This is with regard to my order no. 2216077 for the iball shaan-i135 mobile which i ordered from greendust.com, they have not delivered 2 gb micro sd memory card with it, thaugh, they committed, (Over the phone call which i made on their customer care no.[protected] on 25.10.2012 to confirm that what will be there in the box because they did not mention it on their website) that i'll get handset, headset, charger, user manual and a 2 gb micro sd memory card!

The time i called to their customer care for this issue they simply denied that you will not get the memory card because its not mentioned over our website. I asked them that i have confirmed it from your customer care executive before making this purchase, then they simply said, that, our cce has given you wrong information and we cannot send your memory card. If this is the case then they should not have delivered the handset/headset/charger too, as this was also not mentioned over their website.

They asked me to provide the name of the cce, who provided the information that the memory card will be there in the box, but this is not possible, i dont remember the name as the product was delivered after 7-10 days, how will i remember the name of the person to whom i talked just once. If i would have known that the greendust is going to make this fraud then i would have recorded the call, moreover, this was my second purchase from them, the first item was delivered very well.

And the time i asked them to return the product and to refund my amount then they said you will have to send the product to our address by spending the courier charges and we will deduct the 5% amount on the bill amount too. This is really ridiculous that first they do not deliver the product as they commit and then they make deductions as per their own will too!

I request you to help me in this case!

its been around 4 months, but there is no resolution given by GreenDust yet, moreover, there product (mobile) stopped working fine after 1 month, the screen of mobile keep on rotating 360 degree at its own! I guess its the time to move to consumer court now!

    Dear sir

    I have purchased one ncase screen protector pafp-sm-s5300 for samsung galaxy pocket and ncase promo back cover for sm s5300 galaxy pocket pfbc-p8455bk by online shopping with green dust company. As i have booked my items on 22/10/12 and date of delivery was not given on my order histry and till now i have not recieved my booked items.In between this i have try to contact their customer service centre but nobody will pick the phone and no one responding my mail. What can i do to get my refund please suggest.

    Hi, this is sundarnath here and i had ordered for Russell Hobbs toaster from green dust online.Instead of toaster i received the le nova laptop and i have ethically returned it.And green dust had assured me that i will get my product by 2 days, but i did not get any call or status of my product from greendust.So this show the how much irresponsible is green dust about its customers.My advice for people who are planning to buy product from green dust is not to buy any product or else you will suffer a lot after buying the product and service is also too worst.Think 100 times before choosing green dust.And i have experienced it and wanted others to be aware of the case, so choose wisely.

      Hi,

      Its regarding my worst experience withe greendust.com online shopping.

      On 11th july, 2012 i saw a great deal for me on greenedust.com (Http://www.greendust.com/laptop-&-note-books-acer-aspire-5742z-laptop-p... Html) which was a acer aspire 5742z laptop in rs. 12500 only (Approx) (They have increased the price now). I liked it and immediately i made a cod (Cash on delivery) order for the same. It was showing product in stock that time. They sent me a confirmation code while ordering and by using that confirmation code i confirmed my cod order. After a few minutes i received a mail with order confirmation (Screenshot attached) and it was written that product will be delivered in 7-10 business days. Next day i got the confirmation call as well form the greendust that sir this call is for the order confirmation and we are shipping your product. A person named sonu from their team was dealing with me.

      After 7-9 days when i didn't get any update about the product i called the team and asked about my order status. These people (Sonu) told me sir i will ship it today. Next day again i called they said i will ship it today. Next 2 more days they gave me the same answer. Then i called their operation manager romit about the same, he told give me half an hour sir i will rectify the issue and will callback you in half an hour. I waited whole day but he didn't call. I tried to call him but no sense i was not able to catch him again. By luck i caught him today (23rd july, 2012) on call and what rubbish he is telling me today "sir your product is out of stock and i am canceling your order." what rubbish is this… am i fool so made a deal with these non sense people. I left many deals meanwhile with good prices on other websites just because of these people.

      Now i am feeling very bad and frustrated because of greendust. I want to claim my product or compensation against the problem i suffered from greenest in any case. These fools don't have a nice website interface as well, its not showing not even a single order history/status made on their website in my account, i made a compliant about this many times but no solution. I have the order confirmation mail at-least. Please help me to teach these stupids that this is not a good way to do business. Please let me know what can be in my favor in this case.

        I ordered a philips epilator from greendust.com
        On the product page it was mentioned delivery time 4-6 days.
        The product has not been delivered as of now.
        The customer care people always say you will receive it in 3-4 days but i dont get any message or mail for shipment

          I had purchased karbonn dual sim touch screen k570 on 21st april'12 which was delivered me on 7th may'12 and on same day i registered a complaint against it. I received defective product which is not usable. I received complaint registration confirmation mail on 11th may'12. I called my times but greendust guys are not taking problem seriously. Every times they told me that "we are forwarding your request". But till date it's pending.

          Green Dust — defective lg music system

          i have purchased lg music system from greendust vide order no. 2210833 on 6-10-12,received item and it is defective one the lid of cd player remains open and it is not closed thats why cd player is not working.15 days replacement guarantee is there kindly get it replaced. jitender singh mb no.             Description
            I placed order for 2 products - electric kettle and mobile pouch at greendust on 18th mar 12. I just received 1 product (Electric kettle) on 23rd mar 12 and issues were as follows which i mailed to customer support
            1] i have just received kettle and still awaiting mobile pouch
            2] octroi of rs. 40 was charged to me for electric kettle delivery. This must be borne by the seller/vendor.
            3] listing mentioned 1850w kettle, but actual on received is 2000w. Attached pdf copy of your listing. Also attached jpg showing 2000w written as "feiyan kettle03. Jpg"
            4] kettle received is different from the photo as per listing. Attached pdf copy of your listing. 5] also attached jpg showing difference as "feiyan kettle01. Jpg"
            Actual received kettle is feyian and not febiyan as mentioned in listing.

            They care a damn to reply. I followed up with many mails, but sometimes they used to call up, but no resolution was provided and mail replies were never there. Neither was i refunded rs. 40 towards octroi charges.

            I received the 2nd product (Mobile pouch) on 30th march which wass different from the one i ordered. It took them more than a month to reverse pickup and replace the product for correct one.In short the order i placed on 18th march took 1.5 months to be delivered correctly.

            Added to this, one of my led bulbs which i purchsed from same site on 6th oct 2011 is bad now. They are not giving me warranty on this. Warranty is not mentioned in any of their product listing on their website. This was they are fooling customers.

            Greendust.com is a fraud website, They have not delivered my 5 orders and have not refunded the money.
            Their customer care is also trained frauds. Please be careful and don't buy anything from this website
            YES SAME HAPPENED TO ME, MY ORDER NO. 2191619 FOR A HAND BLENDER, HAS STILL NOT DELIVERED AND IT IS MORE THAN A MONTH. WE MUST DO SOMETHING TO STOP THIS FRAUDULENT SITE TO CHEAT MORE PUBLIC
            I got a call from Greendust rep and he cleared this issue. I was given compensation to have a pleasent experience with Greendust customer service and website.

            If good customer service continues, it will be a great site to buy from and be revisiting customer every time.
            Complaint is resolved. Customer service is friendly and customer oriented.

            Greendust.com — Laptop not working properly.

            I bought a lenovo laptop from Green dust and it is not working properly. It has not even been 1 month since i bought it and it has been creating a problem since 1 week after the purchasing but now it is intolerable. The screen of my laptop is constantly flashing and there is no image on the screen.

            Greendust.com — haven't replaced my product even after confirmation pending since a month

            my product is not replaced beneath of 15 days replacement policy.was confirmed of replacing on 3rd april 2014.pending till date.

              I have ordered silicone skin jelly case (Order #2188787 (Processing) on friday 13 january, 2012, this product is not delivered till now (April 19, 2012) they told they will refund my money through draft but still didn't received it, greendust is no 1 cheat site in the world, customer care service is toooooo bad no proper response, don't buy anything from this site yebhi, timtara and kets buy are genuine. Greendust su*s.

              I too faced the same problem. They are No#1 cheaters. Money is deducted from the account and got confirmation mail from green dust also. but still order history is blank and the product is not delivered.
              I ordered 2 Bose earphones on 11/12/2014 Order No : 22449111. Till date the items are not delivered.

                Recently i purchased a travel steam iron (Black & decker make) under the category 'factory seconds' from a website named greendust. On enquiry with their call centre it was mentioned that irons will come with damaged carton, but product is in very good condition.Inturn i received an iron box with steam function not working. Rma was raised through their website which inturn mentioned that item will be picked up for replacement, till date no response. A call with their contact centre made me now that they don’t know what is ‘rma’ and issued me a docket no. Stating an engineer will visit to rectify the problem.

                No response either. Hope such experience shared in such forums will help others also to think twice before taking a step to order from this website.

                  Greendust company had advertised a laptop computer model : hp6515b, factory seconds (Looks like new and 100 % performance item, except some production line damage usually not noticeble) for rs. 15000/- in their web site www.greendust.com. I choose the product and made payment through payment mode. After repeated phone calls and e-mails they sent the laptop computer after 15 days time. Upon recieving the item it was noticed that, the item is very old very used, looking dirty and not meeting the performance. I immediately sent the mail and called the company to replace the item with new. They told that same item new was not available and requested to select alternate laptop computer displayed in their web site. I choose asus netbook brand new computer. They agreed to pick the old computer from my home and send me new computer. They send the courier person after one and a half months time late to pick the old computer and i gave back the old computer through aramex courier. Now when i call for the status of my order greendust is telling that they don't have new computer and they cannot refund. When i call the company they respond very irresponsibly and they are not replying to my mail.

                    i have received one call from GreenDust regarding this post which is already resolved so i request to consumer complaints.in Team to remove this post as i have received my product which is working fine.

                    I am satisfy with the service of GreenDust.
                    Greendust is a site were people are frauded by the sellers, they are promising things but they are unable to fulfil those, i got call from them after around 12month about refunding issue, and they say we can refund if you post positive review that were posted negative after getting worst service from greendust.com, the site is absolutely not recommended for any one, please dont risk your money there.

                      I ordered emergency light on 29th september 2011. Order no. 2181787
                      Till now not shipped. I called them 3 times, they will put u on hold multiple times and cut the call.
                      Another time they said they will ship tomorrow and never shipped. They will never reply to your emails. I am frustrated and dont know wat to do.
                      Please dont do the mistake of order in greendust.
                      Let me know if there are any solutions.

                        Hi i ordered a blackberry 9630 from greendust.com. They claim to deliver the product within 5-7 working days. However when i called them to know about delivery date they said on the 7th day that they don't know the exact time when the product would be delivered since it's a third party product moreover they said to make the payment asap to get the delivery within 3 day. I order cash on delivery product. I believe that's the wisest thing i have done till date. Because at least my money is saved. So people please don't ever make online payment as they will take away your happiness. I wanna appeal strict actions to be taken on such site which fool people. And trust me the kind of people they have hired for customer support are so rude. They don't even know proper english but always start a conversation in english and the rudeness and don't care attitude is reflected in there tone specially the ladies out there thinks as if there are doing a favor by giving us the information. Don't know whether any action would be taken on this complaint or not but being a sensible citizen i believe its my duty to beware my fellow country mates of such frauds.

                          I booked a split ac (Samsung ac split 1.5 ton 2 star as182ctb) for rs. 13523 from greendust. The order was only to be placed on phone number provided on the website. I called on that no. And miss meenu picked up the phone and confirmed my order and told me to immediately make a booking payment at greendust nebsarai outlet. I then went to greendust nebsarai and made to payment of rs. 5000 to mr. Santosh managing the outlet. Mr. Santosh also received a confirmation from greendust that the product will be dispatched the next day from their warehouse in nangloi. Now the situation is that they are telling sir the price of the product has increased and you will get only the exterior unit at that price. If you want the complete package you will have to pay rs. 7000 extra. I was really shocked and told them i already paid and was waiting for the product to be delivered. After continuous conversation they said you can take complete refund from where i made the payment. They really do not give products at prices mentioned.
                          Now they have stopped attending my calls and not responding to it at all. As a consumer i can now only go and collect my money back.

                          Samsung — Non-delivery of Booked & 100% Paid AC

                          I booked an AC (Model No. AS18NCA) on 28th April Columbia Sales, Ghaziabad & made full payment of the same. I was told that I will get my AC within 3-4 days.
                          Days passsed & I regularly phoned M/s Columbia Stores peoperieter Mr. Arun Agarwal.
                          He told me to contact Mr. Debashish/ Mr. Manvendre Pathak.
                          I have been calling them almost daily but even after a month there is no trace of my AC.
                          I do not know whethet this is the attitude of Samsung dealers everywhere or I am the unlucky person with this type of service.
                          Samsung dealers and resellers have the same attitude every where.
                          STOP buying SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.
                          BAN SAMSUNG IN INDIA!!

They don't even know proper English but always start a conversation in English and the rudeness and don't care attitude is reflected in there tone specially the ladies out there thinks as if there are doing a favor by giving us the information. Don't know whether any action would be taken on this complaint or not but being a sensible citizen I believe its my duty to beware my fellow country mates of such frauds.
                          yes i agree my order number 2188433..jan 3rd today is 19th jan ..not responding to mails, or calls, all working there are no idea of customer care.i am complaining with consumer forum today.

                          I bought a microwave yesterday evening from your franchisee in gurgaon in INR 10, 200 and later i checked on your website the price was listed for only INR 8, 800, so there was a difference of INR 1, 400 which i would consider as a cheat and wrong commitment.

                          I had procured LG GL318 Model Refrigerator in cash, on the same day when i have plugged in the Power -- i came to know that there was no cooling . Till now i am just facing lots of trouble in getting refund or replace

                            Guys, i am eager to share my experience with greendust.
                            After placing order for "mitashi dvd player dhd911" on 6 june (Early morning, as soon as the deal was posted online), i was waiting for the delivery. But after a couple of weeks & a couple of calls to the customer care, i was told that the product was out of stock & thus cannot be delivered. This was intimated to me after i repeatedly called them. A few complains & post on facebook and a other blogs compelled them to deliver a dvd player. To my surprise, i found out that there were issues with the player & some of the parts just came out automatically, as the player was either a used one or a very old stock (I’ve photographs for proof/reference). Attached are a few pics of the broken parts (The parts that got detached).
                            My complaint was heard and the player was finally returned back. Currently am still waiting for the refund to be initiated (Forget about me getting it). It was a complete waste of time & money being a gd customer. Hence, please verify the items you purchase, properly, after receiving.

                              I have ordered sandwich maker on 18th june 2011.
                              They supposed to provide product by 5-7 days.

                              Order status is still showing processing.
                              May i know when will it is shipped?
                              I called them, contacted by mails several times. Everytime they verify address details and say
                              We ll call you back. They never called me.
                              They didnt respond back to any of mails.

                              I am doubting greendust is trustful???

                              for such stores i prefer COD(Cash On Delivery) with a condition of delivery time-frame like order will not be accepted if sent after 1 week. which forces them either deliver the product on time else they have to bear the lost as i'll not accept the order

                              Product not working

                              I had purchased an LG refrigerator in cash, when i had plugged i came to know that it was not giving cooling. It seems that i was being cheated by GreenDust, Hatkeshwar - Ahmedabad. Now i am struggling hard to get refund.
