I bought a Philips mp4 player from greendust store(Neb sarai) in November 2013 and after some 2 months it stopped working.I registered a complain about that and they ensure me that I would get a call back in 2 days but I got it after 10 days but I was busy by that time so complain was closed.Then again I registered a complain but that time technician asked me to come next week so I went and submitted my product at nagloi(Delhi).Then technician told me that it was non-reparable and asked me to call at customer care. When I called there the representative told me that she was forwarding mail to her senior and would get a call back after 2 days.I waited for a week but got nothing.Then I called back and they ensure me to have a call back after an hour but got nothing. Then I talked to service manager and he ensured me and told me same that I would get a call back but still got nothing. I really really want help I'm exhausted overwhelmed :(

    We purchased a LG Side-by-Side fridge on[protected]GCB217BPJVCBWPEBN) (Direct Link: http://www.greendust.com/Side-By-Side-lg-refrigerator-gcb217bpjvcbwpebn-p-14880.... for Rs. 53000/- initially it worked fine and had no problems but the disaster started a week ago it started showing error Er CO and stopped cooling, I complained about it to the so called customer care and got a request number 79148 on Saturday[protected] the service guy showed up on[protected][protected]) he re plugged the machine as a part of quick fix and left in 15 minutes asking to follow the same and take a picture of the Error, but this didnt helped as the machine showed this message again in an hour everytime this error comes the machine stops cooling so I again called the customer care and I was given number of the Senior service department Guy Kamlesh ([protected]) his phone number is always busy now my problem is although I got the fridge for 53000/- whose retail price is 73000/- but I was given assurance from Green Dust that if anything happens they will fix it now my fridge is just a wardrobe where food is kept as it is not cooling at all I did my research on the internet for this particular error and according to them there is some part that needs to be changed and the company changed in since it was a manufacturing defect but since I bought from Green Dust the company warranty is not applicable and I am not likely to get it so I am very devastated and hoping against hope that my problem will be resolved.

      Franchisee snehurmi enterprises on 20/11/13 after 2monthes its half part
      Of the panel was not working and did not show picture so complain on
      16/2/14 the tv reparing person visted my place and found that the tv panel
      Was damaged and told me that it will be repaired within a week but after
      10day when i called green dust call center they told me that call the main
      Incharge mr mahajahan ([protected]) then he told me to call mr arun incharge
      In mumbai ([protected]) mr arun told me (After 10 days) that "we do not have
      Panel of the tv so we may replace tv or refund u the amount" so i told them
      To refund the amount but when i called the franchisee (Snehurmi enterprises
      [protected], [protected]) for refund but he said"we do not have the policy of
      Refund i will replace the tv only if i give the tv at my shop and i will
      Give u the new tv after 7days" so i want consumer complaints.com to help me to get my

        Hi, this is sundarnath here and i had ordered for Russell Hobbs toaster from green dust online.Instead of toaster i received the le nova laptop and i have ethically returned it.And green dust had assured me that i will get my product by 2 days, but i did not get any call or status of my product from greendust.So this show the how much irresponsible is green dust about its customers.My advice for people who are planning to buy product from green dust is not to buy any product or else you will suffer a lot after buying the product and service is also too worst.Think 100 times before choosing green dust.And i have experienced it and wanted others to be aware of the case, so choose wisely.

          Greendust.com has pathetic service levels. I had ordered a DVD player which was received promptly but the remote control does not function. I lodged a complaint but never heard back from the service centre despite multiple reminders. Moreover, there is no call centre support. This is a scam.             i had bought a Juicer (Philips) on 15th Sep'13, while recieving itself the product found damaged. i return the product on 18th Sep'13. from that day onwards i am following for refund, but till now i have not recieved the refund. It has been two months now. But as per their cancellation policy it should be return within 30 days.My order number is 22413507. In customer support every one telling same dialouges and they don't respond on my query. I am calling them daily. they are telling me "you will be recieve today". Please help me to get back my refund.

                My greendust complaint number is 41312. I purchased this lg fridge in nov2012.Intially i was told that the product warranty will be covered directly by lg however now when my fridge faced pcb issue lg told me that greendust will cover the warranty (Never mind, greendust lied is the beginning itself). Now it is been more than 2 weeks they haven't replaced pcb of fridge. When they came, they took the pcb and said they will repair it and install again in fridge within 2 working days, but later they took a week and came after several calls and request with un-repaired pcb (Now why the hell should i chase them again and again, they sold the product which is under warranty and they should have sense of responsibility). Hope you understand how tough it is to survive without fridge in this summer when you invested rs30k in such box.

                Now they said they will repair it again and replace it in 2 days, it is almost as week they have again not turned back. I asked them why don't you replace pcb if it is not working after several repairs, they said they will only repair and not replace product. Now again it is almost a week and they are not responding to my calls properly.

                No one one keep spare fridge and no one expect such a worse service from any company. Hope they don't want me go further and take some legal actions. There should be some time frame within which they should resolve the query. Please assist me on this..

                  I had purchase a lg freeze from greendust, sri ganganagar. At time of purchase i was told that there is some scratches on front door otherwise everything is fine.
                  When i got the freeze i noticed that there is a crack in inner white lininig of the freeze and freezer door is also cracked.
                  I informed the dealer and company person but they told me only they will repair it but will not replace the freeze.
                  I request you to please help me for the replacement of my freeze.

                    I have purchased the bajaj top-up toster by online shopping from greendust.com (Order no 2238523). The damage product has been delivered therefore, i have been chasing for it from last more than 1 month but they are not listening my complaint. I have called them more than 100 times but still not getting constructive answer. I have requested them to do reverse pick-up of the product as soon as early and refund my payment. I have provided then an enough evidence of damage product by sent photos by email.

                    I am fed up now to contacting them by everyday so kindly requesting you to please help me to get my money back.

                      Just wanted to aware about thee services of greendust. An online shopping vendor which says theat its a seconds sale but in reality its a shop where second hand product or damaged product is purchased, repaired and sent to new customers. As a seconds sale product.

                      Wanted to tell you my story of equity hand blender.

                      I purchased thee product online from thee store on 14the april 2013 withe order no 2235032 for equity hand blender and have paid thee amount therough credit card, which is my biggest mistake paying thee amount in advance. Theen i received thee product on 17the april 2013 but thee product was broken and remarks to being repaired as it was look wise a second hand piece already used before. I called greendust after verification from pics sent across to theem theey arranged for reverse pickup and thee on 20the april 2013 theey again sent me back a piece withe order no 2235260 for thee same equity hand blender which i received on 25the april 2013 but theis time thee piece looks good but thee same problem persists as theis is also a broken piece.

                      Now i theink theat greendust only have a warehouse of broken and damaged piece, so be aware before buying any product from greendust as theis is a fraud online shopping site. Also gives a wrong reason for broken pieces and put a blame on otheers.

                      I have attached thee photographs also for your kind perusal. Please have a look at theose.

                      Also to make you aware thee accounts on mouthe shut giving full rating to greendust are theeir own employees. So please please be aware and give a second theought before buying.

                          I have ordered a refrigerator from a well known website greendust.com, but since the day i bought the product the status of the product is showing as "order pending for payment validation". Even after reminding them on email this issue has been lingered on till now. It has been almost 10 days now but there is no update on the status. My order no. 2234885 is still showing as pending for payment validation.

                              Dear sir,
                              This is regarding order id 2208762 and 2208644 consisting of akai dvd players in both orders. Greendust has sended seriously damaged and secondhand products in name of factory seconds. Since, their company sended defective products in both independent orders, it can be said that their company intentionally cheating customers. I had call, emails their company many times but their company fail to reply till date.

                              Kindly refund my money with interest in within 3 days, otherwise i will fire case against their company and all legal charges cost to me, i will also claim them from their company in court.

                                I Placed order after confirmation from green dust customer care team Jay Singh about free delivery at my pin code. Once i placed the order they told me that they don't deliver product in my location and started asking me extra delivery charges if i want delivery or else i have to pick up my product from their warehouse. When I asked for refund they are saying that I will not get my total refund. they will deduct 2% as payment gateway and DD Making charges + Courier Charges. I have called more than 50 times on there number but every time i got answer that your refund is under process and will take 30 days. Please help me to get my amount refunded. This is pathetic in such a competitive and dynamic e-commerce industry.

                                    Please help me to resolve this issue with my handset samsung wave gts5753 which was purchased from greendust on oct 22nd 2012 in the name 'alameen ahmed, order no 2214919. Phone no [protected]

                                    It was promised to be under 6 months warranty. I had issues with the loud speaker, i visited the samsung mobile service center in triplicane area in chennai. The executive name was rahman (Technician). They told me that the mobile is under the name of nishant and it was already serviced 5 times by mr nishant and it is more than 1 year old now and does not cover any warranty.

                                    They asked me rs 750/- if i need to get it repaired from them. When i told them that i purchased online from greendust and it is refurbished and had 6 months warranty. They asked to check with the vendor and they will not service it under warranty and told me that i have been cheated and to always purchase from a genuine site. When i complained to greendust customer support complaint no 16232. They are cheating me by not responding properly and i have sent them more than 10 emails and they say we have escalated to samsung company and will let us know when they hear from them. It is more than 2 weeks now. Last 6 days they have not even replied to my email and ignored it.

                                    Please sue these kind of companies and help me in this regard.

                                      I have ordered fabiano ro (Order no: 2211038) from green dust for rs 5999/- on 7th of october through online, i have paid the amount using my credit card.
                                      Product was shown available in surplus quantity in their site, when i am placing the order.
                                      On 14th of october i have called green dust about the status of my order, they replied stock is not available you have to wait for two days.
                                      On 16th of october again i have called green dust and they replied to wait for another one day.
                                      On 17th of october i have called again and they replied you have to wait for another one day.
                                      Since stock was not available i have cancelled my order on 17th of october, at the time of cancellation they told refund procedure will take 30 days and they refund by demand draft.

                                      Till today 14 th december, i have called green dust more than 20 times for the refund. Always the answer from the customer care is within two days your dd will be dispatched. Recent answer from green dust is dd dipatched.

                                      Why this much time to refund money. They dont know what is commitment and consumer value.

                                      My personal advice, dont buy any product from this company. You may feel happy today after buying a product but in future you face the same problem which i am facing.

                                      Green dust management should understand cutomer value and commitment.

                                        I had bought philips dvd player dvp3526 from greendust.com on monday 08 october, 2012 by order no:2211189 for rs.1145.
                                        The same day i came to know i do not want that product. I emailed on the same day for cancellation of order. But company sent the product even after request for cancellation. I did not accept the delivery and asked for refund. On phone they told me to refund by d. D. Before 17 nov 2012 because product already returned to them. But they do not respond for this sincerely.

                                        So please help me for refund of my hard earned money.
