Dear sir, I had booked a flight ticket of indigo on 19th march. 2020 for a trip from pune to kolkata pnr is ukpp4t through happyeasygo.com, was cancelled by airline due to their reason and they refunded the total amount of ticket rs. 2952 in my respective bank via happyeasygo.com but still i have not received any amount from happyeasygo.com. Airline is refund back but happyeasygo still not refund my account Sir, i kindly request you to please do something by which i can avail my refund amount.
