HappyEasyGo — flight ticket not booked, money deducted but denying refund

I have tried to book flight tickets on 10th of march (Booking id[protected] which was successfully done on 10th march at 11.19 pm though airtel payment bank, ticket was not booked and money was not refunded. Happyeasygo customer care team initially replied it will be refunded within 7-10 working days & now saying the transaction was unsuccessful & was auto refunded on 10th march itself. I have checked multiple times with airtel payment bank also but they have shared all details of successful transaction. Happy easy go is doing complete fraud. Pls help to get refund of my inr 8054.
