I received a damage piece, so immediately i talk with customer support at that time they told me to send a mail at [protected]@greendust.com, so i send a mail to customer support with photograph but till date i didn't received any mail communication or call from greendust customer support. After some days i call to customer support and the lady told me she will call back me but i didn't received any call.

The most worst customer support / services which i ever seen. I suggest not to deal with greendust anymore.

    Sir,
    We placed an order (Order no.[protected] of refurbished mobile 'blackberry curve 9360' on 16.03.2016 to www.greendust.com for rs. 2950/-.
    After few days of placing order, confirmed. But was not showing the proper transit status of the order. We contacted many times then, we were informed that it would be reached in 2 to 3 days. The same message was given even after one week to 10 days.

    At last we got the information that aramex, the courier/transporter displayed a message that product return to the shipper .
    We contacted greendust staff, he then confirmed that 'the area is no service area' hence we will cancel your order and you will get the amount refunded which was paid by debit card.
    Since neither we have received the product nor the amount refunded back.

    Please help to solve this issue.

      Hitesh Tahlani this side
      I had purchased a refrigerator in may 2012 from greendust. Tgey have given me 3 year warranty for compressor. I have requested for change the compressor on 20 march 2016 ticket id GD-JAI-060561 which is in warranty. With several follow up with greedust I found that they are not interested ti resolve the issue. Request you to take my complain against greedust and take action against company. I am suffering problem because of this issue.

        I orderd "Black 15.6 Inches Laptop Bag for Dell" from greendust.com, there is 15 days return policy mesion everywhere on website and emails whitch i got.
        Actual product i got is different than the product given on website. when i ask for return the product, they says there is only 3 days return policy and denay for return.

            Sir I had given order for a mobile Black Berry Bold 9900 through Green Dust Vide order No 22498221, I paid Rs 5557/- for getting the same. Accordingly I received the item from Rissachi India, E63, Pandav Nagar, New Delhi-91 vide bill No 147 dt 24 Sep 15 but the item issued to me is not their specification given by the Company. I return the item to the seller on the name of Mr Manoj Negi, Rissachi India. on 26 Oct 15 and the item is delivered to the concerned person on 28 Oct 15. But my refund not yet received. Please initiate the complaint against the company.               I have booked a window ac in greeddust site .Rs 17205 i have pay online. After one month he says date i cant delivered the product in mention address. i have requested to refund the money. after one and half month so many followup he refunded money after deduction 10%. i have said i have to penalise u as you are harreshing 1/2 month and later u say i will not able to supply. He graned online to supply within 9 days.
              Purchased i phone 5s for 18000...the product hasjail lock and u cant unlock this phone...pls dont purchase product from this stupid website...i[censored] have good money try this...u will end up with useless product...pls dont purchase from f...
              Pls dot buy products from this website...uselss site...they are selling useless products, ..pls dont buy

                My worst online purchase ever!! and that is the most positive thing i could have written about this product and greendust. First, BES (Blackberry Enterprise Services) (including both BBM and BIS) do not work on this device and the same is not mentioned anywhere in the product listing and description. Second, it is mentioned in the listing that the product is 'Brand New' but that is not the case as the phone has scratches and dents on the back panel and the sticker on the back panel. Also, the charger has usage marks and is evidently not 'brand new'. Have been in contact with the greendust team since last 3 days and no solution has yet been agreed upon. Very disappointing experience!

                    Hi, I have ordered an laptop (dell inspiron 3542 notebook (4th gen ci3/ 4gb/ 1tb/ dos) with greendust with creditcard payment of rs-2170. After purchase when i inquiry they told order is cancelled due to product non availability. But it is alredy 20 days now they have not yet processed the refund. Please help me here to get refund from this fraud company.

                        We have purchase product dt:30.11.2014 inv no:onk/guj/14-15/1086, complain no: 43545, colling is not proper, we have maximum indicator chose minimum colling efect give, as per complain smart global person coming on last 6.7.15, they are refilling gas, but our problem is no short out, they are pressurized you are create problem but freez is woking properly. so please shot out this problem immediately.

                          I bought a philips hi-fi headphone shp8500 from greendust. it is a factory second item however it is quality assured by greendust. i received it after 2 weeks of placing order, it is too late. but that is not actual problem. when i receive the product it was looking ok. But with in 10 days (not used much) the cable is stripped out in 3 places simply. the label on the box is assured with greendust certified. these guys are not accepting for replacement or refurbishment. it is purely a quality issue that they have used this cable with cheap rubber material. i really fed up these guys. i am keep sending mail but there is no response from them. dont buy any product from greendust, instead buy from some other source even the price is bit higher. i lost my money. they are irresponsible . dont ever go with them. i never seen such worst customer service, worst product and worst response from any online shopping network. In the corner of the website they mentioned 1 year warranty, 15 days return which means that all products should cover under the same. but they denies that. I have bought lg lcd monitor 15.6 inch. there is some problem in this monitor it's still under warranty. greendust guy already picked up this monitor before 2 and months ago. actually i have talked to mr. sajan to refund of cheque amount 3015/-. today there is more then 50 days but still i didn't receive any cheque from greendust. this is very bad service and support. i will definitely spread this problem to social media very soon.

                              Green dust customer care, As per your non availability @ chennai of my old order item no is 22484507. but my money rs.18, 855 was debited from my account. i had requested for refund last week. at the same time i discussed with your customer representative mr. arun for change the new order no is 22485310. so please adjust my fund for the same and balance refund amount is rs. 3, 545 /-. Let me know, 1) when will i get my new item (order no:[protected] & refund money rs. 3, 545/-? Now my order number is 22485310. as a first time genuine customer, let me know about your selling policy and warranty of selling products. For this product - greendust provides 1 year warranty & can i choose to register for your greendust protection plan (gpp)? what are you given warranty period for motor? For your information, in your response mail to me, as your attachment of picture 1 - there is no drain pipe board in front of washing machine. & picture 3 - there is no fresh look on the back side of washing machine. As per your communication, i communicated omkar enterprises. they have given mr. kanthan mobile number ([protected]). he is not available in this mobile number.

                                  My order no: 22480472 i got the message as transaction is failed and deducted the amount when placing the order and i did not show where i have to check the orders or what 's happening over here why this messages are getting and why this kind worst kind of designing is developed. No common sense of getting emails/messages. And customer care officers are replying me that they are go and check your order but i am unable to check the orders and what's happening here still they are not not understanding my questions and what is the problems and what kind of suggestions they giving they dont know. Without my permission they are transferrring the call to other officers.In this case why these resources allocated. There is no proper communication and reply of calls/messages even they are not in correct track of customer assistance and managing and talking with the customers and behaviour is too worst. Why this ads are coming and showing the messages even this site very worstly developed and no proper guidance like orders checking also not aware properly where we can check exactly. Seeing this feedback is very worst service offering by greendust. Without seeking my permission they are saying that cancel the order. So why this service is implemented and why this deductions are happened. There is no proper contact to convince the customers with the team.
                                  improper tramsactions and improper responses with the customers with the calls and not responding properly to occur for the problems and convincing manner. the customer care officers are saying that transaction is failed but order is generated. in this case why the amount is deducted and why not rollback entire transaction on the spot. there is no proper calling mechanism/ convincing with customers problem focusing and analysys of the applications and flow and calls are transferring without permission and they are not responding proper communications. very worst design and worst answers and worst behaviour. Still no proper contact with the customers.

                                    I bought an air conditioner of vester 1.5 ton split company dealer has assured me one year warranty at the time of purchase but now the ac has water leakage problem so that i contacted dealer to let him know about the problem because it has not completed one year yet. now dealer has lied said this not comes with warranty even i contacted to vester service center they are not ready to respond and said this receipt is not valid please help... otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                                      I purchased a beetel data card from your company. As company deals in refurbished products so it provides products and lesser price. Actually buying these products is a waste of money
                                      My product stopped working on 4th day. Refurbished, cheap price only lasts for few days. No support/ protection plan from greendust/ seller.


                                      Below is the comparison of buying from greendust as compared from buying from any other trusted site:

                                      Beetle data card cost 440 (Before applying coupon)
                                      It worked only for 4 days and then stopped working.
                                      Warranty covered by greendust - only for 3 days


                                      This product is available on other trusted site at 1100. The product is 100% authentic, new and covered by some protection plan. Please share this across so that instead of buying refurbished product at cheap price, buy authentic product at slightly more than double its price from trusted site, which will last long and also covered by payment protection plan. If one is buying from trusted site, there are lot of options and varieties available. Please help people understand not to waste their money buying from such unrealiable sites.

                                        I had booked vacuum cleaner on 27th april 2015 against order no 22470828. At the time of booking of vacuum cleaner, it was committed by green dust that told me delivery will be within 10 to 15 days. But till today, i have not received any communication from the green dust. Last week i called up at the customer care number. After several minutes of computer call, one executive picks up the phone. He took around 5 minutes to check the order details. Then he reverts me that vacuum cleaner will be delivered at your home on tuesday positively. He told me that due to non availability of the vacuum cleaner, order is shifted at hyderabad with onkar electronics. Again today on wednesday, when i did not receive my vacuum cleaner, i again called up at customer care number. Same repeatedly, after several minutes of computerised call, one executive picks the phone and took 10 minutes for reverting the status of my order. Then he told me that he is not updated for my order status as nothing is updated. He cannot provide the details of my order that when can it will be deliver at my home. When i insisted him to transfer my call to his senior, first he refused for the same and again on insisting, he gave me wrong mobile number [protected] in the name of mr. Sonu chandel which was never picked up or responsed. I wasted around 100 rupees for the follow up for this paid call and rest of mental agony and frustation given by green dust because of poor response. I am fed up with green dust and wants a stern action against green dust for this negative attitude towards the consumers.
