HappyEasyGo — Failed to refund the flight ticket booking cost inspite of several follow up | |
Hello Team, Writing this note to bring to your kind attention that my flight ticket booking cost hasn't been refunded yet. Background of issue; I had booked Indigo flight through Happy Easy Go app (Flight ticket booked in the name of Jithin Krishnan, booking date[protected], Flight PNR-AN8LGK). Due to the COVID pandemic situation I was notified on the cancellation of the flight from the Indigo team. And was further confirmed that the booking amount would be converted to credit shell on to the account which can be further redeemed during the next travel. Post several follow with IndiGo and Happy EasyGo team simultaneously and I have been informed that HappyEasyGo team is responsible for the refund and also they confirmed that refund would be maid within 90 days. Post my continuous follow up over the last 5 months, they haven't been able to refund till date. To clarify that I had crossed the 90 days time line currently.
