    It has been 17 days and i have not yet received my product and the docket number of courier provided by you does not exit...

    I have complained 10-12 times via emails, coll but all i got is sir kal thik ho jayega shaam mai coll kijye aapka problem solve ho jayega (it will be solved either tomorrow or in the evening...
    Sir we have forwarded the request action will be taken till evening but yet nothing has happened...

    So i request you to please look into the matter...

      I have bought a split ac (g201415/591 lg split ac 5*) on 27th march 2015 from
      Your ajc bose rd showroom. it was installed on same day. post installation it
      Was found that ac is not cooling enough so i called up your helpline no
      And a ticket was provided. gd-kol-033926 on 2nd april 2015.

      Technician visited my place and found out that there was no gas in outdoor
      Unit. ii was surprised how a new unit can be out of gas? anyway he infused 800
      Grams of gas and it started cooling for couple of days and again the same
      Problem has raised.

      I again raised a complain and the technician re visited my place on 14th april.
      He has checked the system and was unable give any solution. he said that there
      Is some technical fault in out door unit and it can not be resolved. i have
      Poken to the head off and the said they will look into it. thats it after that
      I have been writing so many mails to
      [protected]@greendust.com but none are reverting.

      The local shop from where i
      Bought this piece is not even speaking and ignoring my calls.

      I need your support in getting a refund to the damaged ac which green dust has
      Provided me and also a compensation from local vendor for not ignoring a
      Customer who is 7 days old. i can understand what ignorance they shows to
      Client who comes back for service post one or two years.

      I just want my refund as i hold no trust on this company nor the people or
      Vendor associated with it.

          Dear sir,

          I purchased a lenovo laptop model no g[protected] wide bill no 2002 dated 20/05/2014 rlc no[protected].


          The same laptop went to service station at your nangloi jat office for developing a fault in on/of by self wide complaint no 016854 few months back.

          The same laptop developed the problem in on off again on date 17/03/2015 and complaint was lodged with compliant no 32165 and in the mean time the laptom developed clacks on the both sides of the panel (where the stickers of amd 8 is pasted).

          After discussion with the call center i took the laptop to your service center


          When the cracks were new i ignored but when it was evident i took it to the service station and after all the effort it took 4 hours in both the visits to just get through your process and reach the service center.

          Issue: the service center gentleman refused to accept the laptop as it was having the cracks.

          Since my laptop is in warranty and there were two complaints in my laptop and the laptop was not even in working condition (since it was getting off on its own).


          After the interference of area service manager mr harpal singh they decided to take the laptop in service but within few minutes mr ashvini came into the scene and said that they have been refused to take laptop from the higher ups and they will arrange a callback with service head and if required the laptop will be picked from my home.

          I am waiting call since morning and i am feeling cheated and shortchanged.

          Because in my span of last 2 years i have purchased stuff worth rs 3-4 lac from greendust and feeling wonderful that nothing happened till date otherwise this kind of customer service and treatment would have forced me do something.

          The attitude of the service guy at the service center was pathetic and his approach towards me cannot be explained in words.

          Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

            On 28th february 2015 i ordered prestige pic 10. o induction cooker (factory second). order id is 22455651. on 23rd february 2015 i received the packet containing prestige mini 1.0 instead of my order prestige pic 10.0. and also the cooker does not work. just receiving the product i have sent them more than five mail about my problems. some complaint id is 101095 on 23/02/2015 & 101318 on 01/03/2015. and i also contact with them by phone. but till date i can not get any type of response from them. at that situation i want to file a case in consumer forum againnst that type of 100% cheating company. how can i do that?

              I ordered for juicer mixer grinder on 30/01/2015 through greendust.com

              Firstly, it was supposed to be delivered within 10 days but was delivered post that
              Secondly, the product is not working and faulty. no power post connecting to power socket.
              I called green dust customer services who told me that they cant do replacement over the phone and i have to send an email to green dust who will revert in 48 hours.
              I have sent several emails to them but they are neither calling me nor replying on my emails.
              The only reply i got was the ticket id and some one will get back to me but none of them called me

                I purchased couple of products through greendust, order id[protected]. I requested a refund in the three months back. I haven't received any word from them yet. I called there customer service line[protected] times, never got proper reply. Usually they put me on hold and disconnect or else say me they will call back, never heard from them. I have also sent emails to their customer service email address, no reply on that too ([protected]@greendust.com and [protected]@greendust.com).

                Their service is poor. Treating customer very badly. I am yet to get receive my refund. Not sure whether i will get it.

                    I had made an order[protected] of bedsheets from greendust site on 13th nov'2014 but inspite of several reminders and follow ups i still havn't received my order.

                    Sorry for my bad tone, but now i have just got fed up with their service. They don't have any concern for customer's money and time. Whenever i call their customer support they only say that your order have been delivered at wrong address, they now will send back my order again and it will be delivered within 3-4 days. Sometimes they also say that they will call me back but i had never received any call back from their side.

                    This is really height of irresponsibility from their side. Seeing such an attitude, i am sorry to say i would never recommend anyone to buy any thing from this site.

                    I request this forum to ask them to take the relevant action or refund my money back.

                        I had ordered and paid for a power bank from greendust sometime in june/july (it's been so long... can't even recall it clearly).
                        I have not received the product till date.
                        Tried contacting the customer care on two occasions.
                        On both the occasions, they assured that i will be getting a communication about this the next day.
                        But no one called.

                        I want sue them for this mistrust and the torture that they have put me in.

                          As the reviews clearly shows 50% of people get useless and wrongly advertised products. they are providing a gateway for bad sellers in the market. any product to be returned is met with delaying tactics till the buyer gives up. they do not have a policy or method for returns. everything is ad-hoc and encourages bad sellers from making wrong profits and getting away with useless products. customer service promises but nothing happens:
                          After 25 days they talk nicely and don't do anything else.

                            I had purchased an lg fridge on 07/01/2014 from the greendust branch in trivandrum, kerala. The product defect that the agent told us was a small dent on the fridge possibly that might have occurred during transportation of the same.

                            After few months o[censored]sing the refrigerator it was noted that the same does not cool. I had raised a complaint to which the same was rectified within a week.

                            Now again, the product shows signs of water leakage from the refrigerator for which i had raised a compliant on
                            10/09/2014 with the complaint number 015171. And greendust had sent a technician to rectify the same. Surprisingly, the technician told that this happens in all refrigerators. Our family have been using refrigerators from different companies and none have showed the same issue. Hence was surprised on hearing this. When asked, he said that this is why greendust has reduced the cost of the product. I told the technician that while selling the product to us it was told that there is only a dent on the top of the refrigerator and never knew that they provide sub standard products. The technician went back without repairing.

                            I called the customer service department again on 15/09/2014 to say that the issue has not been rectified and the agent told that he has forwarded the complaint to the senior management and they will send the technician the same day. But there has been no response.

                            I urge you kindly take the product back and provide us with a replacement or pay back the amount that was spend on this defective product, as this is the second time that i am raising a complaint within a year for using the product of your company.

                                I dont know about others but let me share my experience.
                                I have bought dvd player to gift someone from greendust online shopping
                                Ite, i have received used 5 year old model as a factory second item... The product was not in working condition,
                                I have complained to greendust support people at head office then they
                                Have assigned my ticket to a local dvd player repairer who also accepted
                                And said me never bought anything from greendust there are lot of
                                Complains we receive on regular basis. I said okay but please help me to short out this issue, then he said we will replace within 3 days today it has been 2 months and still no updates i have just called the day before yesterday and support person said there is no update, we will revert if we get any update...                                   I ordered for a mobile phone worth rs. 1598. However when the product was delivered, i found that that the speaker of the phone was not working. Moreover the phone was a used one having many photographs and around 20 messages. The surprising fact is that he phone was in a sealed box.                                     I am vinay from bangalore, i have booked godrej refrigirator online on 16.05.2014 for rs 20390. The order no is: 22431886.Initially before booking i asked about the condition of the product. Mr. Praveen the sales supervisor told me that, the product condition is good & no damages on it. But later after payment through my credit card, they sent me the pictures of the product, where i have seen dents & damages on the door of refrigirator. So i demanded to reoair the dent butthey said it is not possible. So, i asked them for refund my amount on 23.05.2014. Still i have not received my amount, many times i have called customer care but i am not getting any proper response from them. They are telling that it will take 25 days. But i have not received any confirmation mail or message from them regarding the status. I am very much worried about this. I need pay interest for credit card. Please help me to get back my money back as soon as possible.

                                      I had bought a twin door frost free refrigerator from green dust on[protected], when i bought the refrigerator i was not told that this was a refurbished unit, i was under the impression that this is a factory seconds, else i would have not bought it, the refrigerator worked for a week and then had trouble cooling the refrigerator compartment. The temperature in this compartment never went below 10 degrees, so i called the technician on the 28th
                                      April 2014 and got a complaint number 84951.

                                      1.
                                      The first technician ([protected]) came two days later and checked and cleaned the cooling coils and left saying it should be okay. The same problem so i called again,

                                      2.
                                      This time a new technician came he checked and called the first technician and said the problem could be the compressor and left without doing anything.

                                      3.
                                      It took about a week for them get a compressor at my place.In the meanwhile (I got another refrigerator on rent @70/ day as i thought it would take just 2-3 days to fix, i have an year old baby at home and cannot do without a refrigerator.)

                                      The technician ([protected]) came with the compressor but on checking found the old compressor okay and left with topping up the gas. This again did not fix the problem, so i called again

                                      This time a new technician came ([protected]) he simply opened the refrigerator and said it’s the thermostat and said it needs to be changed.

                                      The technician came with a replacement thermostat two days later (The new thermostat looks like if it has be bought
                                      From a junk market) this so called new thermostat is not even smooth to operate leave alone rectifying the problem. So i called him on 11th may to say that it is still the same. He said he will send someone to check the temperature but no one bothered till i gave them a call again

                                      I walked in to the store again and he gave me atul’s number ([protected], [protected]) the person does not pick up any call tried several times, so i called the store again and this time he gave me atul’s boos jitender’s number ([protected]). I called him and he said he will have the complaint looked at the next day i. E. 12th may 2014)

                                      I called up the store and then they respond and i got a call from ankit ([protected]) and he said he will have it attended the next day. I told him that i have a small baby at home and that i have to leave my work to be at home for green dust. I also told him that i would file a case again green dust if this is not rectified. He assured me that the technician will be at my place around 10 am the next morning. The technician ([protected]) came at around 4
                                      Pm and wasted another day of mine. He check and said that the thermostat is not working properly and will report it to the authorities.

                                      I called the technician ([protected]) on the 15th may and asked when will he be able to fix my refrigerator and he said that the part is not available and asked me to call ankit ([protected]) so i called him.

                                      Heankit ([protected]) said that the he has an okay report and the refrigerator is okay, i told him the entire history, i also told him that i am paying for the electricity by keeping two refrigerators switched on. And i also asked him to
                                      Atleast give me a refund of the refrigerator if you are not capable of handling this. He assured me again that the technician will be at my place tomorrow. He asked me to call and remind tomorrow morning (16th may 14)

                                      (16th may2014) i called ankit ([protected]) the next day and he said that the technician says that the refrigerator is working okay. I told him to get the fridge picked up from my place and asked him what temperature should be in the refrigerator section, his response was that he is not a technician and he does not know. I asked him to get technician on line he disconnected the call after keeping me on hold for about three minutes so i called the technician that came and said that the thermostat was not working ([protected]) he never pickup my calls so i went to the store to complaint to santosh. I found the technician sitting there and talking to ankit.

                                      I got the technician to my place and this time he checks everything and took time to check each and every part. He even switched on the refrigerator directly without the thermostat and isolated the problem as the thermostat. He called up ankit and the technician to check about the thermostat. Which he says will be available in 2-3 days.

                                      19th may i called up the technician ([protected]) and he said he did not receive the replacement part and that ankit
                                      Is on leave today, he said he will get this resolved tomorrow on 20th may

                                      20th may. Received a call from green dust ([protected]) asking if the complaint has been resolved (Apparently they closed my case saying it has been resolved) i waited the entire day nobody called.

                                      21st may i called up the technician ([protected]) he said that the part is not available and asked me to call ankit ([protected]) as he will get the part available so i called ankit.

                                      16.
                                      21st may. He said that i have ordered the genuine thermostat and he will get the thermostat tomorrow 22nd may and will have it fitted. Nobody called or came

                                      23rd may. I called up ankit ([protected]) he said he will send it today and he said that the part is

                                      18.
                                      24th may. He stopped picking up my calls from my number

                                      25th may. I called from a different number and he picked up he said that the technician was not available and he will send someone today or latest by tomorrow to have it fixed. I even pointed out that he has stopped picking up my number he said “ aisa kutch nahi hai sir”

                                      20.
                                      26th may i called ankit again this time he said that today sanjay will come and fix the issue.

                                      21.
                                      Sanjay called me around 5pm saying that the part was not available and that he will get the part tomorrow.

                                      22.
                                      27th may nobody called and came, got a call from the green dust store santosh, he asked me if anybody came or not. He then again forwarded the case to his complaint dept.

                                      23.
                                      Got a call from ([protected]) and said that he has a report that the refrigerator was working fine. He said that the service partner said that the fridge is working fine. So he took ankit on line, i asked him to get the technician on line, i gave him the number of the technician. I told him that the technician came the temperature was 10 degrees.

                                      I told him that that i am sending a mail with all the details. I also told him that i am fedup and he assured me that he will send a person from production at my place to get this rectified. I told him that i have been sitting at home for
                                      The past one month because of green dust and have been keeping both refrigerators switched on and paying the rent of the other refrigerator. Lets hope that this works

                                      Summary

                                      I have all the conversations recorded in my cell phone to prove that all the above conversations happened.

                                      Never buy a product from green dust, i would have saved about rs.3000/ on the deal but had a
                                      Broken refrigerator, would have lost a fortune of my earnings as i have to be at home when the technician comes, and paying twice the electricity and paying the rent of rs70/ day which come to 70 x 29 = rs2030.00 god know when this will be rectified.

                                      The service partner ankit is a liar of the first order as he has been telling me that he is getting the replacement part since 16th may. Where as in actual he is sitting pretty as green dust is paying them for every visit that they do. He is not even concerned about the safety of my child as the child runs and get at the back of the second refrigerator that i have kept in front of my broken refrigerator.

                                        Purchased lg ac from nangloi franchise on 18th april 2014. Ac was instaled on 21st .From 23rd onwards ac has stopped cooling .Complaint was lodged with mr atul mobile no[protected] but no action has been taken till now.
