Sir, i purchased one site near devanahalli air port, at Bangalore project name is Mestic,
i booked this, date[protected], he as told me as per the booking date, before 7 or 8 months, give you your site. but i waited one year, not given my site, after one year i cancelled my site, officer as told me sir give you come after 75 days, as per the booking cancellation, but still i am going ghuha kalyan office nobody can responding me. please help me sir...Vijay..[protected]...

I am the victim of this company. i booked a flat in their aster project and I have invested 4 lakhs, almost more than a year I am struggling with this company to get my money back. I request you to help me to get my money back, Now this company is closed and all their no's are not reachable. Please take some action against this company and return our hard earned money as soon as possible.

I am a victim of Gruha Kalyan Gladiolus project. I was contacted Mr. Ambudas-[protected] and Mr Ram Jadhav- [protected]. They showed me the land in Hebbal Opposite to Manyata Tech Park and promised a 3 bedroom apartment for 24 Lakhs. So far I made advance payment of Rs 7, 00, 000/- to the above and also one Ms. Ramya-[protected] came and gave the receipts for the same, promising the flat by the December of 2017. Later when we went to see the land, Ozone Group had put up their board as it is legally theirs. Yesterday the cheque bounced, which they had given after we cancelled our booking. Gruha Kalyan has cheated us. When I met my friend a lawyer, he told e all the aggrieved parties should get together and fight in unison.

Please register my complaint, i book the apartment in gruha kalyan's aster apartment in the year jan 2016. I did cancellation in the month of feb 2016 because of gruhakalyans deviation from payment terms.
They issue a post-dated cheque of 1 lakhs on[protected], which was not cleared.

Now i am not able to contact any of the gruhakalyan staff they all are unreachable even office is closed

We had invested 25 lakhs my sister and me kumar together for Rose 2 project in Bellandur, they showed empty land with one independent house & when we asked about demolition they told some stories and promised us the construction starts.with all false promises in with all false dates .we and my sistet demanded for cancellation of booking in feb 2017 they issued a cheque for Rupees 17 lakhs and 50 thousand and other with 8lakhs .which was bounced
Dated april 2 2017 went for cancellation after we came to know about their fraud .
So please please help us to get money back whicj is hard hardened. This kind of cheaters should be brought to justice.

It’s been 2 yrs., we had booked apartment 3 nos., at GK (Gurha Kalyan) Lavender and paid them upfront huge amount, at the time of booking they had promises which they failed to keep-up. Now it’s been almost a year I have been running around for the deposit amount refund. In today's date there is no office, none of the employees are contactable or reachable, and they have just vanished. i would like to request the Consumer Forum to please help us in the best way out, please help us find a solution to get the refund of our deposited amount.

I am also a victim of gruha kalyan. Have booked a flat under gruha kalyan - gladiolus project which was to be built opposite to manyata tech park near hebbal.
Mr ambadas mob no: [protected] was my point of contact and ms. Shalini being the csr. They said, construction will start from 1st nov 16. Then demonetization came on 8th nov and i was told that maximum by january mid the construction will start. I was offered a 3 bhk flat 1400 sqft at 20 lakhs. I was asked to pay 30% for booking and rest on possession. I booked it by paying 6 lakhs. Now the project itself is not there. All the offices are closed; rammoorthy nagar, hsr layout all their mobile numbers are either switched off or are out of service. All information have been erased from their web. It was my dad's hard earned money not sure whom to contact so that the money is refunded. Please help.

Sir, I booked two flats in rose project on my son's name on 25 SEP 15 of gruha Kalyan
I have paid 8 lakhs rupees as down payment (3lakh for 1 bhk and 5lakhs for 2bhk). Now after waiting of one and half year, nothing has happened.finally I have decided to cancel the booking, I have cancelled on 5 Feb 17, they have given me a commitment letter that the amount will be paid through rtvs or DD on 19 may 17, you have to give your account details for transfer of amount, when I went to give details to their office, I found this was looked, when I asked near by people, they have run, Sir I am defence, I am a case of cancer and I am under treatment at chaf Bangalore, lt is my hardest earned money, I have request to return the same, please confirm the date and contact,

I got shock of this company as closed. I invested 7.5 lack to aster project 2bhk flat and they filled lots of confidence and they showed all genuine documents and government licence but now they cheated my amount. from 4 years saved my money worked 24hrs hard work but i cont please any one help to refund my amount other wise i cont live...mob [protected]

It has been a year since i have booked 01 flats under GK Veronica pre-launch project. so far there has been very little progress namely the sale agreement between the land owner and the builder (Gruha kalyan). the next steps like khata transfer in builder's name and approval of the concerned authority (BBMP) for construction are not start yet, that they have applied and will happen soon. they even failed to produce the application made for khata transfer and BBMP approval even after several follow ups. this has made me to loose the faith in this builder . but to my surprise and shock, the builder did not accept my cancellation request

Herewith i request your help to cancel my bookings and get my hard earned money back. i have also observed that there are many people who have invested in different Gruha kalyan properties and are facing the issues as there is no construction started in any of their projects.

Hi, this is raghavendra, i have paid rs 14 lakhs to gruha kalyan for 2 flats booking of lavender project on 25 - nov-2015 and till now they are keep saying false assurance about the project and clearance certificate.

A guy called sharan basava ([protected]), calling himself as business head of gruha kalyan projects. He visited my home and took 14 lakhs cheque and later asked me to give cash instead, so again i took back the cheques and gave hard cash to him at their office in hsr lay out, which is my father's hard earned retirement amount.

Even just 2 weeks back i met him in his office and asked him to refund 14 lakhs he was asked us to come after 2 weeks but mean time i came to know that it is a fraudulent projects and these guys are cheaters.

I have all the proofs with regard to payment details and mou which they have issed to me.. Please help me out to get my money back from these fraudulent.

I, Ashutosh Roy, had. booked a 3 BHK Flat in Gladiolus project (Near manyata, Hebbal)and paid an advance of Rs 6, 00, 000/- in Sep 16. they promised that construction will start in Nov 16. then demonetisation started & they got a bright chance to fool people. First they vacated their Rammoorthy Nagar office and then their so called office at HSR Layout which is also their official address.Now they have completely gone missing with no-whereabouts. How to find out these culprits? Money saved from hard earnings of life seems to have lost. How can somebody cheat people like this and run away with their whole life's savings. I am a true follower of God and I did not harm anyone in my life but is this the reward, my Lord has given me. Every investor believed these people and dreamt of their OWN HOME. Please provide us the details on the action taken to find the frauds and get the money back. Please update us on the action taken in regards to the issue.

I have invested Rs. 6, 25, 000 for a single bedroom flat at Lavender. I Have cancelled the flat because of delay in executing the project. Gruhakalyan has promised that R. 6, 25000 will be returned in mid April. Wthhen my driver visited your office, he was informed that the office is closed. I have booked 2 flots in the name of Project Named ASTER in ITPL
on Nov 2015 and paid 50% amount 4.0 Lakhs each. While they promise me to handover the flot with in 24 months but till no signal for starting Aster Project.
whenever i go for enquirey some reason told and send back me without any improvement. I propose to cancel that time they refuse to cancel cause they soon start the project. but now they close company and i lost my money.
please help me to recover the invested money from the cheater.

Hi i am also a victim customer who is making my full efforts from 4 months to get my money back from these cheater .. All victim customers of this Fraud Company Gruha Kalyan should unite at one place in Bangalore and show the people power to ruling government .. i must say that there is a big involvement of Government Authority with this fraud company because after putting our so much efforts, there is no any action through govenment ... please unite all customers and fight to get return of our hard earn money.

I mr. Pramod jerald b booked flat in gruha kalyan, lotus project, sadaramangala. Hoodi, near whitefield, bangalore. I have paid to the seller a sale consideration a sum of rs.4, 15, 000/- (Rupees four lakhs fifteen thousand only) plus 25, 000 for sale agreement.

Since last 1.5 years they are giving false commitments. Their mobile is switched off. I went personally to office they say no one is their. I have seen lots of complaints on website.
I request any one kindly help me to get back my hard earned money.

I am also a victim of Gruha Kalyan. One day receiving a call from Ms Divya Mob No: [protected] regarding availability of flats I responded back and went to their Rammoorthy Nagar office on 24th Sep 2016. There I met Mr Ambadas Mob No: [protected] and Mr Ram Jadhav Mob No: [protected]. They shown me Gladiolus Project which was to be built opposite to Manyata Tech Park near Hebbal. I liked the site and immediately made up my mind to book one. They said, construction will from 1st Nov 16. Then Demonetisation came on 8th Nov and i was told that maximum by January 17 the construction will start. I was offered a 3 BHK flat 1400 Sqft at 19 Lakhs.I was asked to pay 30% for booking and rest on possession. the price was very affordable so I booked it by paying 6 Lakhs. Now the project itself is not there. Their all the offices are abandoned. Rammoorthy Nagar, HSR Layout etc. Their all the mobile numbers are either switched off or are out of service. I tried to locate their mobiles by using mobile tracker - but of no use. All informations are erased from their web. I don't know what to do. Whom to contact so that my hard earned money is refunded. Please help.
