I had booked 4 jet airways ticket through your website around 10:20 pm on 21st aug, after comparing many web sites. The booking id and mail says so : The transaction of order #[protected] has succeeded. Your tickets will be issued within 45 minutes and the ticket numbers will be notified by a following mail. I got a mil confirmation of transaction successful and the amount got debited from my account. On the basis of this return i planned my entire vacation and booked other tickets also. Now after 2 hours i have got a call from some of your executive saying that the prices have become high for the same flight and gence he wont issue the ticket, i am attaching the recording of the way your executive spoke as if its a fish market or a vegetable market. Websites run on trust, we bought the ticket on good faith and after 2 hours if the price rise the customer is not responsible. I am a frequent flyer and jet privilege customer and am aware of the fact that at the time of booking if the flight fare rises then before the payment gate way page there is a notification of hike in fare and to again search flight, after transaction is successful no such thing ever happen. Kindly issue me the ticket and avoid breach of agreement, breach of contract between us. Also as a consumer my rights are infrinched. Rather your executive has harassed me for 10 min. My aversion is simple, if the flight is not cancelled on behalf of jet airways, you should give me the ticket.
