Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation [GVMC] Complaints & Reviews

Inspite of my constant pursuence, My Property Tax UPI Phonepe Payment (Assment.no.[protected]) made online on 04.04.2021 for the period 01.04.2021 to 31.03.2022 for an amount of ₹7991/- was not accounted for or reflected into Payment to GVMC/Visakhapatnam Sir. I paid thru my SBI S/B A/c (A/c no.[protected]) passbook naration " TO TRANSFER UPI/DR/[protected]/Governme/INDB/cfmsap.pay/UPI T " & Ref no." TRANSFER TO[protected]" for an amount of ₹7991/- with UTR:[protected] on Dt.04.04.2021 at 05.12pm.
Requested to arrange to adjust the above said Payment and revise my Property Tax Due amount Please. So far I made so many representations but unfortunately all are in vain. I am a regular payee and never fallen into default sir.

In continuation to my above humble representation, I would like to submit that I pursued with my Savings Bank SBI Suryabagh Branch and Phonepe platform also regarding the property tax paid on 04.04.2021 and the SBI Customer Service replied me that the transaction with UTR:[protected] had been successfully executed/credited from their side on the same date to the beneficiary bank i.e. IndusInd bank in account no.[protected] Sir. I am enclosing herewith the mail rec'd from SBI for your kind perusal and favorable action please Sir.

Very bad No Garbage bin in my area, Sanitizer inspector not taken any action,

Maharani peta, beside supreme hotel Street, budarapu gardens, Kalyan Empire building route, visakhapatnam -530002.

I am here to compliant about the increasing garbage on the streets on MVP sector 1, infront of netaji park . Here the roads and sideways are getting dumped with garbage day by day, and it has started to smell very bad. The roads are not being cleaned regularly and The garbage collectora also have not come for more than 1 week. It is a sincere request that you please take action on this...because if this continues people will be suffered.

There is a cement block which is not a garbage bin. But everyone thinks it as a garbage bin and dump their daily waste there. Due to wind, stray dogs and pigs, the garbage is spreading all over the roads and also the covers are flying in the nearby houses. This is in sujathanagar. Opposite road of c1 zone park, then second left and first right. Please remove that cement block and clean the road atleast once to clear all the debris on the road. Please do the needful at the earliest.

I am resident of visalakshinagar visakhapatnam.since 1 year there was no sweeper dedicated in my street to clean our roads.when we complain to the authorities and hey are providing one sweeper temporarily and again til we complain there was no one to clean our street road.Request authorities concerned to provide a dedicated sweeper in our street.

Hi! Sir/Madam,
We are residents of Akkayapalem- Lalitha Ashram Street...Vizag-530016.
Our major complaint is, since the past few months, the L&T people have dug the roads for laying their cables and setting up transformers/junction box.
since then, they have left the debris uncleared since 3 months and very recently the municipality have been dumping the garbage and sewarage debris on this mounds. We have brought this to the notice of the L&T personnel, and as well as to the sanitary department, every one is saying that this is not their job...
We hope that this complaint reaches the concerned, and addresses it to make our city what we expect to be CLEAN & GREEN.

Here we have a drainage problem with the bridge for a long time every time there is a drainage full and stuck because less height of the bridge especially in the rainy season too much problem with this bridge dirty water come to the roads this problem happens for a long time but everyone they just cleaning for this problem we have to change the bridge and reconstruct with a little height this is the only solution.

We have this problem for 6 years, please note my request, the whole colony facing this problem with sewage and pigs.

Hello Sir, I'm an citizen residing in P. M Palem from Visakhapatnam, we are staying at 3rd bus stop in APHB colony, from past 3weeks we are facing difficulties with water crisis, there is poor supply of amount water that which is inadequate and also flow was very less which leading to least quantity of water storage and also they are giving of minimum 15 mins per day, and simply saying water shortage, where our Backstreet people are getting more than 30 minutes along with full pressure flow of water, even complaining at sachivalayam also their way of reply was ridiculous and they are not able to hear our query and the water supplier person was very arrogant... Our colony people especially we at the 1st street near to APFD @3rd bus stop are facing lot of crisis with this, please.. Please try to resolve the issue.

Because of that getting lot of smell and dogs are spreading that garbage and also rats are coming
And everthing become very nasty
Road is occupied with garbage only
