HappyEasyGo — Flight Refund | |||
I booked round trip tickets for four adults from Visakhaptnam to Patna and return (via - Kolkata), details are: Visakhapatnam - Kolkata - Patna - Travel Date - 7th April 2020 (Indigo 6E557 & 6E811) Patna - Kolkata - Visakhapatam - Travel Date - 18th April 2020 (Indigo 6E634 & 6E512) The flight got canceled due to Covid 19 situation. We wrote to Indigo for a refund and as per government guidelines they wrote back to us on 19th Sep, 2020 that all refund has been processed to the Agency (in this case HappyEasyGo) by 19th Sep, 2020 itself. I have been chasing HappyEasyGo for last 70 days and they have been mentioning that Airlines are yet to give us the refund. Inspite of sharing the email with them, they are not refunding the money. They seem to convincingly dodge the issue by mentioning the it will happen within 90 days of cancelling request. I am not sure what gives them a license to withold the money when the airlines have already refunded to them. Please help in getting the refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
