Dear Mr Kundu, Greetings from Happyeasygo!! This is in reference to your refund request for Order ID:[protected] Please be informed if the airline is processing the full refund then happyeasygo will also process the full refund post deduction of the convenience fee as it is non-refundable. However, cancellation request has to be placed on happyeasygo website also in order to claim your refund. We see the booking is still not cancelled from our end. In order to claim refund, we advise you to visit our website and place your request under ‘My Trips’ section as we are unable to process cancellations on email because cancellation requires OTP which would be sent on your registered number. Generally the timeline provided by the airlines to authorize full refund is 90 working days, once refund is received from airlines then HEG will process it your account where it would take 10-15 working days to reach your account. Please to be inform that Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing high call/email volumes (like all OTAs in India), which is resulting in less than ideal experience for our customers . We advise you to wait for some more time NOTE: You need to attach the stamp copy, SMS or Email as a proof of documents for full refund. Post validation of documents, refund will be initiated. Convenience fee is non-refundable. Note :-Happyeasygo executives or representatives will NEVER ask you for your personal information i.e. your card details, passwords, PIN, CVV, OTP etc. DO NOT share these details with anyone over phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or any other source.
