HappyEasyGo — didn't get my refund | |||
This is for a flight i booked with happy easy go for 1st nov. I booked the flight on 23rd october and since jet airways was canceling flights at that time, my flight got canceled and i was to be issued a full refund. I talked to jet airways, and they said i should proceed with happy easy go for my refund. My refund was initiated according to them on 24th october. It is 12th december today and i still have not received my money back. I have talked to multiple executives on multiple occasions and submitted my bank statement as well but they keep asking me to wait for 48-72 hours, 10-15 days etc. Nothing has been done. Today when i asked to be connected to a senior, this executive kishen gupta disconnected my call. I have another flight booked with them that i want to cancel but i am scared that they might hold on to that money also. I am very frustrated Was this information helpful? | |||
