HappyEasyGo — fraud company money not refunded | |||||
On 1/9/2018 i had booked a round trip flight ticket pune-cok-pune from happy easy go an amount of rs 35690/- was debited from my account neither ticket was provided nor refund was given to me its been 7 days i have been following up with my bank pnb as well as happy easy go but both are playing cat and mouse games it totally unethical my money should be refunded back to me pls revert back on [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have booked flighty ticket on 28th Aug, via my CC, and i received a mail after 2 days, that my order (flight booking) has been cancelled. and they have mentioned to refund the amount in 72 hours. but i have not received any amount/confirmation for refund amount.
