and are offering us a pathetic 2 star hotel with very very bad reviews. We are highly bugged with such bad service, and wish to return there membership with our money re - embedded. Plz help

      I am Aman Great Holiday club called me for Free voucher and I went with my wife they took my 5000 rs and said You need to took our memebership. Now I dont want this memebership I want my money back Please help me to get my 5000 rs
      They are big fraud and I don't know why no one stoping them there customer care also saying we are not going to give your money back

        They have taken my credit card and debited 70000 and said they will return my money back within 45 days. now they are say they won't return. His Name is Avinash Sharma Assistant Manager. I need my money back I have proof of 3 failed transaction which he have done first then he said he will return my money back with in 45 days.please help me to get back my money

          I have received a call from this company about winning lucky draw even one represent called ruchi from great holiday club called me up to inform me about the winning voucher. I went to there office aswell but till date i didn't receive the vouchers almost 3 weeks gone. Furthermost representives also not answering the call. Please don't buy any membership from this company. Pathetic service, irresponsible staff and they are fraud company who are great to make their customers fool.

            Hi, My name is Rajeev Ranjan. I was recently invited at one of your branches in Saket MGF mall. I paid Rs 15, 000 at the moment and the rest I had to pay later. Now, after considering the comments I decided to not to go with the membership. As it was a credit card payment, i was to get it refunded back and I do naot want to continue with you. Please revoke my membership if any you have created. i do not want to continue. Although I have not got any product/services from you.
            If you feel any problem, then let me deal with my bank, I will file a dispute with my bank credit card team but just give me a confirmation about the revocation of any dealings with so called great country club.               Total fraud company they call for giving free movie coupons and free stay for 4 days n 3 nights n than once the client reaches Mr Javed manager of MGF mall saket branch misbehaves totally if this is the kind of holidays they offer or plan with this horrible staff than company should check..
              Also he is not scared of anything and he challenges d customer to complaint against him as he is too sure that company can't do anything against him...

                They gave a call saying your name is selected in a lucky draw you need to come and collect gift. after my repetitive denial every saturday they call me and say your gift is pending. at last i go to find out my gift voucher, it took me 2 hrs to reach the destination, some executive nakul met me and explain some fake promises on great holiday club membership (140000 rs cost). i was not at all satisfied with their fake membership promises. on asking the gift voucher they said it come on your mail in 24 hrs. till date i did not receive any mail from them.

                I do not understand how easy it is in india to fool people by these fake companies and there is no legal action taken against them.

                  Hi team,

                  This sunday got a call from great holiday club stating we have a won a lucky draw from their company and are invited to collect the vouchers and coupons from mgf mall, saket, delhi.

                  However on reaching mgf mall saket met with rehaan ([protected]) and ragiv khan ([protected]) their sales executive who said we have to attend a 45 minute presentation about their membership package, after listening to the same we would be provided with vouchers. During the presentation below information was provided:

                  1) amc of 7000/pa was optional and only required if we wish to avail the services of car pick and drop, outdoor activities.
                  2) we have option of hotels in all over the world without paying any extra money after taking this membership
                  3) we can book the hotel in any season as per the sales guy
                  4) we were shown the hotels from rci.com instead of greatholidayclub website,

                  Based on the above information we were charged 56, 000 out of which 48, 000 we have already paid.

                  However after reaching the home and going through company website we realized

                  1) maintainance contract of 7000/pa is mandatory
                  2) if we have to book in hotels apart from great holiday club resort we have to pay additional 112$ and 169$ for domestic and international destination. While going through the site realized company has very few resorts and outside india we have to use dae only
                  3) for show the resorts under great holiday club we were shown wrong website i. E. Rci.com where there were wealth of hotel's.
                  4) there is no such package on website which covers each season.

                  At the present looking at the options i have requested to cancel this package and would not like to go forward with the same. But no body is picking up the call @[protected] neither any response from [protected]@greatholidayclub.com.

                  I have no clue about the status of my cancellation status and i would like to get my entire booking amount of 48000 rs. Never ever had such a bitter experience with any company. Worst company ever

                  Friendz I got 2 free vouchers holiday from dlf Saket and Khurshid Alam. His telemarketing team called wasted my 2 hours time by telling me & wife that they have added advantages of availability of resorts throughout the year without any charge. When I requested a room they asked rs.3000/- plus taxes no breakfast then what is free. I am happy no to take membership and saved my money. I don't think so that they offer any services as per all consumer feedback.

                    They just trapped us by making fake promises...provided DAE membership too saying free of cost but now they r asking for money for that than only they vil provide us DAE card..they cheated us and v just wasted r money in club membership..very tensed.please help us..just to sell their packages they attracted us by offering many offers which now they hav refused..its completely fraud

                      We took trial membership from Great Holiday Club office (Ringroad Mall, Delhi) in January 2016 for Rs: 17, 000. An agreement was signed and we were promised that we would receive membership card.
                      •Till date, the membership card hasn't been received.
                      •We were assured that no hidden charges would be taken. However, their executives have been calling us frequently to deposit Rs: 6, 000.
                      •For availing the package, we kept asking for a confirmatory mail. That, however, was never sent to us. Till reaching Royal Palms, Goa, we were doubtful about the hotel booking.
                      •We were promised a stay at Royal Palm Goa (You may find the same on their website). After reaching Royal Palm Goa, we were provided accommodation in a poorly maintained and stinky flat kind of apartment. The reception refuses to provide us any service (wifi/housekeeping/bed sheets, etc.) stating that the accommodation that has been provided through Great Holiday Club is private.There is nobody around on behalf of Great Holiday Club to talk to . We have no written proof/receipts for our stay here. On behalf of the Club there is one executive who stays 25kms away. So, basically, there is nobody who can help us with issues related to housekeeping, bed sheets, food, etc. Needless to say, nobody to go to in case of any emergency, whatsoever. Staying at a hotel where the management refuses to recognize you was unheard of to us before this experience.
                      • The experience has been one of the worst experiences ever. As a suggestion, I would request Great Holiday Club to share relevant information with the customers.
                      To the customers, I would suggest, be careful. There are many loopholes in the process. You wouldn't want to spoil your holiday experience because of your wrong choice.

                      I have purchased Great Holiday Club membership by the name of Mr. O.P Babbar. The agent made a lot of promises before selling the package. He said he will arrange for a packet in which all the details regarding our membership will be there along with DAE membership card. Its been more than 3 months that we have purchased the membership but have not received anything. Recently I have given him a call and he said "Why are you calling me for all this, call at the customer care no. Of the company" I have tried the customer care no. For more than 50 times on different days but it seems they have blocked incoming calls and overtime it says the number is busy. I think it was a total fraud and we have just wasted our money. I had no option, had to give 1 star but wanted to give ZERO.

                          I have been cheated by this company for Rs 200000/-. one of the executive of this company Shahbaaz Khan took 200000/- cash and promised a complete paid trip to Europe for 4 adults but till date i haven't received any membership cards or any other information regarding this membership.

                          After taking into consideration our complaint, the management of Great Holiday Club came into action and provided alternate accommodation which was much better than the previous accommodation. Issues related to hidden charges have been addressed.

                          Very bad experience..v purchased package 3 months back and hav not received DAE card till date...continuesly calling in head office but no proper response...management dont even kno about DAE...v just have wasted r money...They just attract u by offering vouchers but afterwards no service no voucher nothing...i m thinking to file a case otherwise i want my money back.

                          We had awesome experience with my family at Royal palm goa Anjna beach resort, me and my family enjoyed a lot sight seeing and resorts candle light dinner with buffet and child care department was good supportive and customer relation support by Khurshid very gently

                          Great holiday club havelock Beach is top beavh of Andaman its an excellent and awe-inspiring spot of andaman.while I came andaman that I go this shoreline first and its an adoring spot in havelock . The feel at the gathering is great and mitigating however a touch of choking because of absence of ventilation. The staffs are extremely polite and supportive. Sustenance tastes great. The greatest turn-off was swimming pool. This is to fulfill my crew. Have seen resorts. They are really great. Fortunate thing about great hliday club is it compels me to take an occasion each year.all alternate spots are so useful for unwinding yet to have an incredible time as far as enterprise and fun Andaman is the spot to be .so make the most of your enjoyment with companions in Great holiday club Havelock Beach of Andaman

                          When we asked for booking in Andaman / nicobar and we were informed that there is no hotel resort of Great holiday at Andaman / nicobar.

                          I do not trust this feedback.
                          Booed a stay at Ramada Alleppey through Great Holiday Club for a couple of nights stay between Christmas and New Year. The hotel is in a great location, right on the banks of the lake. Adjacent to the hotel is the taxi stand to get transport organized for sightseeing. The Kerala Tourism office is also next door to get easy bookings done for houseboat rides. The hotel offers free wi fi in rooms and the spread in the restaurant is quite decent. Even during the peak occupancy period that we were in, the staff were quite courteous, coping with the load. The swimming pool is made into heart shape. The rooms are well appointed with modern amenities. The hotel is quite close to all major attractions(the town itself is quite small) and is 4 kilometers from the railway station. The tarrif is on the higher side, but being DAE member we have paid 2000/-only. Good for stay during family holidays and for business meetings.

We were thrilled with the services at the resorts. The cuisine and ambiance was of exceptional quality and above our expectations...
                          This is the nicest resort of GREAT HOLIDAY CLUB at Goa Anjuna beach I have seen. It is very conveniently located to beach. The facilities and studio suit are luxury and well maintained. The studio room is large and set up well for families with 2 queen beds, bunk beds, tub w/ shower and additional shower, microwave and fridge with all kitchen amenities. Just can't say enough about this resort. Of course it is a super nice. The suite was ideal for our family and comfortably slept four adults and a child. The staff was amazing! Our grandson got sick and he RESORT manager recommended a DOCTOR pediatrician that came to our room!! Saved our trip!! This is my EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE with Great holiday club and given idea through REHAN & KHURSHID.
                          on 19 jun 16 i received a call from GHC people in ludhiana, to get promotional free holiday voucher on attending a presentation, but the people were too pushy, asking me to join membership, for 148000 for 10 years, saying that they call a family once only, and this was the last day for the offer and the offer closes as we leave, though we will still get the voucher, strange behavior for a company that will not not consider a customer ever in life if the customer cannot take sudden spontaneous decision in their presentation.

Representing GHC n consulting by Mr Rehan for the entire trip. With his excellent demeanour he managed the entire trip hassle free for us. It was a true vacation by all means. Although our group had certain minor problems, these were not exacerbated thanks to Mr Rehan. Apart for the usual skills honed by an average tour manager, Good Job GHC for arranging all the food and hotels perfectly. The itinerary was brilliantly written and planned flawlessly by GHC through DAE and Mr Rehan executed it absolutely fantastically. Personally I had an amazing experience travelling with GHC and my total expenditure was only 65000/- for 7nights & 8days including stay air fare fooding, sightseeing.

The itinerary was brilliantly written and planned flawlessly by GHC through DAE and Mr Rehan executed it absolutely fantastically. Personally I had an amazing experience travelling with GHC and my total expenditure was only 65000/- for 7nights & 8days including stay air fare fooding, sightseeing.

Please convey my message to them. ultimate cleanliness and hospitality .. fully secured and safe ... peaceful environment. food is good and cheapest price overall experience was great, likely to comeback, staff was good, check in was easy.
                          Hi, My name is Rajeev Ranjan. I was recently invited at one of your branches in Saket MGF mall. I paid Rs 15, 000 at the moment and the rest I had to pay later. Now, after considering the comments I decided to not to go with the membership. As it was a credit card payment, i was to get it refunded back and I do naot want to continue with you. Please revoke my membership if any you have created. i do not want to continue. Although I have not got any product/services from you.
                          If you feel any problem, then let me deal with my bank, I will file a dispute with my bank credit card team but just give me a confirmation about the revocation of any dealings with so called great country club.                           I do not know what is the problem with this company so called Great Holiday Club. They just want to hook up the customer in one or the other way. I was given a gift voucher i.e. movie ticket voucher. When I entered the voucher code, it did not accept and when I dialed on their customer services number on the voucher ([protected]), it told me as this Vodafone number is switched off. Again I sent an email to them on their email I'd as printed on this voucher no. 105692 as [protected]@boipl.in, the email sent by me reversed back, i.e., it went unsent.
                          These are just a fraud and their business associates just work as an MultiLevelMarketing agents in Saket and in Vasant kunj malls. They will offer you to sign the form for some free gift vouchers and when you fill up, that will call you after 2-3 days for some promotional offers and then they will try to subvert your mind and they will keep you under pressure as they call you alongwid your wife and they will force your wife to make you under pressurized. Again if you take their membership, that will keep on some glitches during the process while going on any trip. And if you do not take the membership, that will give you one gift voucher that also once you insist and that voucher will be invalid. These people are just running an illegal type of business and I would prefer to ask our govt.to keep a proper check and some rules and regulations for these types of businesses like they keep track on Micro financial and non banking financial entities.
                          They are a fraud in either ways.
                          At the end of the day, you need to walk into their office time and again.
                          Worst business associates of great country club. They can go for hook n crook methods n ways for their profit and show to their senior level managements.
                          I had been to Goa recently on a vacation with my family. we stayed at Goa Baywatch Resort with Great holiday club resorts from 17th Nov 16 to 21st Nov 16. I am a member of Great Holiday Club. we were pleasantly surprised by the rooms, the hotels' ambiance and the services.We had a wonderful time. The housekeeping staff was excellent and cleanliness was first grade. The restaurant was great, food was tasty and very good, the service of the restaurant is very good . The trainee staff was very sincere and efficient. The entire holiday was very comfortable and awesome.
                          I posted complaint in march and right after that co. took the matter in consideration. Now im satisfied as co. compensated for the promises made..thanks

                          I just went through all the feedback of the group, I am a member too since last 3 years and have been holidaying with great holiday club but I haven't faced any problems the way it is mentioned in the site.

                          I just returned from munnar resort when I got to know about such bloggers in this site from a member and when I went through, I failed to understand why are these posted here...there may be 1 percent chances of service issues which I understand..but as mentioned above, I got my Kit on time, have been holidaying pretty often with my membership but I hardly faced any issues or problems which are mentioned in the trail.

I paid Rs 20, 000 at the moment and the rest I had to pay later. but after payment representative show agreement which was not showing that was said to me so i did not sign and deal was cancel. As it was a credit card payment, i was to get it refunded back and I do not want to continue with you. Please revoke my membership if any you have created which i suppose you have not since agreement was not signed. Although I have not got any product/services from you and do not want to deal with you as trust was broken.

                          Friendz I got 2 free vouchers holiday from dlf Saket and Khurshid Alam. His telemarketing team called wasted my 2 hours time by telling me & wife that they have added advantages of availability of resorts throughout the year without any charge. When I requested a room they asked rs.3000/- plus taxes no breakfast then what is free. I am happy no to take membership and saved my money. I don't think so that they offer any services as per all consumer feedback.

                          This company is a big cheater. First they offer gifts and when anyone would go to get it, they will say to become their members and pay ₹4, 00, 000 for getting free trips within India for next 25 years(1trip/year) and their offers change as soon as customers reach their office. They are big cheaters. Beware of them if they call you up.
                          D.Sasikala received many calls in Mobile on 04/10/2017 from Sales representative of M/S. Great Holidays Club, RCH Hospitality GF-30 MGF Mall Saket New Delhi that my Husband has won Rs.1, 50, 000/- Gift voucher in their lucky draw and invited both me and my Husband to receive the said Gift vouchers from their Office between 1500 hrs to 1900 hrs. Before leaving from our House we have told that we will not pay any amount to receive the said voucher for that they replied it is no need to pay even a single paise for the Gift Vouchers. In the meantime they called through Mobile and invited us many times to reach immediately. Due to compulsion I and my Husband reached at M/S. RCH Hospitality GF-30 MGF Mall Saket, New Delhi at about 1800 hrs on 04/10/2017.

                          Md.Javed, Venue Manager have compelled and forced to purchase Membership card of M/S Great Holiday Club associated Hotels and Resorts for an amount of Rs.1, 32, 000/- (Rupees One lakh Thirty two thousand only) and compelled to pay an amount of Rs.80, 000/- (Rupees Eighty Thousand only) as a down payment and insisted to pay the remaining amount in an instalament basis as their Company is celebrating Silver Jubilee Celebration (25 Years) My husband refused to pay and told that such huge amount is not available in his account. He has taken out my ATM Card and stated that only Rs.30, 000/- is available in my Account however wants to visit some ATM Centres to confirm the balance amount. Immediately Mr.Javed snatched the ATM Card from my Husband hand and told that he will say the balance amount subsequently swiped the Card at his ATM billing machine and advised to put PIN number just to know the balance amount in my Account. Whereas he has deducted an amount of Rs.30, 000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) by swiping the ATM Card readily kept at that Table without my permission.
                          . Also compelled to put signature over the ATM HDFC Bill against the deduction of an amount of Rs.30, 000/- to purchase Membership Card and without explaining the instructions and to read the Terms & Conditions of the document compelled and forced us to pay the remaining amount on the next day as well as through EMI and ECS. He has not given any Cash Memo/Receipt or any Bond.

                          As we are unaware about the benefits of Membership Card and purpose of demanding Rs.1, 32, 000/-(Rupees One Lakh Thirty Two thousand only) as such refused to accept the Membership document. But Md.Javed has not accepted our plea and compelling to pay the remaining amount on next day i.e. 05/10/2017. Since we are not having such an huge amount and un-willing to take membership card of M/S Great Holiday Club associated Hotels and Resorts and unable to pay the remaining amount. Also disagree with the Terms and Conditions of Membership of M/S Great Holiday Club associated Hotels and Resorts on the same day we requested to refund the said amount. But the said person refused. He has not given any Cash Memo or Cash Receipt towards the payment of Rs.30, 000/- On 05/10/2017 we have contacted to Md.Javed whose Contact No.[protected] with a request to refund the said amount but the said person has refused and comprising us to hide his misbehavior. Md.Javed did not given us any time to go through Terms and Conditions. Forcibly he has swiped the ATM Card. It is therefore requesting to refund an amount of Rs.30, 000/- immediately please.
