[Resolved] HappyEasyGo — flight booking amount deducted but ticket not received | |||
Booked a ticket on 11/2/19 trip id[protected] from mumbai to chandigarh on 29/4/19. After the payment was done successfully it started showing in there portal as ticket booked in upcoming flight section and amount was deducted, later after 2 hrs i realized that i was not received a ticket on mail so i gave them a call, there customer care call waiting is around 15 min minimum, when call was attended representative told me some error has occurred and i will receive ticket in 30 mins. Till 5pm no ticket came and 5 hrs was over so i called again, from then onwards happy go representative are asking me to pay rs2000 more as ticket price has no increased after almost 9 hrs of booking ticket, according to them for which i am responsible. I have mailed almost 5 mails to happy easy go customer care and have called almost 10 times but they are just not responding to mails and in calls are forcing me to cancel ticket and just get out of issue. The time when i booked ticked from this site, i remember the price of this flight was almost same in makemytrip as well as go ibio. Kindly solve the issue Was this information helpful? | |||
