A booking with trip id :[protected] was cancelled on 01/mar/2019, which was booked for 03/mar/2019, sagata misra from Guwahati - bangalore, i got the ticket cancelled from indigo customer Service and they confirmed the same was initiated on the same date Itself and after doing all deduction i should receive an amount of 1326 inr approx. And so i also cancelled the booking from happyeasygo Website for the booking. But the issue is that the website only refunded only inr 340/- on enquiring they told that they have deducted inr 500/- as website fee but such thing wasn't mentioned anywhere plus if they deducted inr 500/- where is the rest of the refund?
