Have sent a mail to [protected]@happyeasygo.com and tried calling your customer care number, but no luck in getting touch with the organization's executives.

Have received an email from jet airways stating the flight stands canceled. Then on calling back found out both ways (Return also) stand canceled by airlines.

Hence airlines in there site have updated the information against our pnr and now the full refund needs to be initiated by happyeasygo, as tickets where booked your site. Since two days i have been trying to contact but with no response

Please advice the procedure urgently as we are middle-class people who can't stand to occur such expenses.
