HappyEasyGo — change of title to mr instead to ms | |
I would like to bring to your notice, i had booked round trip ticket from bombay to bankong, but when i opened the ticket it was showing title as ms instead of mr, as i had booked ticket for male travller. I spoke to airlines and they assured me changes are possible by the agent as per the new policy or the circular which they have passed to the agents. Due to which contacted happy easy go for changing the title to mr. They said we have raised your concern to airlines and we will get back to you inn 24-48 hours. I didnt got any response from them. Then i called the support team they said airlines is saying changes cannot be done cancel the ticket and book another. Then i took jet airways and renu from happy easy go on conferece, where airlines conformed we have sent a reply stating please change the title and re-issue another ticket with correct title. Its been been more the 48 hours no reply from them I m calling them but no one picks up the call. Finally zaid from happy easy go backend team confirmed it can be done and i will recieve the ticket by eod. After this call more 48 hours are passed but no reply. Please help me.
