HappyEasyGo — Airlines flight cancel however not received the refund | |
Hi HappyGoEasy Team, GoAir team has clearly confirmed that they have already initiated the payment from their end and its pending from your side. So its been clear now that it is pending with you. Then why the hell you need 5-7 working days to update the refund status, its been 5 months you are just updating the refund status to us whereas they have already paid to you guys. Today again when I called your customer care number they are asking me to raise a ticket. Also I am asking for your senior's email id that too you are not providing. Whenever we call and ask to transfer the call to your seniors the phone gets disconnected. So just don't blame them and initiate our refund immediately Was this information helpful? | |
