With reference to PNR “QH1LYK” having travel date 25th April 2020 from Delhi to Bangalore, as per my discussion with Spicejet Airlines, the credit shell amount INR 9543 has been refunded to booking partner. This amount has been transferred to happyeasygo account on 3rd December 2020 but the same has not been credited to my account till date. I have sent follow-up emails but no response.
