[Resolved] HappyEasyGo — after paying the amount I have not received confirmed ticket

Here i am explaining my experience while booking flight ticket through happyeasygo (https://www.happyeasygo.com). i have booked the ticket on 16th nov 2018 for pune to bbsr for two passenger. I was not aware of this website earlier. I was very happy as i got rs.3000 fare difference as compare to other travel portal. I booked the ticket and did the payment for 13371.00. Immediately amount was debited from my account and i was waiting for confirm ticket. After few min i got the ticket information without pnr and status as "upcoming". Immediately i checked the company review on google and i found lots of terrible experience and complain about happyeasygo then with some hope i called to happyeasygo customer care and they told i will receive the confirmed ticket by 45 min. Again after 1 hr i called to the customer care and they said i will get ticket within 4 hr. After several followup they sent a mail saying the ticket is not confirmed from airlines as fare changed in between so they will process full refund and the amount will be credited within 10-15 working days and as they said on 19th nov 2018 they initiate the refund through cashfree and i got the refund on 20th nov 2018. Thanks a lot to happyeasygo team for their quick response on refund process. Please book tickets from trusted partner which will give you better services.
