HappyEasyGo — Delay in Refund of Cancelled Air Tickets | |
We purchased RPR to MAA flight ticket on 23 July 21 vide ref no[protected] and PNR number TR7N9U. Immediately enquired with Airline and they confirmed full amount will be refunded if the ticket is cancelled with in an hour of booking. Contacted Happyeasygo customer care also and they too confirmed full amount will be refunded excluding convenience fee, taxes etc. Then requested for cancellation and the ticket was cancelled by the Airline . IndiGo Airline also confirmed by mail on 23 July 21 itself to my personal mail Id that they refunded Rs. 11211/- to Happyeasygo. Since then following up with Happyeasygo but they are not processing the refund. Still their APP shows the status as request sent to AIRLINE. THOUGH I SHARED THE MAIL RECEIVED BY ME FROM THE AIRLINE STILL THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY ARE RE-VALIDATING. THEY ARE HOLDING MY MONEY FOR AROUND FOUR WEEKS AND I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH TIME THEY NEED FOR REFUNDING MY MONEY. THEIR REFUND PROCESS IS VERY POOR AND NEEDS IMMEDIATE ACTION FROM THEIR SUPERIORS.
